is this amount including 25k ETH of Pre-Sale or not ?? I guess not as the collected amount for now is less than 25K. They raised those 25K in 9 hours in the presale, now we're at 18K and its been like 2-3 hours which is pretty nice. |

Holy moly, thats a large gamble. why should this be a gamble? this project is running good and is not a scamtoken. if he cashes out later at 2-3$ he will earn big, when it hits the exchanges later on. Yeah and if he cashes out at 0,1$ not so much. Noone knows what the price will be in the future, thats why i think its a large gamble to invest 1.2M$ in an yet unproven concept. Kickstarter and GOFund me have similar concept and have turned out well, why wouldn't this turn out well? A lot of people may use it. Real estate is pretty safe investment and now you'll be able to do it even with smaller amounts of money. |

we just compare this investment with something like this, not with crypto, cause crypto has faster volatility. not need to waiting news or geopolitic, if community would dump crypto, it will happen.

in ICO world 12-20% annual profit is not so much but at least as it is bound with real estate I would say it will be more or less guaranteed, which is a nice. The market will crash sooner or later tho, and its not as safe as real estate. With REAL you can put your savings into real estate as safer option and get pretty good returns - better than banks. |
