Yeah, yesterday and they just send me an automated message, the same that this guy has gotten.

I have a question: When paying with BTC to join the ICO shall I sign the message before I send the BTC or after I send it?

Same problem here, its been more than 2 days and I still haven't gotten my coins. Polo says its completed but the transaction ID cannot be found on the explorer...

I have the same issue...
Requested withdrawal on 21 June and my coins are still not there. Transaction ID still not found on explorer.
All I got from their support is the automatic message everybody is getting regarding the ETH withdrawals situation...

I hope everybody will be able to get his share without waiting a few hours in a queue like in CIVIC ico...
