It is because Government has no control over Bitcoin.. If they don't get any profit from it, they will try to shut it down.. Especially in India, the Govt. will be against anything that is less profitable...

ന്യൂയോര്‍ക്ക്: അങ്ങനെ അതും സംഭവിച്ചു. ഏറ്റവും സുരക്ഷിതമെന്ന് സൈബര്‍ലോകം അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന ബിറ്റ്‌കോയിനും ഹാക്കര്‍മാര്‍ കവര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്തു. കുറച്ചൊന്നുമല്ല, 4,700 ബിറ്റ് കോയിനാണ് സ്ലോവേനിയയിലെ നൈസ് ഹാഷ് എന്ന ക്രിപ്‌റ്റോ കറന്‍സി മൈനിംഗ് സര്‍വീസില്‍ നിന്ന് ഹാക്കര്‍മാര്‍ നൈസായി ചോര്‍ത്തിയത്. 78 ദശലക്ഷം ഡോളര്‍ വിലയുള്ള ബിറ്റ്‌കോയിനുകളാണ് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറില്‍ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിരുന്ന വാലറ്റുകളില്‍ നിന്ന് മോഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെട്ടത്.
ബിറ്റ്‌കോയിന്‍ ഒരു കുമിളയാണെന്നും എപ്പോള്‍ വേണമെങ്കിലും പൊട്ടുമെന്നും സാമ്പത്തിക വിദഗ്ധര്‍ മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നല്‍കിയതിന് പിന്നാലെയാണ് ബിറ്റ്‌കോയിന്റെ സുരക്ഷിതത്വം സംബന്ധിച്ച് കടുത്ത ആശങ്ക സൃഷ്ടിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് കവര്‍ച്ച നടന്നത്. ഇതോടെ ബിറ്റ്‌കോയിന്റെ കുതിച്ചുയരുകയായിരുന്ന മൂല്യം ഇടിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ബുധനാഴ്ച പുലര്‍ച്ചെ 3.37 മുതലാണ് കമ്പനിയുടെ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടര്‍ സംവിധാനത്തില്‍ നിന്നും ബിറ്റ്‌കോയിന്‍ മോഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെട്ടതെന്ന് നൈസ് ഹാഷ് സി ഇ ഒ മാര്‍്‌ക്കോ കോബാള്‍ ്അറിയിച്ചു. ആസൂത്രിതവും വിദഗ്ധവുമായ ആക്രമണമാണ് ഉണ്ടായത്. യൂറോപ്യന്‍ യൂണിയന് പുറത്തു നിന്നാണ് ആക്രമണമുണ്ടായതെന്നും ബിറ്റ്‌കോയിനെ തകര്‍ക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുന്ന ശക്തികളാണ് ആക്രമണത്തിന് പിന്നിലെന്നും കോബാള്‍ ആരോപിച്ചു.
സമീപകാലത്ത് നടന്ന നിരവധി ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ കറന്‍സി മോഷണങ്ങളുടെ തുടര്‍ച്ചയാണ് ബിറ്റ്‌കോയിനെതിരായ ആക്രണവും. ടെതര്‍ എന്ന ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ കറന്‍സിയുടെ 23.4 ദശലക്ഷം ഡോളര്‍ വിലയുള്ള ടോക്കണുകള്‍ മോഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. എതേറിയം എന്ന ഡിജിറ്റള്‍ കറന്‍സിയുടെ 150 ദശലക്ഷം ഡോളറിന്റെ വാലറ്റുകള്‍ സൈബര്‍ ആക്രമണത്തില്‍ മരവിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. സൗത്ത് കൊറിയയിലെ ബിറ്റ് ഹംപിന്റെ കംപ്യൂട്ടറിനു നേരെയും ആക്രമണമുണ്ടായി. മറ്റൊരു സൗത്ത് കൊറിയന്‍ ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ കറന്‍സി എക്‌സ്‌ചേഞ്ചായ യാപിസോണിന് നോര്‍ത്ത് കൊറിയന്‍ ഹാക്കര്‍മാരുടെ ആക്രമണത്തില്‍ അഞ്ച് ദശലക്ഷം ഡോളറിന്റെ ഫണ്ട് നഷ്ടമായി. ഇസ്രായേല്‍ ക്രിപ്‌റ്റോകറന്‍സി ട്രേഡിംഗ് കമ്പനിയായ കോയിന്‍ ഡാഷിന്റെ ഏഴ് ദശലക്ഷം ഡോളറിന്റെ കോയിനുകള്‍ ഹാക്കര്‍മാര്‍ മോഷ്ടിച്ചു.

Bitcoin is already accepted in some shops in different countries. In India we have restaurants which accepts BTC. I heard a news recently that in Japan a company going to give their employees salary in BTC.

As you can see the current bitcoin market rate.. It's recovering slowly.. I don't think bitcoin cash will replace BTC.. If it does, it would take a long long time.
