Will 2019 take us to Moon or Mars?

So far 2019 took us on a ride to Pluto and seems we won't come back any time soon ). Its sad to see that bitcoin couldn't maintain the 12-13k$ price range and came back under 10k and lets hope it won't go any lower because I have 50% of my portofolio in altcoins and I don't want to sleep outside my door ( girl will kill me ) haha.
Moon seems closer for 2020 but still away until the half happens and even then we must have patience as maybe the halv won't trigger the bull run immediately and would be a slow start ascending to full power followed by a sky rocket in price. Even 2019 was a year when most of us lost money but the lesson was not to make profits and instead to keep holding and buy ( if you're not a trader of course ) that is why in 2020-2021 we will look back at 2019 and laugh that we didin't panic sell like some did.

Everything that is new and innovative is challenged. If you will look back on hoe technology grew you will see, from mobile phone, internet, computer, all of this doesn't make an appeal to everyone. But now it is part of our daily life. Same as cryptocurrency, maybe now crypto is beaing attacked and tested in different angles, but as time goes by it will be massively adopted and accepted.

Less than three months for the year to end, now the price is close to $8200. If there happens a growth same as 2017 end we can expect the price to touch $15000 and not more than that. With the starting price for the year, what we've reached by now is big. This way we can term it an year we've reached the moon. 2020 is under hard expectations, and let's wait and watch the reality by 2020.

For bitcoin to attain such peak of $100k, it's gonna take a longer time than expected,  I don't see it reaching $100k by 2020, the market cap of bitcoin and entire crypto market generally will be in $trillion,  perhaps 3-4 years time before it can happen

Perhaps much longer than that. The price of Bitcoin does not just bubble up and reach a certain height. The underlying technology must be able to support the price growth i.e it should have an intrinsic value that is equivalent to the market value. $100k in 3-4 years time is not feasible in my opinion.

Several altcoins made through like Harmony or other IEOs out there and we are already in October so looking at this we might see same thing like we have done this month.

Except for BTC that reached $12K and now down $8k. I think this is somehow called significant as that is a big change but it's not something good to celebrate. The market is always unpredictable, people say bitcoin will go to moon but that is just due to their excitement, and that excitement also is what makes people panic when the other way happens.

If BTC will rise that high and then suddenly dump, there's a lot of victims of the bull trap and that's why lot of people complain.

I also think that 2020 will be the year for the cryptocurrencies to soar high because this year is still under the bearish season of the cryptocurrency market. 2020 will be the halving year for bitcoin and that means fewer supply and more difficulty to mine which means that the price will go up because the demand will still be the same or even more.

Even if it fails to breach the $10,000 per coin level, this year was exceptionally good for Bitcoin. The exchange rates rose from $3,100 per coin to $8,200 per coin, which represents a gain of +165%. Obviously it looks insignificant when compared to the gains that we had back in 2013 (+12,000%) and 2017 (+2,200%), but we need to remember that back then the base was very low. We can no longer expect Bitcoin to give 10x or 100x returns per year, as the market cap has already grown to more than $100 billion. Considering these facts, I would say that the returns so far this year has been really good for the investors.

Looking back at 2017 and 2018, one thing became clear and that is the never die attitude of the true Bitcoin investor/user. We are as stubborn and tough as a Honey Badger and we fight to the bitter end.

In fact, we're not being attacked by governments or banks, we're being hurt by bitcoin pumpers. Those are stinky manipulation organizations. Although the government and banks are taking a series of suspicious actions on blockchain, the manipulators directly impact the price, causing many people to lose heavy capital in trading.
I think this market is controlled. and whether or not Mars is manipulated by organizations.

all of us of course are eager to see that bright end of 2017.. but in fact we don't want to see what happened during 2018 when bitcoin fell to 3k level.
so I vote for stable flat during the end 2019.. let the bitcoin be at 10k level. that would be nice an d steady growth within 2019

Certainly, It will happen this year 2019 and hoping the price will be stable until the end of the year because I guess this year is a bearish season of the market, I think on the year 2020 up this will take Bitcoin to the moon and mars ans it's pretty interesting on the year 2020, I expected a lot of good things will happens.

lately btc is not headed for the moon or mars but to the sun, burning LOL. hopefully in the last few months there has a significant price correction, so it can start brightly in 2020.
and hopefully in November the signs will be seen.

I think bitcoin is very strong compared to the other technology. Bitcoin is unique because bitcoin has the secret power to moves and solve every challenge that might comes. But bitcoin needs more support from us, and if we can give the support, bitcoin will be stronger than now, and I think it can defeat anything and bitcoin will reach the glory in the future.

Bitcoin will grow fast and will take more people to the inside of cryptocurrency, and we do not deny because right now, the growing of cryptocurrency user is on good progress and it can affect more growth in the future.

Bitcoin is powerful indeed, especially if we were by his side to support. Bitcoin won't die as long as there are people who are ready to support. Bitcoin differs from other technology created even if it faces a lot of challenges such as getting banned in some places and more it still remains standing. Bitcoin differs from other crypto coins because no matter what dip comes through it never loses, unlike the other coins after a dip it never came back. I am pretty sure that bitcoins have a high potential and have a bright future ahead of it so there's no doubt soon it will reach the moon.

It is almost the end of this year 2019, and the market situation still red, so I don't think that it will take cryptocurrencies to Moon. We have to wait a bit more, maybe until the middle of 2020 to see if BTC price increases highly or not, if BTC will reach $15k again it will affect positively the altcoins markets too.

I don't know if you guys ever heard about the "Bitcoin wizard" whose prediction about bitcoin's price are all correct, what I mean is he posted a thread in January 1, 2019 where he says bitcoin's price would be $5,300 by April 2019, $9,200 by July 2019 (these two was correct), and it gives me goosebumps thinking if his prediction in bitcoin's price this October would be correct also and that is $16,000 by October 2019.

and I'm still waiting if that is really going to happen, if that would be correct, I would trust his judgment forever.
