7481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I failed to make a fortune as an early bitcoin adopter? on: February 24, 2017, 02:46:35 AM
Everything is based on luck, maybe we are not that risk takers that time, it's really a big failure if you know bitcoin at early stage and you do try to risk and hold it. Now that the price is going to hit the all time high, it will really hurt and especially when the price keeps rising. But don't just end our dreams because we failed in the past, bitcoin still offers great opportunity to invest and hold now, I hope you see it, it's not too late yet.
7482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: February 24, 2017, 12:56:01 AM
The last day of negotiations will definitely benefit Oklahoma who take from Chicago Taj Gibson and McDermott, and Toronto take Pj Tucker from Phoenix(had taken already Ibaka). Dallas took from Philadhelphia Nerlens Noel.

Tonight begins the NBA after the all star games with the big match Golden State vs. Los Angeles CLippers
Glad they're back, however I don't see it as a big match because in the past two games the Golden State Warriors dominated the Los Angeles Clippers as far as I remember. Clippers still without Paul, is will surely not play with a good ball rotation while the Warriors are known who moves the ball very well and the good shooter. With regards to the trade, I like the actions of the Thunder, they really want to go big.
7483  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which trading method is better? on: February 22, 2017, 08:51:37 AM
At present, I am doing a research on the most profitable trading method and I am wondering: Is it better to do btc/fiat trading or btc/altcoin trading?

Which method yields the highest profit?

For what I am doing so far is, I do trade with different coins, I cannot directly trade bitcoin because its high. but in other coins there is a big possibility that we can earn big bitcoin if we use altcoin trading t will be profitable for us, and many of the traders dong this strategy too.
With small capital it's hard to be profitable with bitcoin trading, altcoins is the answer IMO, they are more volatile than bitcoin and you have a lot of options to choose from. Even shit coins might give you some kind of profit if you are good enough in predicting the price movement, I see some are paying people to make fake positive feedback about the coin just to cause a pump, you should look for than one.
7484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: best gambling site? on: February 22, 2017, 07:31:50 AM

Look mo more Smiley BitDice is the most trusted casino where you can play Dice. Our players can actually win ( and were paid ) HUNDREDS of bitcoins.

Regards,
Alex.

Most trusted casino lol? I learnt something today. Primedice is the most trusted and Bitsler has the biggest traffic.

And we have the biggest bankroll, the biggest max win per bet, the highest security across all casinos\dices and even some exchanges.

Regards,
Alex.
I can vouch this, been playing with BitDice for a long time already and have seen gamblers really win hundreds of bitcoins, that means they are trusted and by considering they have the biggest bankroll, it will make the gamblers eager to gamble to gain the biggest reward.
Everyone says they are the best gambler but me as a satisfied client will always say, BitDice is the best. Grin

Good luck OP, I hope you'll choose the best and the trusted one.
7485  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Network Marketing Companies on: February 22, 2017, 06:22:27 AM
In terms of payment it can help as it would give us a clear and a good market of people we can recruit our program. What I see operating a network marketing companies are most likely the HYIPs which is like pyramid scheme, they were able to attract more people to invest since the transaction is fast using bitcoin as payment system, and this HYIPs which turn to scam in the end just make a bad impression of the people about bitcoin since members sees bitcoin as the main investment instead of payment processor only.
7486  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Going Mainstream Banks Are Disappearing on: February 22, 2017, 06:08:31 AM
Bitcoin will be mainstream but banks will not disappear, bitcoin ain't fiat so it will not replace banks. The effort to advertise or promote bitcoin is good but that is not what really need, we need the government to fully support bitcoin to get the trust of the public, without that happening, it will be hard to achieve our dream for bitcoin to be the mainstream.

I'd like to put a clear definition, bitcoin will be the mainstream payment system and not a legal currency.
7487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Investing in casinos on: February 22, 2017, 05:14:24 AM
That's a good idea but most of the trusted casinos out there provide really less returns like 1-3% a year as far as I have heard. It may be more but unfortunately it is still less than the return bitcoin provides you every year.
So I would recommend you to not invest in any caaino and let the bitcoin stay in your wallet.
1-3% in a year? where did you heard that? that return is when you deposited your money in bank. I've said if my investment increased 20% since i invested my money in a dice site (if you read my history post, you will know where i invested) on 6 months ago. The return could be more if someone lost a lot or it could decreased when someone won a lot.
That was a investment return which is guaranteed and no risk it is kind if like bank. I also agree that gambling sites provide really good returns but lately I'm bit scared to invest in them because of scams. I have tried yolodice from yesterday and leverage 1 let's see if it's profitable after a month or not.
Investing in casinos will give you more profit than Bank. The banks will give very less percentage of your investment, but it is safe. You can trust them, and you can invest for a long time. But investing on casinos is not good for the long term we can not predict the site performance for the long term. But if you keep on watching your investments and you know when to withdraw your investment you can try casino investment.
There are ways to manage risk and therefore investing in casinos are very attractive, it will give us a consistent income as they consistently win all the time. Now, if an investor does not want to take that kind of risk, he is free do it with banks and get a little return of his money.
As for me, I need to take bigger risk as my money is not fit for low risk investment since I believe I will not grow it in a good amount in time.
7488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When you play Dice can you feel your heart in your throat? on: February 22, 2017, 04:43:15 AM
I don't know man every time I play dice or any game that you can lose fast or win fast just with a few clicks I can feel my heart tapping on my throat
loool, how about you?

I don't feel any heart tapping when I play dice. I just feel upset and sometimes scared when I'm betting with big amount with dice. Because most of the time is that I'm kind of taking a chill why playing. I don't want to pressure myself but when I'm noticing that I'm losing a lot, that's the start of my worry and it really makes me feel scared.

I had an experience like this but not in a dice game, and i knew the dice game would make me like this so whenever I play dice game I use to play with the very small amount. But in sports betting in that live betting, i will make some big bets with high odds that time I feel like this if the match goes very exciting at the end of the game. It is common if you play with high amount.

Sports betting are more intense when it comes to this type of feeling even I. Most of the time my heart is falling and beating faster when my betting team is not doing fine or if they are doing good the excitement is almost killing me while I'm in front of television sitting and watch on how they are winning my bet bitcoins.
The games is not the main reason why we got some thrill, it's normally our bet and that kind of thrill we feel depends on how big the wager is. May it be sports or dice, we have our own method on betting and we have our preference in size of bets, however sometimes we go out of our comfort zone that is why we feel this kind of intensity.
7489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: February 22, 2017, 02:25:21 AM
Many people became broke because of gambling, addiction is a serious disease, you know they can't stop when they win or lose. Pathetic gamblers.
Well, we cannot prevent that from happening as every gambler has their own way on how to behave when gambling, there are responsible and irresponsible gamblers so there are really those who will be addicted and will ruin their life not because of gambling but because of their wrong actions.
Everyone will have our chance to change but if we do not do it and still do the safe stupidity over and over again, then we will have to face the consequences and getting broke is one.
7490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: February 22, 2017, 01:57:45 AM
Bitcoin will not make banks disappear because fiat is very popular and many businesses trusted banks, and actually bitcoin is very significant to banks in exchaging btc to fiat cash through cash out from wallets online. Digital currency has many advantages but we should set aside banks own purpose why it existed and people really trusted banks for their wealth security for their money.
Banks would not exist if without the support of the government, in fact we have the central bank which is manage by the government in order to monitor the compliance of all banks may it public or private banks. Bitcoin is not controlled by the government, so there is no chance for it to take over the banking industry, this is a very good technology but without the government pushing it's support it would not succeed.
7491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: February 21, 2017, 05:05:40 AM
Trading can be considered as gambling, because they are all risky to make money, and you can make and lose money from trading. I don't think why people ignore this truth.
It is not that we ignore the truth, there are risk in both activities but the greatest difference is that in gambling you cannot do much to reduce your risk while in trading there are many things you can do to lower the risk of losing your money.
Maybe he doesn't know the consequences of playing gambling as trading it happens without trying how these two are far different from each other .Gambling has a limited workspace although if you treat it as investment you will know in time after you try both gambling and trading.
True lots of consequences might be able to face off when we are playing gambling , trading is much more safer than gambling you can control your lose their the money you have without trying hard to earn profit if you can read an you can see coins are everyway nowadays it can be profitable that much. Investment? I don't think so i think its both risky  with gambling that you can even get your roi back.
Yes ,The only thing that makes this both is because of money ,you risk your money for a some reasons but whatever your reason is every situation ,any games, or life events will not be the same .Nowadays not all coins are profitable because there are many scam coins.  For me its more profitable in gambling.
If you would based your statement on what is the reality now, it is very obvious that there are more losers in gambling than in investment. In any form of investment, there's a scam and a legitimate one, your job as an investor is to ensure that you will be able to invest in a legitimate one. To determine it is not only by making a wild guess but to devote time to know your investment prior to putting an actual amount of money.
7492  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Turn Gambling into a Profitable Activity on: February 21, 2017, 04:46:17 AM
If you have great income like 1 btc per month or even less minimum 0.1 btc you can easy use strategies which you create if you are good in that in gambing sites and make nice profit and never lose your money in long term.
To get steady income from gambling is impossible for me. In gambling we never can be sure when we will win and lose, it is very unpredictable once we decided to gamble our money. You might win on today, but you never know what will happens on tomorrow. Any kind of strategies won't work in gambling, because it  depends from your luck.
The way you think will reflect your future in gambling, being already convince that it's impossible to get steady income in gambling will make you safe of losing a considerable amount, that will make you cautious with the amount you are putting. Actually, we have different chances in gambling because we have different perception and different technique as well but I would say this, it's not impossible to get steady income in gambling.
7493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have found a wallet with 40 BTC on: February 21, 2017, 01:50:11 AM
It was a private key, i found it in a forum.
Not in the darknet, in the clear Internet.

Best Regards!

So, it depends on yourself dude. But the new car already waited for you. Just take them if there is no someone else try to claim such amount of btc. That's worth for $42.000 and good amount for everyone in here.  Grin
It's yours now but since you do not make an effort to have that amount, it would be very nice to shower your blessings here or to the people who really need money, FYI I'm one of them, so you can include me. lol.... Seriously, that money is yours now but do not just spend it but rather do consider using it for another investment by transferring to another wallet and hold it longer, the price now is increasing, you'll have great rewards the longer you hold.
7494  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: February 21, 2017, 01:45:41 AM
Judging from the trend in the last two years, yes holding bitcoin is profitable in the long run, anytime is always the best time to buy Bitcoin because,Bitcoin grows continously in fact experts are predicting a rise of up to $20,000,can you imagine that it only started at $0.30..
yes to me i am also in favour of long term investment and specially when the price of bitcoin is trading above 1000 USD and there are always chance that the price of bitcoin can take a little correction. i think holding bitcoin for a long time i think more than for 4 to 5 years  will be more profitable.
Holding is no question the best way to earn profit this days, we have seen how the price rise substantially and for sure that will continue to rise in the future. However, being an investor, we need to minimize the risk even how good bitcoin is, we must set a desired figures to be achieve and the term that we will hold until. That way, we are investing according to our plan and not just hoping we are lucky.
7495  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: February 20, 2017, 12:00:41 PM
bitcoin I managed to save is about 1 BTC, because I was new here, so not many places that I worked
it includes a fairly large amount dude, at least I takes 3-4 months to save 1 BTC. and even then using many methods?
how much time do you need to get that 1 BTC ?
I think it depends on your skills, if you are trying to get that only by using signature campaign then you are going to wait for a lot of time to accumulate bitcoin but if you are good at trading then you could easily get that amount in 2 or 3 months at worst.
Signature campaign is not considered as your starting point to earn bitcoins, your post are paid but should be constructive and it has a limit, it is not considered as an income if you think straight. The benefits you can get from the campaign is more on the learning that you can read by staying active on the forum, if you do want to saved bitcoins, you have to buy or set a capital to venture in investments opportunity in the crypto.
7496  Economy / Economics / Re: Central of the Philippines Recognizes Bitcoin on: February 20, 2017, 11:38:13 AM

--snip--

Exchange like coins.ph have issues too on where you get your Bitcoin.  If they found out or traced that you get your Bitcoin the illegal way, or in a shady way, they will freeze your account.  Or if you have a numerous shady transaction.  There is some inquiry in Coins.ph thread in Philippine Local Board about his relative's account being freezed.  Same way how the BSP wanted to implement a more strict compliance by Exchanges like Coins.ph, Rebit.ph etc. on AML/KYC.  They even implement a submission of yearly report of theses exchanges.

It's not strange for me. There are and other exchanges too, like as Coinbase which follows the same policy that is tracking how their users spend their bitcoins not only for illegal activities but to gambling sites too.
Most of my money is coming from gambling sites and I do not think it is illegal in any way since the gambling sites that I am playing is not operating in the Philippines, if they will be very strict, I guess we have no choice on that but to comply. Since it has not happen yet, I guess it would be fair for us if exchanges such us coins.ph will release an official statement for our awareness.
7497  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE CASINO - CONGRATULATIONS TO WONTON FOR WINNING 300BTC on: February 20, 2017, 07:45:57 AM
Wow just saw bitdice's increased max win, it's over 100 btc now! looks like a lot of folks have invested into bitdice's bankroll.

Business is booming for Bitdice.  Congrats to Alex and his crew.  I hope they have a more prosperous year this 2017 and they get to expand their business to offer more games.  Player vs player games will be excellent if they do decide to have it.  I still vote for Yatzy to be on the site.  It's one of the most fun dice games I have ever played since I first started gambling.  You can read more about it here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yatzy
Reading on the link it is really an interesting game and bitdice company should put this one on the site which really attracts more potential players on their site. I agree on what you have said Bitdice business is booming now because we could able to see those indications clearly and they do really deserve this and hope to continue all over the years.
That gives us some kind of fulfillment on our part as well since we also made effort to support by promoting BitDice. I'm pretty sure the success will continue as bitcoin is getting more popular too, with the nice promotion and good support, it will make people stay and always satisfied with the entertain they are getting.
7498  Economy / Economics / Re: Build a Bank Of Bitcoin on: February 20, 2017, 05:38:48 AM
You know, wallets can be your own bank. It doesn't make sense  to me if you are making a bank for bitcoin. I haven't seen any bank like this. Why dont you make a wallet with unique features? Bank means you need to get under the government control which bitcoin users dont  want to be involve with.

I'm kind a little bit confuse of why he is going to build his own bank, Honestly, as a bitcoin fanatic we must understand that by keeping Bitcoin in our own wallet is obviously we are the bank of our own BTC. isn't common sense only, its logic isn't? I think that guy is like to implement the segwit which is not in favor to us for sure.

I dont know if this is as same as fiat bank or not. But if you have your own bank, this will earn you more of coin and if many people put their coin on your bank too you will get more and more coin that overflow on your pocket so I think if this can really be apllied I would like to join his bank too

Anyway OP does not mentioned about opening some bank of bitcoin or make a pile of bitcoin that looks like a bank of bitcoin
Probably it's a regular bank that caters bitcoin as deposits because that is something new that in my knowledge is not happening yet. With banks accepting bitcoin as deposits, it will give the entire bitcoin economy a good publicity to the public and will spread awareness to the people.

I hope it will happen in the future to come as I believe as long as the government will know how to regulate it, their would be no problem with them.
In fact, it will give additional revenue to the banks as their deposits will increase coming from us.
7499  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Supertition on: February 20, 2017, 05:13:14 AM
I don't believe in mystical things like that I think gambling is the calculation of figures and has nothing to do with mystical
That's a more matured way of thinking but we cannot blame people if they believe on that kind of thing. We have our own method and we are the only one who can tell if it is successful or not. But to be realistic, since gambling is based on chances, we should calculate our chances based on the analysis  we arrived.
7500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: February 18, 2017, 07:26:42 AM
World and under? Just the opposite of the expectations.

For the all stars games I expect West and over.
Yeah, that's right, I log in to my sports betting forum account and people there are shouting the over, I though they are right so I follow, unfortunately it was a little short. I lose today but I will be getting my loses tomorrow and I believe tomorrow would be fun than today's game.
After this all star game, teams has a long break so they could study there past games and figure out how to win. I hope I will be able to see some surprises after the all start game, Dallas was on my top team to reach the playoffs as I miss seeing them winning.
