It was really a sweet an deserving victory for the Nigerian team, because through out the game, they where the better side even though they were criticized alot by their own fans for the lack of goals in the team during the build up to this game.
I was saying it here yesterday, how I see Nigeria winning this one because of how solid they were at the back, and how poor the Cameroonian has been in the tournament, but some agreed, but some wasn't seeing it that way, and what I observations yesterday was that the Nigerian team are improving in their attacking front as the competition goes by, I just hope, they can bring the trophy home.

Actually in my neighborhood we don't gambles for fun that much, we only gambles for fun when we are with friends, when we are just trying to know who is more lucky, but majority of people in my neighborhood, do it because they need money, and no body that's in need of money will gambles fun. Last season we saw Arsenal's lack of consistency towards the end. It very sad and regrettable how my beloved country naija have become so difficult to live in, because the cost of living is now trying to kill the living.
Subsidy removal and the high cost of dollar have really taken a toll on not just on our economy but also on every businesses in the country, people find it difficult nowadays to feed three square meal a day, and those doing business, the rate at which price of things are adding up daily is really unsustainable to the small business owners that don't have the capital required to cope with the present condition in the country, and the most annoying part of it is that the government are not doing anything about it, my only prayers is that let this present condition of this country dont make it to burn when the frustration is too much on the citizens.

Osimhen scored in the first match against Guinea, and it seems to me that it is not worth blaming a player for scoring only one goal in three group stage matches if the entire team scored only three goals. Nigeria has a better defense, perhaps this is what they will build on, Nigeria conceded only one goal in the group stage, and Cameroon conceded 6 goals, the difference seems obvious to me. But you shouldn’t blame a player for poor performance, national team matches don’t take place so often that players can play so well. Osimhen have never been a bad striker for the Nigerian national team, just that Nigerian pattern of play is totally different from Napolian style of play, in that Napoli team, the midfielder makes it easier for the attacker, but in the Nigerian color that's never the case.
