Nigeria, Brasil, Serbia, Hungary , Poland, Romania, etc have very corrupted governments with most powerful politicians over the masses.

All the Russians put Putin's influence in the first place and I find it funny. They are all just victims of Putin's propaganda. A powerful man is the man who can change the world for the better. Putin can't even change their own country for the better.
