761  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $1.7 billion in Bitcoin stolen on: February 04, 2019, 11:53:12 AM
For every friend I know, none of their bitcoin private wallet has ever be hacked except one that gave his younger brother his private keys. It's obvious that some exchanges don't invest much on security and this is a big concern for investors and the government, as much of these hack cases are exchange related. I hope this is handled in the near future,
762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin = Nerd money or not? on: February 04, 2019, 11:44:00 AM
Calling bitcoin a nerd money might totally not be bad, nevertheless, the nerds are certainly ruling our financial sector and will continue to be so. Although bitcoin is a work of highly intellectual homo-sapiens, hence the ordinary eyes call it nerd money.
763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New hate wave? on: February 04, 2019, 11:07:50 AM
Bankers will always lash the bitcoin, since it has the full capacity to bye-pass the traditional banking system and still stay intact with low transaction fee, without anyone telling you your cash is currently unavailable. Anything that appears to be a threat to the traditional system must be resisted. How long can they go, is subject of time.
764  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN CAN'T BE DOUBLED. BE WARNED on: February 01, 2019, 03:47:53 AM
Sadly to say, people will still fall for all these even if they know it will eventually crash. A friend of mine has been adverting a scheme called VCI for short, they do a daily trade and pay them some daily percentage, even though he knows what befell me in USI-TECH and the losses I suffered and still regretting, he choose to now invest his BTC in a HYIP. Well one can not teach an dog a new trick, I have left them to their fate.
765  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The first Blockchain beer available tomorrow on: February 01, 2019, 03:39:54 AM
It's okay, just to give it some marketability and hedge. They should not only be a blockchain bear, they should also be accepting bitcoin as a legal means of transaction with their products. They produce food too, a large company. Bitcoin should be accepted.
766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tired of waiting? on: January 28, 2019, 11:31:39 AM
I have come to realize that Rome wasn't built in a day. Good things that will stand the test of time will take time to be appreciated because it is just new and not yet tested and proven by supposed expert. The heavy technology and the companies expressing their interest in Cryptocurrency market is enough to have faith in the survival. You can't feature in a future that you couldn't picture.
767  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung S10 Embedded with Cryptocurrency wallet on: January 28, 2019, 11:25:51 AM
It will further help in creating wide awareness about cryptocurrency. Since Samsung is a well known name in the telecom industry, people won't find it difficult accepting the concept of Cryptocurrency. One thing we must watch out in all these is the security of the wallet and how vulnerable  it's to hackers. I will just stick to my old ways of doing my investment.
768  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much Bitcoin price Expected end of this year on: January 28, 2019, 11:19:32 AM
Currently, the market is just too unpredictable. From the ETF saga to hacking of some exchanges, just too many sentiment in the market. I am afraid the bear market might just continue while traders continue to go about their normal activities of trading.
769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BEAR MARKET on: January 28, 2019, 11:15:49 AM
I want to think the world financial cabals are partly fighting the crypto market, this is because it gives power to the people because of it decentralized system. They want to cling on to the traditional money system, they love to continue to enjoy fraudulent means of extorting money from depositor's fund. We need stronger support to break off these cabals and then we will see heavy investment in the coin market.
770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2020 best year for ICO on: January 26, 2019, 01:36:21 PM
We can't continue to have ICO projects, many project always disappoint leaving investors in trauma. unregulated ICO must never be issued to ensure investors fund are secured. A better way of creating project should hedge out ICO. ICO=pain in recent times.
771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STELLAR silent killer ETH on: January 26, 2019, 01:13:02 PM
They are both different projects, let's just wait for ETH to carry out their upgrade, it will be look John Cena would say "you can't see me" Stellar is what I ought to have converted my $$ to but dished it on a shitty coin and got my finger burnt. True been said, stellar has remained stable despite the bearish market.
772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I want to buy real estate for bitcoins in the future. on: January 25, 2019, 12:15:11 PM
I would like to recommend you to migrate in Dubai. I know there are a lot of agencies which can sell you real estate for bitcoin. Also I heard that UAE is making it's own cryptocurrency.

I think Dubai is kind off very expensive place to dwell and leave, except one has a stable job there or into providing solution services. I really don't know much about the Caribbean Island, it's sure warm, but Dubai appears to have a better open opportunities.
773  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another ETF proposal : Bitwise on: January 25, 2019, 11:53:15 AM
We had fair well in 2017 even without hearing the word ETF, but immediately ETF discussion came on-board, the many ups and down of bitcoin started. I feel some what moved to suspect the SEC and banks in a conspiracy to frustrate/suppress the bitcoin growth and mass adoption. With less users, the bitcoin mooned to ATH, but with more users, the reverse is now the case. What do you call such scenario? Conspiracy of the rich!
774  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Soulja Boy says BTC is done on: January 25, 2019, 11:01:12 AM
He is one of those who joined the bandwagon of HYIP in the market. Well maybe he wasn't told the risk involved in bitcoin investment. This reflects a case of someone who bought bitcoin at an ATH, and banked on $40k predictions only for it to dump to $3,600. He should take some chill and rap more. We are all here and bitcoin is here to stay and change our financial transactions.
775  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am a newbie for bitcoin. Friends please clear my doubts on: January 09, 2019, 07:55:18 AM
Forget KYC, death to bitcoin KYC. If you use whatsAPP or Telegram in India, look for some trusted friends you know and start buying and selling bitcoin using a trusted escrow admin. For all the questions you just asked, you can send and receive bitcoin without your identity been revealed and as long as you have bitcoin in any wallet, you can send anywhere. In my country, I bye-pass KYC to buy and sell the bitcoin.
776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia to invest into Bitcoins to mitigate US sanctions - Blockmanity on: January 09, 2019, 07:44:34 AM
It's not necessary for the Russians to start buying bitcoin in order to mitigate the effect of the US and her ally sanctions. The government of Russia has already come out to say "they will have to start making direct trade using the Ruble" this is to avoid the US dollars. Since the Russian currency has no major international dominance, I think this will a major complicating issues for the old power house of the former USSR. Russian is not going to bitcoin now.
777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ETH wallet supports the upcoming hard forks? on: January 08, 2019, 05:57:52 AM
1. classic vision has no identifiable team so the project is questionable

Since this has no identifiable team, what do you think could be the fate after the fork? I read through their white paper how they want to preserve the Ethereum vision, and to be able to process about 25,000 transactions by seconds and some other components. There are some coins trading in this community without identifiable team, they are doing fine, am just thinking how ETVC will fair.
778  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will be the faith of bitcoin this year on: January 08, 2019, 05:50:32 AM
No one can possibly tell. Any TA suggesting $25k is just a pure speculation. Even trying to predict the market value by past yearly fall and rebound is another gambling which might be a product of chance. I will have to concentrate on BTC/Fiat and BTC/altcoins(good altcoins). What is going to push the bitcoin up, is it just the name 2019?Lols
779  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Really Meant as a Peer to Peer System on: January 08, 2019, 05:43:02 AM
A lot of friends here who  once used the bitcoin in an online investment think is a Ponzi scheme for it been majorly use by some scammers promising high returns. Sometimes it's difficult trying to teach an old dog a new trick, because he thinks he knows it all. The only convincing evidence for them is until I Lambo with my bitcoin trade, by then it may well just be above their reach. The truth is that: Men have not been hit economically to point of desperation, until then they will continue to cherish the fiat.
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: '3 Fork + ETC' Ethereum to go the same way as Maidsafe - fair warning! on: January 07, 2019, 03:10:45 PM
Constantinople is not going to give rise to a new coin but just going to be a major upgrade on the ethereum network. They plan to switch from proof of work to proof-of-stalks and will be reducing mining reward per block to just 2ETH, the congestion usually experience should be taken care off. Although they have other forks coming up on the 11th and 12th of January.
