see i told you all he'd make it come out however he wanted...the only ppl getting screwed here is us by him...he's lost nothing n probably even gained btc by this...everyone post on that auction telling ppl not to buy from him Cheesy
762  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GB]Terraminer IV #5, Coinsortium on: April 05, 2014, 03:50:22 AM
I think we should try and continue to mine
Selling them will be less than $5000 for each
I think it may be possible to host them at cointerra
http://cointerra.com/cointerra-announces-hosting-partnership-terramine-hosting/
This may mean that is they break down cointerra will fix the sooner because of location
and may get better support
PS: I have paid 13.09 BTC on miner #3 ---- about 1/3 of that miner hashing power
I believe I you sell the miners you get about 10 BTC each i.e. I would get about 3 BTC for my 13.09 btc investment --- I estimate if we continue mining it possible to miner about 20 bitcoin per miner. IE I will earn about 7 BTC which is much better than selling them today .

So my votes is NO also I hope the voting is based on number of share held in this GB

My 2 cents

really doesn't matter how we all vote in an email to him privately...he can just change it how he wants it...we all should vote here in public Cheesy and my vote is NO based on hardpick math...and we're already screwed...so no need in screwing us more...and the votes better be counted with share count otherwise that would be unfair...not like this whole GB has been fair lol

which is the maximum OC for Jupiter October 4 VRMs?

i had my 4vrm oct mods going at 261 for a few minutes but the temps was alittle too high for comfort...and that is with heatsinks on them n tons of extra fans n cool room...was also get fault code on one...i run them now at 241...as for my 8vrm mods i can run them safely at 271...but could go higher if i had a bigger psu...that is my limiting factor

Someone ask him if each GB is responsible for their own DC fees...Thxs

I don't understand

how can miner #4 have more BTC than miner #1,#2 or #3

miner #4 has 2.4 BTC all other have less?
(or am I reading this wrong ?)

cause miner #4 worked better straight outta the gate then the rest...it didn't have the halfing issue or for not that long which is good cause i'm in #4 Cheesy
767  Economy / Services / Re: 3.75 BTC Reward For Finding this scammer... on: March 14, 2014, 01:31:26 PM

idk...maybe make the deal so sweet he can't afford not to talk to you...say you have alot of btc and willing to buy alot of units Cheesy

Well I was trying to do it but till now no answer.
Sad

He know too good that he is a scammer Smiley he will hide himself Smiley but there will be a moment when he will make a wrong turn Smiley
All scammers will get paid in Karma.

No dividend payments have been made yet as there is approx 3.3 BTC generated total  to date. The hosting payment which I made in full for 6 months hosting (17.6 BTC) needs to paid,  and approx $1300 in duties paid upon delivery of the miners needs to be paid before any payments are made.

Okay so we are well on track for the hosting to be paid and duties to be paid. When do you expect our first payments to start?

Also, could you please post the invoices for hosting that you have paid?

Thanks

oh around 5-6wks someone estimated i think...but my guess would be longer Sad
769  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GB]Terraminer IV #5, Coinsortium on: March 14, 2014, 12:39:58 AM
I'm still wondering where it said sonic gets to take out hosting payment first before making out any payouts...hmm must be nice getting 2.5% off the top then taking the rest at start when the btc is rolling in now...vs later when diff rate jumped upto 10bil yay oh then he'll decide to sell'em so we all have no chance ROI...FML wish i never bought into this GB...oh not to mention the stellar communication we have been getting on updates and things lol...shit man he has a pretty sweet deal...start a gb, ppl pay, get units in DC..boom do nothing n act busy Cheesy oh make a messed up spread sheet once in a while to keep everyone guessing if their getting paid fair or not Cheesy wish i thought of this

looking into his other knc gb...even if we did get a payout...i doubt he'd send it...everything sonic is touching is turning into one giant cluster fuck...ignores everyones questions/suggestions and just does whatever the hell he wants...cause yep we all don't know a thing about him...hmm...wonder if he is just gona pull a basic mining n disappear...i smell a bitbet coming up Cheesy
770  Economy / Services / Re: 3.75 BTC Reward For Finding this scammer... on: March 13, 2014, 11:24:32 PM
Well I am on it.
Just sent him another e-mail Tongue
Let see will he reply or not Smiley

If he will - I will let you know.

I am close to get his phone number Smiley

When you get is phone #, let me know asap. 75% I can trace it. If I can, I can get more info then you could imagine. Probably more than you could use.

I will try to do my best to get his phone but perhaps I wasn't so close as I though...

Give me few more hours we will hunt that fox! (or at least do my best while trying Smiley ) - failure is always an option)

let me guess...he wasn't willing to talk on the phone?

idk...maybe make the deal so sweet he can't afford not to talk to you...say you have alot of btc and willing to buy alot of units Cheesy
771  Economy / Services / Re: 3.75 BTC Reward For Finding this scammer... on: March 13, 2014, 12:01:46 AM
Please send me whatever info you have on the scammer. My specialty is tracking people in the US who is 18yo +, but I can still take a look.

Just a quick question, when people in this forum purchase, loan or invest in someone else, I've been finding that no one gets the information of the person or company that they're handing their money over to. Personally I would never invest / loan money to someone if I didn't have a lot of information on them. Is this typically the case?

yep pretty much...
772  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GB]Terraminer IV #5, Coinsortium on: March 09, 2014, 03:57:10 AM
does any one have his info and his real name Huh

1. Name
2.city or country
3. home address

I believe some one has all this info on soniq Huh  some one PM me last week and said he has soniq's INFO Huh

Also i believe we need to vote (share holders) and make another thread on the Terraminer GBs, and see if we can come to an agreement weather we need to take some legal actions against soniq or come to an agreement with soniq.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH Soniq! Many of US have invested quite a bit of BTC $$$ with YOU and I am going to start comparing your GBs to Butterfly Labs!

We need to come to some sort of agreement with you.

OK, i just PM John to see if we can get some info, here the PM i sent.

Hi John,

I am Part of a couple GBs with soniq and i believe you have confirmed who he is and were exactly he lives??? We are have a bit of trouble (share holders) getting info concerning payments and the where about's on some of the miners.  Please if you can shed some light on the matter it will be much appreciated.

Here are threads regarding missing BTC and miners.

774  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Hacking The KNC Firmware: Overclocking on: March 07, 2014, 06:54:11 PM
I did it...switched to bfgminer n turned that core off and sure nuff....0% hw error for 43min Yay...

http://imgur.com/J5OhEXN

at 48min mark...got 3 hw error but % is still 0 lol well i just wanted to know for sure that i would be right if i disabled that core...well i guess back to cgminer i go as i really don't need to lose that core for good since it still produce good hashes too...So can i claim the lowest hw error rate from knc unit? hehe...I wanna at least be top at something in my life Tongue
775  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GB]Terraminer IV #5, Coinsortium on: March 07, 2014, 03:05:44 AM
my vote is he needs help...between the mess of the KNC GB and this one...and whatever else he has going on...idk Sad kinda regret buying in now Sad
776  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Hacking The KNC Firmware: Overclocking on: March 06, 2014, 01:49:19 AM
Anyone know how to make cgminer disable a core permanently? I have a feeling I'd be at 0% hw errors if it wasn't for this one naughty core with 170 hw errors an hr...think it would be worth it to just turn it off Cheesy

see that one line going straight up? ya thats the naughty one Sad so that is why i claim 0% hw errors Cheesy

http://imgur.com/Fncy3Kg

also nice unit WC'in guy Cheesy  What temps ya running? got a IR gun? you oc'in?
777  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GB]Terraminer IV #5, Coinsortium on: March 05, 2014, 01:06:43 AM
Soniq, Forgive me if you already answered this,

When should we expect payments to start?  What is the schedule and amount of each payment?

Thanks

I'd also like to add...this isn't going to be another knc jup. nightmare is it?
778  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Hacking The KNC Firmware: Overclocking on: March 02, 2014, 10:18:06 PM
any ideas of what variables to change to make 5 boards take the OC settings.

edit: I have tried adding 4 to the end of 0 1 2 3 at the 2 or 3 points i could find this mentioned bellow, but it did not have an effect.

eidt: if anyone can edit the bellow for me so it works with 5 boards i would be extremely grateful and would offer a small reward Wink

#!/bin/sh

PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin

use_bfgminer=
if [ -f /config/miner.conf ]; then
. /config/miner.conf  #if bfgminer is enabled, this file contains: use_bfgminer="true"
fi
if [ "$use_bfgminer" = true ] ; then

exit 0

you can try this....http://pastebin.com/AsGZKu4E

no clue if it'll work, i just used the individual die setting to try n oc all your mods...i've set'em all at 291 for ya...Let me know if it worked Smiley

The Bermod 0.4 operates in the firm 1.0? Júpiter october 4vrm

yes its working for me on 1.0fw

So to confirm you updated to 1.0, then changed the cgminer.sh based upon this pastebin, did you do any web admin changes in the advanced section?

sorry gateway that is for elasticband...but for me I just made my oc.sh file in the config folder n when i updated i ran the oc.sh as usual and it worked...dunno why so many ppl having troubles with it

EDIT: well i locked myself outta my unit...had to reflash to 96.1 and got everything all setup again...and somehow i'm down to .05% hw error now Cheesy and maybe 5 more gh/s outta it Cheesy I'll take it...hopefully it holds...and if it does I'll be under my goal of .1% yay

if anyone needs a multi oc'in sh here it is http://pastebin.com/QEyPgXe8
its setup for 2 @ 241 and 2 @ 271 so ya might wana change it before using

Hi

How it's possible to make script that copies my own cgminer.sh script to /etc/init.d/cgminer.sh on startup?

And how to make script that restarts the miner with like 3 hour intervals? As there has been some downtime with overclocking and unit just shutting down=)

now 500gh/s semi-stable 2 module november saturn, was on during the night. Started clocking each die individually. To make it stable i needed to get rid of those fault 4:s turning up after some time. I think they have timer on them and that causes some overtemp-protection to trigger in after some time.

Values for asic 4 are 361 and asic 0 varies in between 361 and 2C1.

Description=cgminer 3.9.0|SUMMARY

Total DC/DC power output: 471 W

vrm's for asic 0 die 3 make fault 4 risen above that 30.  Asic 0 is heating more than 4 in overall.

has anyone tried this with an oct junit with 8 activted VRMS? i wonder why everyone with  with 8 vrms boards oct reaching only 790Gh/s max.

because oct. jups just ain't made to oc this much...
