Why is china so influential with bitcoin prices?

It's not.
764  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if another altcoin surpasses BTC in value? on: October 01, 2017, 02:21:21 PM
We already had an Altoin that was worth more than Bitcoin. Check ZCASH. Nothing happened.

We view that the BTC blockchain slowing down radically as mass approval carries on, finance institutions won't accept that slow block-chain once they are able to utilize the BCH block-chain that's substantially faster. I am very long in BCH.

Please provide proof of "BTC blockchain slowing down radically"

I am still waiting for OP to show a proof of his statement. I bet he can't.

Edit: BitcoinCash has no future at all.
766  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Vanitygen: Vanity bitcoin address generator/miner [v0.22] on: September 29, 2017, 03:31:48 PM

Hello everybody
It's been 2 days since I've broken my head trying to solve the oclVanitygen problem more it does not want and I can not figure out why. Is that I hurt. Of course I am reader of this card and I have been read in less to less than 100 pages to try a little more it does not work :-( I think I have missed a detail or an idea that I did not I also have the latest NVIDIA driver (the 385.69 for GeForce GT 520M PILOTE may be too new) for my small GPU but I would like to see the difference with Vanitygen which suits it perfectly then I persevere but I need to have the latest version, Help me find car there really I can not get there.
I have assigned the GPU from the NVIDIA Command Center to the oclVanitygen.exe program but here is the error that brings me as a recurring member as well as command line options made. I still try -S -v 1TL // -v -S 1TL
NOTHING also does not start and the message is still the same

I would first check if this file calc_addrs.cl is located in the vanitygen folder

770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin phased out on: September 29, 2017, 06:43:37 AM
There are more than 1000 other cryptos. None has made it to 'phase out' Bitcoin yet. I really doubt, that this is going to happen and I will tell you why: Bitcoin has the best of the best developers working on it.

772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John Hathaway's summary: Bitcoin is Garbage on: September 27, 2017, 06:19:35 AM
I think you should change thumbs up to thumbs down because it is implying that you agree that "Bitcoin is garbage" which, base on your post, you do not agree with it.

... but I like it to know more about Bitcoin than these 'experts' with a 7 figures salary. That's why my thumb is up. If he was saying this in my presence I'd even applaud to him and motivate the rest of the audience to join me shouting 'Bitcoin is Garbage! Bitcoin is Garbage!'
His reaction must be interesting to watch.
773  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / John Hathaway's summary: Bitcoin is Garbage on: September 27, 2017, 05:45:37 AM
I love it when these experts come up with a fundamental analyzis on something they don't understand: 'Garbage!'
They let even the average sig spammer look so damn smart....
I guess these dinosaurs are heading to extinction.

775  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Proof-of-Work (PoW) is not secure, has no future, electricity use of continents on: September 26, 2017, 08:08:06 AM
There are a lot of other coins that provide a PoS. If you prefer these ... go ahead.
You can also create your own Bitcoin PoS coin if you want. If you have a lot of support, your coin might even skyrocket.

777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Urgent need for a Bitcoin "assocation" on: September 26, 2017, 05:40:50 AM
Nice idea: Centralize a decentralized system.
 Cheesy
This is what I suspected to be happening in the future but not this soon. I don't like the idea, actually I hate it but sooner or later an association is going to take place and then everything will be as good as over. I don't want to become a part of a centralized digital economy system and I wish it never happens. All the issues can be resolved without an association also.

I thought my smiley was showing the ironical intend, but it obv. didn't.
778  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin-Guys somebody please help me on: September 23, 2017, 06:21:31 AM
