Finding the main reason for this price fall is a good thing because most of the people then they saw the price fall they start selling their coins just for the panic and if we can find the reason for which the price falls, people can be calm and start holding their coins,but it could be many reasons for that, it could be many bad news, many speculations or even rumors.

So, I thought the bitcoin's volatility attribute was being checked by the SEC and other world financial bodies, if so, why the sharp price fall that just happened in about an hour ago?

As what i have seen on the coinmarketcap.com for the market price for bitcoin that literally goes down to 6K usd is a good time to start the investment. I am waiting for this moment but still i need more money to invest on it. For me it is a good time to enter the market and buy your stake again like lat time when it had e=reached 6k got some and sold it on profits. This is why you are said that buy on dips so that you can exits on profits else it will be other way around.

You can't really predict if price will go up or down, but you can watch the news because price of bitcoin lightly increases or decreases depending on the news.

I am not sure if the price went up in this year, but in the past years generally speaking, all markets were a profitable year.

It is very difficult to predict what will happen to bitcoin price, and If Bitcoin price jumps over 8200$ range it will be very good sign for all investors, but I am not sure if would it be the beginning of the bull run. Because in the middle of July we was reached this price and nothing happened, the price has fallen down again.
