What about Danny Hamilton? And trust me everyone has to start as a newbie and make mistakes and silly posts at their beginning, if not in this forum then in another one

What happened to Bitcoin this month?
Anyone has a really good explanation about why is so down.
They say it would go to 50,000 this year..
I think is not going at all!!!!
Don't panic. There is plenty of time to go to 50,000 this year. Just remember the bitcoin price before 90 days. People was over exited about Bitcoin getting to a new high of 5-6000 50000 is kind of exaggerated but feasible in the future but not the near one. I would say maybe in 2019?

EBay has dropped PayPal as it's chief payment processor. It has now adopted Adyen for its financial transactions. Adyen has a partnership with bitpay, I wonder if we will see crypto payment option in eBay real soon
Will not happens soon, big companies are sceptic to Bitcoin. And PayPal will be always associated with ebay, maybe not in a direct manner.

Hello. It is true that we have yet issued payments. We had some pressing changes that had to be done to the platform and we are short handed. I will see to it that all payments are done today.
Additionally everyone will receive 20% more than their normal rate as a compensation for our error.
I wouldn't say an escrow or a manager is recommended but at least updating the spreadsheet or making a list of participants in a post in this topic in addition to an alert when we will receive the payment could be done without wasting too much time ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I'm not sure if there's another thread for this already, or if this belongs in a different section. So basically I thought it would be helpful to post up your Bitcoin address in this thread in the event that your account gets compromised later on down the road. You can simply make a new alt account, sign the address that your original account posted here, and have irrefutable proof that you're the actual owner. It's not 100% guaranteed that you'll get your account back, but it's a pretty good start. Of course, if your account is compromised, the hacker could just come back to this thread and edit/delete whatever address you post here, so that's why I'm asking people to quote the address posted by the preceding user in this thread. Here's mine:

where can i find it? You mean where you can find the bitcoin address? You can find it in your Bitcoin wallet. If you don't know what's mean then take a look here https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-walletOnce you have a wallet, it can offer for you many Bitcoin addresses, just select one address or many to use it for payments and transactions

Bitcoin could be at $40,000 at the end of 2018. It easily could," Michael Novogratz says on CNBC's "Fast Money Ethereum, which I think just touched $500 or is getting close, could be triple where it is as well," adds Novogratz, formerly a macro hedge fund manager at Fortress Investment Group.
Yes it is possible to reach $40000 but i think that this could be done mid-2018 in the summer

But i have to ask this one simple question, why the moderator still keep this thread open is what i understand, the OP already had so much bad rating yet still keeps updating thread has he please, Why havn't the thread short down if they believe it to be scam?
It is supposedly left open because there seem to be he nitwits now in this forum than ever before, perhaps they are now wise? We an elderly person sees while sitting down, a child would not be able to see even he claims a mountain. Trust is not moderated and the same goes for scams Moderators will not remove scam topics and will not ban a proven scammer It is up to participants to judge the project and warn each other and what happened here is unfortunate if of course the OP will scam users which will likely happens

Bitcoin is not about the price, it is about a better societyBitcoin is not about the price, it is about a better society – a friendly reminder from the Bitcoin Queen of Switzerland. A lot of people have asked me about Bitcoin recently. Here I would like to share with you my very personal and probably highly subjective view. http://www.newsbtc.com/2017/12/26/bitcoin-not-price-better-society/ Better society, yes i agree, i consider it as the gravity point of a triangle. Price is an angle, fees is another angle, the third angle is fast transactions..

In the last few days, we have again seen blockchain's congestion and the extreme increase in fees for bitcoin transactions and that's just one current bitcoin problem. Not only is it a bitcoin issue but users of ethereum may experience similar problems and increased fees. Read more: https://coinidol.com/bitcoin-fees-increase-to-over-50/$50 to buy a hamburger which costs 1-2/10 or a pizza. The fees problem should be solved once for all...

Ah, so activity cannot decrease. Good to know.
If your posts in a whole period are deleted then you will lose your activity in that period for ever. So the best thing is to make many posts each period in different sections.

26 out of 44 posts in this topic, their writers are participating in signature campaign. The same goes for the majority of the topics. Removing signature will make the new applications drop hugely, spammers will disappear (find another forums to spam), the active members will be reduced significantly, the same goes for ads view and so on. The first suggestion is a radical one but the consequence is lethal.
Paying to wear signature? Maybe for new participants under full members.
Banning account sales, well it will do nothing, a new/oother forum will pop-up and we will see bitcointalk.org accounts being sold there.
The prize thing is good but will have nothing to do with spam. I am afraid that the same people will win it over and over. (maybe once per year for 1 account?)
Serious sections? Ok but a new one(s) definitely.

Let's not consider the recent price dip because we all know that it will raise again in sometime but do you think bitcoin will git the mark of $15000 by the end of March 2018?
I assume that the Bitcoin price will reach +$15000 before January 2018 or even before the end of this month.
