Yes I've lost more than $100 in gambling but it's easy to give up gambling by keeping yourself occupied. I left gambling now and it's good if you want to live a good life.

Good for you! I hope $100 wasn't a big loss for you. So, it looks like you were never planning to "recover" your losses with gambling which is good because that way leads to more losses only.

If you become an addict in the gambling games it wouldn't be really be easy to give it up. It is just like a part of your body anymore, meaning into ourselves we don't want to remove it just like that only.  But if we realize how bad it is into our life we will also do everything to change this things too.

It's all up to the person himself...

If the gambler himself don't want to remove it from his/her hobbies, it will be there, consider it like a delicious food, if you don't resist it, then you will keep on eating it, and we all know the result of over eating...

That's correct because we have different attitude and experience in life, sometimes our experience where we are in desperate need of money will push us to gamble as we think this is only our chance to fill up our problem in money but later we know we are just making the problem worst.
If a person who are under the problem of money will see gambling as the solution, definitely it would be hard for him to quit and he will only do it if he is forced to quit due to lack of money to gamble again.

I agree, how easy to give up on gambling depends on the person's situation.  People who are obsessed and addicted will have difficulty in giving up gambling activities due to fear of missing out (obsessed) and needed mood altering medium (addicted).  While those who is not suffering with this two can easily give up gambling anytime they wanted.

Quitting gambling is easy, all you need is a will to refuse when your urge. It just looks difficult because we always tend to give in every time we feel that we want to gamble. When one person is targeting achieving big money he is usually vulnerable to get emotional failure and gambling is focusing to indue their greedy to get addicted. It is true its very important to get out on gambling once you already lose too much coins in it. For me im really addicted on gambling where im in balance winning and loosing i always balance my profit and income in gambling Once you can't stop playing gambling in a day you are addicted . Keep controling your temper to know when to stop and to know when to continue.

I agree, we should always set a limit both profit and loss when gambling. When we reach our target profit we shoud stop gambling that time and just come back the next day. Same if we lose, don't attempt to deposit more trying to recover what you lose. Gambling is a game of luck. We would not win always and lose as well. It is all about limiting ourself when playing.

Aiming for more profit usually ends up on that situation because you can't be sure if you will still win if you try to proceed to the next game . A choice depends on your gambling plan or game plan, if you are winning and the bankroll you put is something that you can afford to lose, I guess it's alright to proceed and look for greater income if you did not hit your target yet. The problem in most of gamblers is they do not have the guide to follow when gambling so they will not know when to stop or quit.
