761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Hunters: What makes a good bounty program? on: February 27, 2018, 08:06:44 AM
In your mind, what makes a good bounty program better than another?  Payouts, process, etc...

For me, a good bounty program has a good project development, a good team, and has strict rules and regulation. Another thing is they should pay in the time that they promised to pay tokens or whatever they pay to the members of the campaign.
762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Would it be a good time to buy Ripple right now for quick profit? on: February 27, 2018, 08:04:50 AM
I have never daytraded/swingtraded before in my life. Ripple is at 93 cents right now. I'm confident (as most people are too) that it will shoot back up to $1-$1.12 within the next upcoming days. I am looking to put in $5,000 for some quick decent profit. Is it ok if I do? Would it be good time?

It's a good time to invest because it is lower than $1. But it doesn't mean that XRP will give you a "quick decent profit". Because we still don't know what is going to happen in the upcoming days. And if you really need to get that $5,000 then go for it. But if you want a higher profit in the future, go for a long-term hold.
763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A TON OF MONEY? on: February 26, 2018, 12:39:06 PM
This is possible ?

I think it is. But I also want to see some proof that he earned millions by just investing $500. Because for me a $500 investment is really small. And also how long is the time before you became a millionaire?
764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can I make at least $50,000 profit in 1 year with this portfolio? on: February 26, 2018, 12:37:07 PM
These are my investments and how much I put in them. Looking to HODL until December 2018 or Jan/Feb 2019.

BTC ($500)
ETH ($500)
LTC ($500)
NEO ($500)
VEN ($500)
ICX ($500)
EOS ($500)
NEB ($500)
ENG ($500)
SUB ($200)
WABI ($200)
POE ($200)
LEND ($200)
DRGN ($200)
UTRUST ($200)

THOUGHTS???

 Smiley

It still depends on the project development of those coins. No one can say if you can earn at approximately $50,000. Investing on this coins isn't a bad thing but there are still better rated coins than this coins except LTC, NEO, BTC, and ETH. It would be better if next time you just focus on top coins that are available.
765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is hodling alts dangerous? on: February 25, 2018, 02:16:43 PM
Holding alts is not dangerous. But not protecting your account from hackers is the one that is dangerous. There is no huge problem when it comes to the values of alt coins right now. For me, we are still in the normal green days where coins will continue to rise up.
766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best place to promote a bounty program on: February 25, 2018, 02:15:22 PM
The best sites where you can promote a bounty program is first, here in this forum and the next sites are social media sites like facebook, twitter, and instagram or any available sites where you can post ads. And I don't know if there is anyone who promoted a bounty program outside of the internet but that would be interesting too.
767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: February 25, 2018, 02:13:39 PM
Recently Bloomberg posted the information that it took hackers less than 10 years to steal over 14% of all existing Bitcoins and Ethereum from the wallets of their holders. The total sum they have stolen is more than $1,2 billion! How to protect yourself from hackers attacks? Are you afraid of this stuff?

First of all, I'm sorry to here about what happened and for all those who got hacked. I still can't believe they were able to get 14% of all existing bitcoins. Speaking of how to protect yourself from hackers, it is recommended you create a separate email address and have a separate pc where you can do something to earn cryptocurrencies and doing transactions. Better if you have an anti virus software to prevent trojan attacks. Everyone is afraid of course. No one wants to lose a lot of money with all the efforts they did to make a huge amount of money.
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best Campaign on: February 21, 2018, 02:00:52 PM
All projects suggest to take part in their campaign.
Can you advice me the best one to earn, please?
Now I take part in costal media network campaigns such as Twitter and telegram. But l would like to try translation. Is it worth doing?

Join socialmedia.market! It is a good project and I think it will reach hardcap. Social media campaigns isn't bad for extra earnings. Trying out for translation is the best because you will earn a lot of money from translation campaigns. But you really need to be fast because there's a lot of competition in translation campaigns because a lot of people are interested.
769  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I'm new to crypto where to start? on: February 21, 2018, 01:05:07 PM
Dear all,
After I received hundreds of bitcoin and crypto adds on my social media I decided to join the forum to find out more about this blockchain technology. I found this forum huge and have no idea where to start. There is so much to read about. I could use some help to point me to the right direction to catch up with all this stuff here. Any help would be much appreciated.

You are actually lucky to find out about this forum in your social media account because I don't think I'll never find this forum without the help of my brother. Anyway, this forum is meant for learning and educating yourself about cryptocurrencies. And also, you can earn money from joining campaigns in this forum. But focus in learning instead of earning money.
770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Best AirDrop on: February 20, 2018, 09:57:10 AM
I would recommend you to join deadley's bounties in telegram. He knows a lot of good airdrops that are available now like the Lendroid airdrop. And also, it is guaranteed that the airdrops that all the airdrops that he is posting are all legit and no fraud.
771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: First time investor, $6k buget, did I choose the right coins? on: February 20, 2018, 09:53:26 AM
Your coins are mostly in the top list so I don't think you're gonna have any problems with money in the future. You just need to be careful when it comes to transactions to keep your earnings safe. If I am going to add something or change, probably I'll put waves and stratis on the list.
772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $100,000 to invest. Should I buy BTC or ETH or altcoins? on: February 20, 2018, 09:26:00 AM
I would recommend you to buy BTC of course. Because I still believe that BTC is till the best cryptocurrency that is existing right now. But looking for ETH and other altcoins is not a bad option.
773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: altcoin that have a better future on: February 19, 2018, 08:08:58 AM
Honestly, you can't say which coin or coins the best right now. But you can know which one are the profitable. You can search for the top coins and which coins have a good project development. If you are looking for coins that you want to invest in, you don't have the look for the best coin available. Just simply check its background and profitability. And if you think you can earn a lot from this coin or coins, go for it.
774  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: *** BEWARE *** - BTC-ALPHA EXCHANGE NOT PROCESSING WITHDRAWS - on: February 19, 2018, 08:05:35 AM
You should probably avoid centralized exchanges and move to decentralized exchanges. Just make you sure you secure your account and avoid getting hacked. I would like to recommend you to use IDEX and Cryptobridge Dex.
775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost over 80k because i sold too early (newbie mistake) on: February 19, 2018, 07:49:56 AM
You didn't lose 80k but you just missed the opportunity to have the 80k. Know the difference. And yes. I think not holding for a long time or not holding until the coin really become profitable is a big mistake.
776  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Doing transactions in trading sites on: February 19, 2018, 07:07:28 AM
Hala pwede palang mabago ang address ng isang coin pag nag copy paste? Dapat pala isave ko mga ginagamit kong address sa sticky notes or notepad para di nako pa copy copy sa mga exchange address.. buti napost mo to sir ngayon aware nako! Thanks!

This is what I did after the malware attack. But the question is, is my PC still safe for doing transactions or it is better to move to the nearby computer shops where the PCs aren't infected with malware?
777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How's My Portfolio? on: February 18, 2018, 10:45:10 AM
I think your portfolio still lacks something because you have $3500 and I don't see even one of the top coins on your list. Why not try to look for more profitable coins like waves, stratis, and XRP?
778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Coins with price lower price has more chances to moon? on: February 18, 2018, 10:39:55 AM
I always thought that initial coin price is not important, because there is no difference between buying 1000 coins at $0.001 or 0.001 coin at $1000. Buy most of my friends who are newbie in crypto prefer buying low cost coins ("BTC is already $15000 but Rillple is still cheap").
Maybe that means that new people coming to crypto would prefer new altcoins (especially altcoins with lower price and more total supply) rather then BTC, ETH and other > 1000$ coins?
Also with cheaper coins it's simply easier to calculate whey purchasing something with crypto. I'm sure everyone is using calculators while trading on BTC/* pairs))

I think it just depends on your personal preference on what type of coin you want to invest on. And there are people who really prefer lower price specifically lower than $1. It doesn't really matter which coin you prefer because as long as that coin has the capability to become profitable, I think you can already say that that coin is a good investment.
779  Other / Meta / Re: how merit works? on: February 18, 2018, 10:31:03 AM
Before, you only need a certain number of activities to rank up. Now, you also need merits that will be given to you buy the members of this forum. There is also a certain amount of merit required in every rank you want to reach except Jr.Member.
780  Local / Pamilihan / Doing transactions in trading sites on: February 18, 2018, 10:23:14 AM
I want you to look carefully on your BTC deposit address. If you noticed that there is an inconsistency when you copy paste it in notepad or anywhere, it only means there is a problem in your PC or other devices you use to make transactions (most probably it's a malware).

Base on what the customer support from Binance said to me, here are ways to prevent this.

1. install anti-virus software to scan/kill Trojan and viruses as soon as possible;
2. disable plus-in/extensions in browser, uninstall unknown software in the computer;
3. Under extreme risk situation, shall format disk and reinstall OS in the computer;
4. It is useful to seek help from information security expert;

And for securing your trading account, (there's a lot of information so I'll just send a link).
https://steemit.com/binance/@czbinance/securing-your-trading-account

Purpose: This is for all the people who are new when it comes to doing transactions. This is just one of the problems that I've encountered while depositing to a trading site. Other people might think that it is just normal to see that your BTC deposit address is having an inconsistency when being copied to another blank space.

P.S. If you have any problems regarding doing transactions, please share.
