761  Economy / Speculation / Re: yay btc goes ~$250 ! on: October 20, 2015, 12:19:11 AM
prices seem pretty stable now, ~265 what i dont understand is how the prices on the chinese exchanges are like $10 higher than the amercian exchanges? cant people just buy a ton of btc at the american exchange and sell at th chinese one and profit like 4% rinse and repeat?
762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC in your country on: October 20, 2015, 12:12:29 AM
in my country i see a couple of shops that accept bitcoin. there was a coffee house i saw downtown last week that i paid with bitcoin at, it was extremely fast and smooth. i think this year alot of merchants realized and understood the true potential of bitcoin and gave it a shot.
lets just hope next year, the amount of merchants supporting bitcoins increase
763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a way to earn at least $1 in BTC per hour? on: October 20, 2015, 12:10:38 AM

764  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcointalk Account price estimator on: October 20, 2015, 12:08:43 AM
ive have trouble with the site for the past few weeks. i was either way too far back in queue and never moved up or it just got stuck on processing, but it seems to have worked today.  Shocked great job on the site btw
765  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: CoinDumper **Dump any Altcoin** on: October 20, 2015, 12:05:31 AM
Another idea!
What about a website where you can dump any altcoin.Just send that altcoin to that a specific address and you will receive bitcoin instantly on your BTC address!
Thats it
sounds like your idea is a site that pretty much turns your altcoins into btc? if so this would be hard to create because the "dumping" requires someone to buy your altcoins and the buyer would then pay you in btc and if you dont have any buyers payment from the site would be unrealistic
766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Start a Gambling Site on: October 20, 2015, 12:03:08 AM
And you need a parters for this bussness and some assistance to  have a good support from gamblers..
Making a website is to long to make then also css design database and scripts...... I think you need a capital around 4000$ .

I agree with the fact he needs little be contacts with partners like experienced people but doesn't need a capital of 4000$.Websites developing has become so much cheaper now .For 200$ anyone can develop a full fledged gambling website ,maybe they will ask 200 extra for bitcoin API but its still less than 1000$ he can spend rest of the money for the most important part SEO and traffic .
the $4000 capital doesnt all have to be for development and for site maintenance, the money could also be used as capital for bets placed on the sites and such. although $4000 seems like quite a high number to me. but ive never made a gambling site so what do i know Sad
767  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How we help Bitcoin ? on: October 19, 2015, 11:59:35 PM
i think we help the bitcoin the best, is by making people spend their coins more than they are doing now. the more we spend, the more merchants are willing to give bitcoin a chance.
its not about spending bitcoin, its about doing transactions with bitcoins. the merchants will see that bitcoin has a lot of capability if everyone is using bitcoin and doing day to day transactions with it.
768  Economy / Speculation / Re: What 2016 holds for Bitcoin? on: October 19, 2015, 11:31:05 PM
i believe 2016 will be a valuable year for bitcoin, we saw in 2015 that many companies started to utilize bitcoin and bitcoin got much attention. in 2016 i expect bitcoins popularity to increase by a lot. many companies will begin to  see the power behind bitcoin and will begin to use it.
also next year the halfing will also take place reducing the supply of total bitcoins coming into the market. i expect the demand to increase as more people will become aware of bitcoin and will want a piece, the lower supply and higher demand should cause an uprise in the price.
overall i think 2016 will be a great year for bitcoin and i look forward to seeing in reality what actually happens  Cheesy
769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Use cases. What do you actually use Bitcoin for? on: October 19, 2015, 10:08:38 PM
i mainly use bitcoin to store my money, but sometimes i do my online small transactions in bitcoins, but i mostly plan on using it for store of value
770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How we help Bitcoin ? on: October 19, 2015, 10:05:57 PM
just by using bitcoin and paying fees to miners we help keep the blockchain intact, other ways we help is by running a node or advertising coins to people to dont know about it yet
771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: October 19, 2015, 10:04:50 PM

772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a way to earn at least $1 in BTC per hour? on: October 19, 2015, 03:03:49 AM
You can easily earn $1 per day with your current status in forum by participating in a signature campaign and can get $1 for around 10 posts or even less depending on BTC price.

Op ask about earning 1$ per hour, not per day, meaning 24$ per day not just 1$ as you try to explain.
earning 1$ per day isn't hard even without signature campaign, but 1$ per hour is really not easy
even with signature campaigns $1 per hour is extremely easy, check out r/beermoney on reddit for other ways you can make $1 per hr

775  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: www.sexyblockchain.info Help me design it and get paid! on: October 18, 2015, 10:32:22 PM
The idea is a great one but if you really want me to be honest with you here, i think bitcoin confirmations does not need any girl to appear just keep it simple.

Yes, was thinking that too. I've removed that suggestion from the main description.

Do you have any suggestions or ideas?   Smiley

I think, there is already a sexy block explorer at https://chainflyer.bitflyer.jp

thats extremely well designed i love how the little gems fall down to show the recent transactions, would be great if the site came in other languages lol
776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of bitcoin on: October 18, 2015, 10:04:47 PM
i believe bitcoin has a very strong future, that is until computers are able to crack private keys although i dont see that happeneing anytime soon.
when the majority of bitcoin have been mined and the number approaches 21M i think the value of the coin is going to increase exponentially
777  Economy / Speculation / Re: 600$ = 1BTC New steady price before new year! on: October 18, 2015, 09:02:44 PM
no way its going to go upto 600 before the year ends, im thinking itll go near that number either after the halfing or maybe during the halfing
778  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Vanitygen: Vanity bitcoin address generator/miner [v0.22] on: October 18, 2015, 09:01:16 PM
I'm new to this...

What is that 50% in xx time for when generating an address??
it means you'll reach a 50% chance of having your address generated in xx time. for example if it says 50% in 2hours that means your address should take around 4 hours and youll have a 50% chance of having your address in 2hours

You can never reach 100% for sure. Same as mining there is no progress you can make towards the address you are looking for. It just gets increasingly unlikely to not find a solution.
well realistically thats true but in the program doesnt it find the probability of finding that address say 1/40000000 then uses that number to give a percentage meaning it should technically show 100% at 40000000

never won a lottery in my life although thats probably because i rarely play them, i find the <1% chance of winning something very unappealing
