761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Binance beat Ethereum on: February 23, 2020, 12:55:22 PM
Do you want Binance to be able to beat ETH in price? or any other field? If you hope Binance can beat ETH in price then I think it will never happen, the price of ETH will definitely go up and return to ATH in the near future. But for Binance, I think its price will never go beyond $ 50
- The truth is sometimes different from what you think, and I feel that Binance still has opportunities to reach $50, even Binance will exceed that price easily because you should look at the community they are holding, a huge number when other exchanges do not make highlights like binance, therefore, it is highly likely that binance will continue to increase in price, the important issue is only time. Talking about the competition with ETH, agree with you that binance is not having too many advantages, more effort is needed to extend this competitive hope
762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple ever reach $5 ? on: February 21, 2020, 02:15:33 PM
$5 is very likely in the future. It hit $3 a couple of years back, based entirely on speculation of its future use case. When that use case becomes current and XRP is an integral component of international finance, I would anticipate much much higher prices.
- Raising Ripple to an international position is probably a distant thought but from your mind, we also see the hype about Ripple seems to be too great in its history, we can see how much everyone's expectations for ripple have been since the value of XRP broke through $3 in the past, and should remember that its starting point is extremely low, even worse than the value of ripple right now. Too bad conditions can still increase very strongly, relatively good conditions will have more milestones to break through, Ripple will reach $5 only if the community and whales hype appropriately
763  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you define a good exchange? on: February 20, 2020, 12:17:57 PM
Good exchange have many altcoin kinds listed on their market, exactly have many pear of bitcoin and altcoin for trading, like Binance, Bittrex and Gate io I think become most worth exchange for trading and investing.
- Although many options and products for customers can increase the opportunity is essential but even if one exchange owns a lot of products, altcoins are listed very diverse, if the trading volume is too low or almost zero, it can only be called a poor exchange, it cannot be assessed well based on the variety of products. A good exchange automatically has many projects they will want to collaborate and list, and good points need to come from customer and community satisfaction surveys, a good exchange should be identified as such, instead of subjective factors
764  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Replace Banks? on: February 18, 2020, 02:19:03 PM
The creation of blockchain came with possibilities and predictions of a future where intermediaries could be eliminated entirely. It is capable of executing millions of transactions within seconds at a lower transaction cost and requires no centralized authorization.

With the blockchain trend going on as strong as the moment, is it possible that blockchain will replace banks any time soon in the future?

More here: https://www.hb-wallet.com/post/2018/12/20/can-blockchain-replace-banks
This will likely happen in the future if the governments will not try to stop the Blockchain virus but as what I see if the adoption will continue to spread. Most of the governments will find a way on how they can turn the table by adapting the future of Blockchain while taking a control of it.

If banks will disappear someday, then there is a big possibility that the bank owners will move to Blockchain industry and continue their operation.
- Considering the development of blockchain is staggering when it is only in a few years, its reputation has risen very high, it forced the government and industries to have more research on it but after a while learning about it, perhaps the application will reach a certain limit and not be as widespread as we expect. Because the blockchain has irreparable disadvantages as we cannot fix it when the contract is confirmed while transactions in the bank often occur mistakes, forcing banks to repair transactions, that makes blockchain in the banking industry not particularly interested
765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to BNB after 5 years? on: February 17, 2020, 01:13:13 PM
I am expecting x10 at least, the price now is 20$ so probably we will see it grow at $200 that time, but actually I am expecting more because if other coins could grow x100 or more, I have no doubt about the capacity of BNB consider it has a big community that supported this project.
- Well, with very steady development since its launch, plus the full support of binance exchange, bnb really has many opportunities to increase exponentially in the future when the demand for this exchange is increasing sharply as this exchange provides a very good quality. However, with such a long road, we cannot speculate too subjectively, we need to look further at bitcoin, this is the character that will greatly determine the fate of the market in the coming years, hopefully bitcoin will be good enough to help us and BNB have the best situation to make money
766  Economy / Economics / Re: Will 2019 take us to Moon or Mars? on: October 04, 2019, 01:07:49 PM
Less than three months for the year to end, now the price is close to $8200. If there happens a growth same as 2017 end we can expect the price to touch $15000 and not more than that. With the starting price for the year, what we've reached by now is big. This way we can term it an year we've reached the moon. 2020 is under hard expectations, and let's wait and watch the reality by 2020.
- Although we have a few months before the end of 2019 but the expectation for us to go to the moon is quite difficult when bitcoin seemed to have used all of its potential power and flare up in the early months of the year, now is probably a period of exhaustion and gradually falls into a bad situation. However, one point I feel quite fortunate is that we do not need to live in a difficult period with altcoins when altcoins recover relatively strong, a lot of people have made a huge profit in recent months when altcoins have been pumped quite strongly
767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: October 04, 2019, 12:37:38 PM
Just curious here.
I know there are tons of way to live.

but is there such a thing as professional gamblers?

people who make a living onlyout of gambling (online or on rl)?

resources and comments on that are really welcome.

Considering gambling as a profession isn't a new idea on the history of mankind. Many Asian countries before was a powerhouse in terms of the gambling industry. Some customers did manage to make living out of it because they realize the trick in winning. This strategy however, is difficult in online gambling. Most games right now in online gambling are not profitable, tho some can be self sustaining. It all goes down to the player's skills and if he is good enough to dodge those probability to lose, he can pretty sure make a living out of it.
- Real or online gambling, everything is too difficult for someone who wants to make a living from this job, even if it is a highly skilled person and can be called a professional during the gambling process, their strategy and profitability have not remained stable for a long time. Because all games always have some tricks, even some holes, the casino always takes advantage and sets the biggest advantage for them, a few times we can get past them but when they improve everything we can only fight in vain, this world probably doesn't welcome such a risky job, living in gambling is just the dark
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB reach $50 This Year? on: October 03, 2019, 01:53:46 PM
I guess it can't go to 50$ until the end of this year. But it may go to 50$ in a year, probably after the bitcoin halving. Bnb-binance, they are doing incredible buildings and adding new features all the time. Lending, airdrops, IEOs, burns, futures etc, these will drive the price up for sure but it may not very soon such as the end of this year.
- Binance exchange really adds a lot of new features as a method to push their coin prices up, and their plan has been going very well for months, even when I look at this topic at the time, I'm not too surprised why people have such judgment. But unfortunately, most of our predictions have been broken when bnb's price has lost stability, and started to go down to a low level as it is now, I don't know the reason for this story, very suspicious of whale control, maybe too many people have held bnb, and whales don't have enough accumulation, they need to adjust and $50 becomes a distant price for bnb this year
769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs dead? on: October 03, 2019, 01:37:05 PM
There are still investors who want to invest in ico's and that's why I can proved that Icos are still alive. But the investors are now decreasing due to the scam ICOS that are still operating in the market.
- Living as you say cannot be called living because there are very few investors who like to participate in ICO projects and with such a small number of people and they also allocate in different projects, not focusing on one project, I don't think the projects running ICOs can be successful, the softcap is not achieved and the opportunity to establish relationships, listing on exchanges is very low when the exchange is giving priority to IEO. This is clearly an invisible death, the ICO has only left outer shell
770  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one you buy Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: October 02, 2019, 01:05:36 PM
I will prefer to buy Bitcoin as it still average dominating the market than Ethereum. This is because Bitcoin is the most trusted crypto currency in the market as it already build a deep foundation of trust among the investors to make their money to grow unlike the Ethereum in which the platform is now slowly challenged by some Altcoins.
- You shouldn't put what you like into your investment mindset because that's one of the reasons that lead us to failure, although bitcoin is really as good as you said but it is also an insecure investment, and we cannot say that buying bitcoin is profitable, sometimes we will win and sometimes vice versa. The reason for these two possibilities is because of the adjustment of the market and the establishment of trend of investors, everyone has an individual's need, and they never want something to go up or down forever, everything needs a balance to work properly and to make money.
771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin isn't just an investment, it is the future on: October 02, 2019, 12:48:14 PM
Bitcoin isn't just an investment, it is a way to gain our financial freedom. Yes, freedom, we are not controlling our money and in the extraordinary situations, governments can take our money or limit us to withdraw them. With bitcoin, they can't. We can just trade bitcoin with anything without using atms. This is the future.

- Bitcoin is truly an investment and gives us the opportunity to be financially free in the near future when bitcoin has the power and development to follow the trend we expect, and agree with you that the government will not be able to collect taxes when we use bitcoin but this certainly will not be our future, I can even say that bitcoin is just an investment and could be part of our future. There is no clear confirmation because bitcoin is not something so common that the government can accept, besides, the risk of investing in bitcoin is an issue that many people do not dare to bet it is their future.
772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoiners, don't give up yet. Bitcoin can't do it alone. on: October 01, 2019, 03:23:30 PM
I agree that Bitcoin cannot do alone, however its sharp moves make alts dead nowadays. When I see an increase in BTC, I just stop trading because it makes alts collaps, when I see a decrease in BTC, it still makes alts collapse. It needs to be a bit less volatile and go sideways. If alts do not survive, this crypto market makes no sense to us.
- Although we all know that this market will not be perfect without altcoin, even know that bitcoin will go before then altcoin will follow but the collapse of altcoin really makes us unable to control emotions because every time it collapses, the price goes down too deep, it's not just a decline with only a few percent of the value, it drops to almost half the value, even more. And waiting for the price to return is a long journey for all altcoin holders, and very few can succeed, giving up in the middle of the road is very frequent, patience is not possible when bitcoin shows up
773  Economy / Economics / Re: Please, we should not totally eliminate fiat currency on: October 01, 2019, 03:07:53 PM
From what I have seen so far in this forum and other crypto platforms, most of us want fiat eliminated. But let us not forget that there are still situations whereby we can't use crypto except fiat like in rural places without computers or even internet facilities.
I'm 100% agree we still need fiat, we will have a lot of issues and problems if we stop using fiat, Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrency are internet-based, there are places that still do not have internet or weak internet connection like several provinces in our country, and there are ethnic group that prefer fiat, let them have a choice we still need fiat our daily lives even if we are using Bitcoin to all our transactions.
- Obviously, virtually all cryptocurrencies require an internet connection in order to perform the transfer and receive operations, besides, the owner also needs knowledge and appropriate wallet addresses for customers, not every store is well versed in this option. That is the first problem we will face, the next will be the value of the product, even the value of crypto that we own, every day a different price, I don't think we have enough time to handle this problem, while with the familiar fiat currency, simple and fast handling, I don't understand why the idea of getting rid of it came out.
774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP rises quickly! on: September 30, 2019, 01:34:37 PM
XRP is a good coin because it is supported by a strong and solid team, I hope that more companies will invest in XRP so that it makes crypto better in the future.
- I know their team is working very well and constantly coming up with new ideas and new plans but the problem is that xrp's developers are too focused on technology, they want banks to use their technology, so most of their plans promote ads about the usefulness of ripple technology, rarely focusing on the currency they create. And as a result, the xrp coin in the market became a whale's nest, they continually adjust prices to get the necessary profits, the price of xrp rising or falling rapidly has the whales' contribution, the signal right now of xrp is probably the whale wants to work.
775  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy now or wait for Bitcoin? on: September 30, 2019, 01:19:13 PM
I want to invest some money in Bitcoin (long term investment)
~
Otherwise fixing a target for example 7000 or 8000 $ and buy in that moment?
it's ~$8,000 now, have you bought some yet?
if I were you and have spare cash now then I would buy some without hesitation
since you are going for long term investment, you should just buy now
this is about the same price back in 2017 before rising to $20k Wink
- On the contrary, I am sure that I will have a lot of doubts and hesitation in this situation because you do not imagine yourself in his position, you are too relieved to make decisions when the risk in this investment is not for you. If you imagine this is your money and your investment, you don't make such an easy decision when the value of bitcoin is hovering, demand and market are in a process of determining direction, buying now is the same as we would bet between winning and losing, the ratio is relatively the same, and this ratio is not worth investing
776  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee Believes Dogecoin “Will Go To The Moon” on: September 27, 2019, 12:01:45 PM
Why should we care what McAfee tells ? You want to give him free money ? Go ahead mate but don't come here after and cry because you lost your money just because you heard a tip from someone like McAfee. Dogecoin has a future without McAfee telling you to buy so think about it.
- Investment is the activity of an individual or an organization that has cooperation and mutual trust, and all important decisions need to be based on the benefits, the situation, and the funding to make, not just based on advice from a stranger, even if it's a pretty famous person, with a lot of experience and comprehensive skills, we still can't trust them. McAfee doesn't have too many valuable ideas in our investment, his words are unreliable, so as you say dogecoin may have a future but that future needs us to analyze and determine whether it is good or bad, not just based on McAfee's statement
777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin market dominance rising fast? on: September 27, 2019, 11:46:18 AM
People know it, what exactly they believe had come into reality which everyone who invested this coin seems to be profitable. Why Bitcoin sustain its market dominance? Because Bitcoin has capable of, and very influencing in the market. Has people rely to Bitcoin rather to choose among altcoins.

It is our call of what coin to choose but Bitcoin look attractive that's why investors are giving trust with, then it gradually increase the demand so fast.
- Bitcoin always creates an investment zone so safe for everyone, almost everyone knows the history and the numbers it brings, super profitable and super safe, regardless of how it declines, it can still become, fast or slow, depending on the level of collapse, in addition to a bit of manipulation, the dominance of bitcoin always increases very fast when bitcoin pumps work. But we can see a balance here, the pump is working on schedule, dominance needs to drop, create conditions for altcoins to operate
778  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Cryptocurrency threatens governments on: September 26, 2019, 01:28:54 PM
Governments really fear cryptocurrency, but not because it threatens their existence or carries another threat to them. Just cryptocurrency operates on completely different principles than governments work. It is very difficult for governments to control cryptocurrency. It does not directly interact with the state economy and, in fact, is alien to it. Also, cryptocurrency presents a certain difficulty for governments in collecting taxes on profits from this type of activity.
- Well, crypto does not threaten the existence of a government system but it threatens the interests and rules that the government establishes, and not only that, it also threatens the community that the government always protects, the people of a country, a lot of cases report that they have been scammed and lost their assets silly into crypto. The threats that crypto is creating are still being restricted by the government, if there is a surge in the near future, the government will probably have special treatment.
779  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one you buy Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: September 26, 2019, 01:13:52 PM
Yesterday the price of Bitcoin was $9700 and today the price is $8500. Yesterday the price of Ethereum is $200 and today the price is $170. So which coin is prefer to buy?
depends on what you prepare. for now, I might buy bitcoin. the potential to rise to the price of $ 10,000 is still very large. so, if you have 1 bitcoin when the price goes up to around $ 1500. maybe ETH has the same potential, but it all depends on what you consider to be the best asset. right now I feel that bitcoin and eth are the best assets, so neither of them matters.
- Indeed, bitcoin and ethereum are the best assets for investing when both their values are in a relative decline and that is an advantage for us to invest in good prices and high profits in the future, although everything is so good, but from an analytical perspective, I feel that ethereum has many opportunities to provide us with profits, even suitable for most people here. Because our capital is probably not too much right now, besides, bitcoin has had a long period of development while ethereum is still at such a low level, the space for eth's price increase is huge and better than bitcoin
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Old Bounties VS New Bounties on: September 25, 2019, 12:03:09 PM
Lol, i can relate because i know bounty campaigns nowadays are like that.
Bounties in the past are very good to take a part of it. You can create contents and articles for many campaigns.
but now, it will be more efficient to join in single but good campaign than many campaign but you don't know whether you will be paid or not.
of course, I prefer old bounties because they have a track record that can be seen how the manager pays, smoothly or not, legit or not. you can see it in the history of their post. but if you go and follow a new bounty, you don't necessarily get paid, and they might just go scam eventually.
- Not only you, almost a lot of people like old bounty when it actually pays them, more precisely, the reward is the listed tokens, we won't need to worry too much about whether we will need to wait or can we sell in the future or not. But a very fair point is the reward is limited, the pool is not too big, the old bounty usually lasts for a short time, there are very few such bounty at the moment, so people can only try to bet on new bounty with reputable managers, hoping to have a profit in the future.
