Some have told me it is filled with "spyware and malware". That sounds pretty scary, but I don't know the truth to it. To what degree is it malicious is my question?
Anyway I'd like to know how to make it faster and delete all the unneeded programs and to disable automatic update, which is very annoying.

You can use the built in Windows Defender, which scans for viruses and malware. And make sure your computer is up to date first or you may miss the newest viruses. Plus a $35 renewal fee (per year?), seems like robbery. That being said, the course content does look interesting (if it were cheap/free).
I discovered it when I was looking for courses on the blockchain. I already paid the $19CDN for it  so I'll let you know what I thought of it. $35 per two years seems reasonable to me and I don't need to renew it if bitcoin has lost public favor.
