Yes, at least in terms of price. But each has its own unique advantages and disadvantages, features, apps, blockchain, and so on. They are after all two different bananas. They are not like each other. But I believe that Ethereum is on the road to achieve the value having reached by Bitcoin. But it will not be like both of them will be sharing equal price. Bitcoin will always be ahead. Second place is not a bad rank though.

Does Bitcoin's price decrease and increase make the other Altcoin price decrease and increase? When the Bitcoin decreases, the other coins are reduced by the price. While the price of bitcoin increases, most coins increase. What's the reason for this?
This does not happen all the time. But in the last several days, the movement seems to be as a single body. This signifies that the decrease and increase of the prices are not just a reflection of the individual performance of the coin but of the entire crypto environment. But it has also happened countless of times in the past that if Bitcoin is in serious blood, the rest of the altcoin world will also suffer the same. This means that Bitcoin's fate is playing a vital role in the prices of the altcoins. |

I guess you are already more or less experienced about the price fluctuation of Bitcoin given that you have already done buying it. From that point I am sure that Bitcoin has already climbed to a higher level. And as you can easily observe right now, the price is again very low. That simply means one thing and that is to buy. I assume that you know very well the mantra buy low sell high. That applies all the time after all. |

The country where I live is not a bitcoin friendly country, and I know there are some countries , they are quite friendly for bitcoin. even BITCOIN exchange ATM machines are there. Actually I would like to know what are the most Bitcoin friendly countries in the world at the moment?
I believe there are so many Bitcoin friendly countries right now. And the number is increasing rather fast even if some countries are also trying to distance themselves from crypto. I think Japan is the friendliest country to Bitcoin. It has been touted as the crypto hub in Asia. Australia is also very friendly with the existence of Bitcoin. Estonia is the same. The majority of the countries in Europe are very much supportive of crypto. |

dogecoin is a potential electronic coin
I think it is already an electronic coin basically because it does not have a hard version that we can use. Dogecoin is one that is already tested with time considering that it has been in the world of crypto for a long time. But it seems to be stuck in its place. I hope there will be a significant update with it so that it will at least turn into an attractive coin for investment not just on a long term basis. |

Well, I am not a hater of Deeponion but I am not a fan either. I just would like to read the arguments, whether pro and anti this coin. The debate about this coin has started in the middle of last year and until now I think the debate still continues without any final closure. There are accusations but they seem to be short of reasons. My impression is also that this project is a bit shady but it seems the coin is in great demand right now. For sure, because the price is increasing big time right now.

Edit: I have now invested 100% into Skycoin I have 12 Bitcoins. I am not a whale. I started about 6 months ago with 0.01 Bitcoins and $1000. I turned it into 12 Bitcoins so far and am pretty proud to say the least. My question is, what do I do now? As far as I can see, I have 4 options;1) Hold the Bitcoin
2) Invest in altcoins and leave a little in Bitcoin
3) Fund a project and start my own cryptocurrency that solves a problem that current currencies face (scalability, Tx fees etc.). With the funds, I would be able to assemble a team, start a marketing campaign, get listed on exchanges etc. I am also a programmer which helps.
4) Convert it to fiat (probably the dumbest idea)Edit: I should also add, I dropped out of school and have all the time in the world so can fully commit to any idea. I will earn my living of cryptocurrencies.A few people have asked how I made my money so, if you are interested, here is a short summary: Initially, I put it all into Bitcoin during the massive FUD of the fork around June when Bitcoin dipped to $1,900. Then I put half my money into NEO before all of the hype at around $12 and cashed out at $40. Then I invested in a couple ICO's and turned a pretty good profit of off the hype. After that, I got back in on NEO as soon as China announced the regulations regarding ICO's and rode the wave back from around $20 to $40 (I can't quite remember). Then, I rode the hype of Ethereum Dark, eBitcoin and a few other airdrop scams. Finally, I got in on Wincoin before it got to coinmarketcap and turned a 20x profit. Well, I agree that converting your 12 Bitcoins into fiat is the dumbest idea. And then the second to the dumbest idea would be putting everything into a single basket. And, unfortunately, that is what you are doing right now. It might have not mattered at all if you are investing into something that is really a solid coin. Skycoin does not even belong to the top 100 of all coins. The big question is why Skycoin of all? Or is this just a way of promoting this coin? I cannot get your true point. |

The poll is clearly saying that the crypto community is still made up of people who are mostly supportive of Bitcoin more than any alternate cryptocurrency. This goes out to say that Bitcoin will still be the ruling crypto. Bitcoin doubled the the votes of the second. This will serve as an assurance to people in here that Bitcoin has a very strong and soling community of supporters behind it and that it will not easily succumb to any FUDs and negative comments about it. I for one voted for Bitcoin. The reason is simply that it is still the number one. |

Hi everyone, What are your opinions on telegram groups which charge for alt trading signals. The normal rate is 0.05BTC for yearly membership and they promise so very nice returns. How many of these are legit? Could anyone link some of the groups please. Thanks  I have also heard about such groups. These are not only in Telegram. There are also some other sites that accepts memberships so that they will be able to access some signals that are done by professional and highly accurate cryptocurrency traders. While I have not tried entering such groups, I have also heard that there are indeed legit groups whose crypto market speculations are indeed highly accurate. Depending on the amount you are trading, this could be profitable. However, you just take care as there are always scammers everywhere. |

I would place my tiny investment in cheap coins but are really great such as Siacoin or BAT or XEM and then forget about it. After all, there are no large gains you can get from your $50. While leaving my $50 initial investment in crypto, I would be looking for some other way to earn some more money to add up to my initial investment. The bigger the investment, the bigger the profit so it is important to look for some additional income.

Bittrex is very strict crypto exchange platform. It does not easily accept new altcoins to be traded on its platform. As a matter of fact, there are already a great number of new altcoins that wished to be listed there. However, for some reasons they all fail. Perhaps it is due to the high standard of this platform. They even kicked out some of the coins in their list. Why don't you try to explore HitBTC or Bitfinex, or Poloniex, and Cryptopia. These are also great exchange platforms. |

It depends on the altcoins you are holding, mate. It does not automatically mean that if Bitcoin will rally aggressively, all the altcoins will definitely suffer. We have so many altcoins that will surely rally along with Bitcoin for several reasons. There are several upgrades and new partnerships to be sealed this new year so I am certain that a lot of altcoins will be flying higher early. But if your altcoin does not have much announcements, you may shift to Bitcoin because Bitcoin will be more aggressive in the days to come. |

I was away from crypto for years and now I'm trying to get back into the game. I was really STUNNED that there is no exchange, even after many years since bitcoin started, that we can just deposit USD and start exchanging altcoins. I hope I'm wrong because this would be the single biggest hurdle for altcoins to be widely adopted by general public. There are just too many hurdles to jump over just to START trading.
Actually, there are so many cryptocurrency exchanges right now and it is even growing in numbers steadily. I can name some that are quite popular. Bitfinex has the biggest volume so I guess that is the number one for now. We also have Bittrex and Poloniex, the two of the most trusted crypto exchange platforms. We also have Cryptopia, HitBTC, Mercatox, C-CEX, Binance. Among these five last mentioned, I prefer Cryptopia. I have had smoother experience there. |

Sadly, I have not joined the Tron (TRX) craze because when I looked at the chart, the green candles are already very high and I was expecting for a little correction. Damn! I was wrong again. But no problem, I always have this safe way of doing things. I though it was already a bit of a gamble to enter when the pump has been going on. But now, Tron is still pumping and increased at least a hundred percent. |

Well, I don't like airdrops to be honest. I feel like almost 99 percent of all these airdropped coins are useless and worthless and will end up dead in due time. But if you really want to earn even some cents in free coins then you may join all the available airdrops. Who knows, after joining some 50 airdrops all in all, you could hit one good coin that will moon in a year or so. After all, these are all free give-aways. Just choose those that look legit and are promoting convincing projects.
