761  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you like slot games ? on: April 06, 2017, 05:13:55 PM
Only in Las Vegas. They have great prices there and many different various slot games.

But online, its not really as much fun. Its better if its a physical slots game.

I agreed on you sir, and slot game physically is really more fun than online slot game, there's no thrill in gambling online. You will never appreciate the good feelings of how to play live in land based casino.
762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: April 06, 2017, 01:17:26 PM
My reason for gambling is because its enjoying, that is for me the only reason to be honest, I really like gambling a lot and its the only reason for me.
That was the common reason of the gamblers like yours, including myself also Grin
In fact, there were I'm doing it both, Because even I do it for fun its unavoidable sometimes that
you can win in the games, which it can be your profit anyway.
763  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling vs Real Gambling on: April 05, 2017, 09:30:08 PM
Hello Guys, I would like to know you're understanding about online gambling and real life gambling. Since here in the philippines online gambling is now illegal. I'm just curious what's the difference about this too. Why make online gambling illegal?
In online gambling it has no tax, while in real gambling there is tax which is controlled by the government because it is centralised. That's why all casino out there in your place are supported by your government due to they have big benefits they can get, while in online they haven't see any benefit they can get that's why it became illegal that's the system of your government in there.
764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What did you buy for money won? on: April 05, 2017, 09:13:11 PM
Yes it happened to me that I won big and I consider that already big way back on my early days of gambling. I won $200 from playing real poker and I just did buy the foods and eat to some of my choice restaurant. I'm a food lover and most of my money is being spent for eating. Well I just can't help myself, I love to eat whether I win big or not.  Grin

That's actually good that you get to enjoy your winnings with things you like to do. I also feel the same way. Its already a winning from gambling, which is not really something that you work very hard for so why drprive yourself right? I'd rsther spend my gamblig winnings than my salary
well, for me I think if I won a big price amount I will buy I will keep it and save it to my bitcoin wallet address. But if that is physical money, I will give it to my parents and tell them that I get it from the gambling , it simple as that.
765  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why trading is better than gambling? on: April 05, 2017, 09:08:42 PM

766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: April 05, 2017, 08:48:16 PM
Not a sin for someone with - 8 negative trusts from the DT. I mean what could be worst than scamming people or promoting it? As far as gambling is concerned, no God ever said don't gamble. Neither Bible mentions it. That should be convincing.
I guess everyone here in this forum knows what you said. But there are still others had their own interpretation about that question, But for me I have no comment for what the bible says about in gambling, because gambling is one of the evil habit, but I'm not saying that the gambler is evil no it's not what I'm trying to say.
767  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: April 05, 2017, 08:10:02 PM
Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?
Well, that is ridiculous belief and speculation. Sometimes, others here became exaggerated for what they're thinking about in bitcoin. Even there is truth behind that question but no one knows what will happen tomorrow. All I can say, it maybe or it maybe not.
768  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When I talk to NON-BitcoinTalkers they don't know.. on: April 05, 2017, 07:34:32 PM
Most people I talk to may have heard of bitcoin but have no idea how to get any. In fact, most of them don't know what bitcoin is.
It is still nowadays there are many people all around the world are not really familiar with Bitcoin, or if there some know it they ignored. Which means majority of them are not yet ready to  accept what bitcoin can do for all us in each country.
769  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: April 05, 2017, 06:25:40 PM
Hahaha its not impossible that the bitcoin price goes up, because we all know that the stability of the price is not stable and change in every hour.
Yeah actually I am same with you, hoping bitcoin price goes up someday atleast reach $500, but I cant see anything that can become a trigger to make its price goes up rapidly. With Greek crisis, its price went up just around $50.

Of course is a risk, Antonopoulous always says so himself, BTC is very high risk investment, but as should you know, if you play in the high risk leave, you play in the high rewards league (assuming big losses league are included, but things look good).
I prefer to do sport gambling then, which dont need long time to get the result. Its really very risky to make bitcoin as long term investment.

I would do the same. Investing bitcoin for a short term is an good idea. And that also in gambling its like just one day investment. You have results at the end of the day, you win or loose, its a matter of luck and also the risk involved in gambling. But if luck favors than that would be the best day, and with winning amount would buy some bitcoins when price goes down  Wink
The things on which you are going to make was too risky, For me I won't do the same thing. I would just choose for investing because I know through this thing you can roll your capital is a short period of time though true it has risk involved but you can minimize it. Although, saving money in the future but the disadvantage I saw is there are time will be wasted it. But this is  just my view in it.
770  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: April 05, 2017, 05:13:45 PM
If everyone is waiting for $100/BTC to buy, some of us will front-run the crash and hence BTC will only touch $125 at best.

On the other hand, I'd be more than happy to be wrong about this, because I'm waiting for $100/BTC too  Grin
When the price comes to $100/BTC, I think some ppl are panic and will be afraid the price will go down further. They will say they are waiting for $50/BTC.
Your expectation to get it down to 100$ it will only be a dreams for you, because most of it are not true happen. Thinking of it it just a waste of time, it will only be happen if no one will use bitcoin and embrace it in the entire planet. It will only reduce the value but not crashing it down so hard.
771  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mistakes in trading that lead to loss of money on: April 05, 2017, 04:25:28 PM
I've lost a good sum with panic selling and panic buying, really newbie mistakes, and looking back I actually did good choices when selling...

I've also lost by not doing proper research before invest, although very small sum.
For what you had just said was very agreeable, facing panic selling and panic buying was really a big impact for the traders who are not deeply yet knowledgeable in trading industry. I know most of the old traders here faced that experienced including me. But, just like others said at least we learned a lesson from it.
772  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you think is a good time to start trading ? on: April 05, 2017, 03:51:28 PM
Good time to start trading when you see for big chance on a project, And they have a big goal. Buy and sell for future.
yes i will like to say that it is still good time to start trading, because there is not wrong time for starting trading you can start trading any time but one thing must be keep in mind that always try to start trading with little amount of money .

In short, every time is the right time to start trading and when you had enough capital on your pocket to buy good alt coins.

And also you can just join some good ICO's that has the potential basing on the developers road map.

When the price of bitcoin is increasing the alt coins are falling, and it is the right time now to buy alts.
Yeah, you can start trading at any time but as you said you need to have a good capital so you can recover even if you lose sometimes, as we all know altcoins and cryptocurrencies are something that is hard to predict, which means that there is a chance of losing some, that is why you should always avoid trading with a large amount, better safe than sorry.
Correct, If you are really ready to play in trading you must have also have a capital too. Because having a proper knowledge in trading or doing it in the platform if you don't have any capital to buy some altcoin in the exchanges it will be still useless only or vice versa.
773  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How i can Start Trading !!!! on: April 05, 2017, 02:47:37 PM
Clearly you have a huge appetite for risk.  This is not always a good thing, as with trading your situation could be even worse than gambling if you're not very good at it.  My only advice for starting is to not put in too much money, and only put any money into coins that are moderately stable and have been round for at least a year without being seriously dumped.
Trading was not just simple or easy to apply to do it. It needs time to study first before you proceed in the battle platform. You supposed to have a proper knowledge in trading for you to obtain profit in the exchange platform. Meaning, if you know what you are going to do in trading well that's the time for you to start in doing trade.
774  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trying the new Bitcoin ATM near my house on: April 04, 2017, 09:49:55 PM
There's a new Bitcoin ATM in the mall down the block from me, so I went over and checked it out.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xajKjxxRL04

According to my friend having a bitcoin atm was a good a advantage especially if you have a friend it will be a great advantage for us to show them that we have bitcoin balance and through bitcoin atm we can convert and withdraw it according to our currency the amount of bitcoin we are going to get it.
775  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: April 04, 2017, 09:43:54 PM
The price so far of bitcoin at the present time now was dropped at 1035$ this is a good opportunity to buy bitcoin now, a it could be a day or weeks to come bitcoin will surely recover and up again. Just hold on tight for the value increase of it. Smiley
currently the price of bitcoin is trading below 1000 USD so i think it is really a very good opportunity to trade bitcoin in such a low price because it is expected that the price of bitcoin will recover its position very soon.
right now bitcoin price was 1151$ it is still good time to invest it, because it will go up to 1300$ and we just don't when it will be happen it can be a days form now, a weeks, or a months just lets us wait and see. Grin
776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin saving on: April 04, 2017, 09:33:08 PM
yes, why not  save bitcoin for the future. Beside buying it then hold for a long term will really give us a big profit after a years of waiting to sell it at the higher price value. Cheesy
777  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: April 04, 2017, 09:03:53 PM
i think the  best way to make them understand about bitcoins is by saying that bitcoin is another type of currency and it is not fiat like usd or any other curreny .it exits and it cant be felt and it  is  the  future and it has a lot of potential.

I think that is not a good idea to explain to them that bitcoin is a type of currency, why? Because kids today are intelligent and they can think of something new and out of their curiosity they can use it for gambling unless we are not going to open them the negative things that we can do it, other wise it is a good idea.
although they like something new, but that does not mean they can understand something complex of bitcoin. kids enough to know that bitcoin is kind of a new currency, and they can understand once they are old enough
The kids are need more education and i think that's not the right thing to tell the bitcoin to the kid, because they're need a lot of the education. That's not the right environtment for them.
I agreed on you on that, maybe at the their right age they can start to learn about about in bitcoin. there in the stage of process of learning  to their elementary education. But  we can show them the usage of bitcoin but not to mention  that bitcoin can give profit.
778  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is no longer a currency on: April 04, 2017, 08:51:42 PM
I think this is a truth that bitcoin is not a currency , because the name of the bitcoin to bitcoin digital currency is made by the users of bitcoin .
The reality behind the  bitcoin is , it is just a written data , and it is about impossible to erase without the permission of the owner of bitcoin network .
And here all the bitcoiners have the trust with bitcoin that bitcoin can be use as payment and has value and has limit like the fiat money .
Allover this is just the trust system between the bitcoin to each other for bitcoin value .
I guess as long as it can be used as payment I will call it a currency which is (virtual currency). Moreover, if bitcoin is not a currency it shouldn't be en-cash or convert it into a real currency of each nation.
779  Economy / Economics / Re: Difference of Trading and Investing? on: April 04, 2017, 08:28:52 PM
I think that when you trade, the person himself determines the risks. And the result of the trade is completely dependent on his actions. When investing the result depends on another person

For me trading is also an investing as without putting your money you can go for trading but its true that my end result will depend on how I act during the entire process and if I make a right move at a right time then it the results will be positive for me.
In literal explanation, Trading is a place where all assets are ready to trade while Investing is the reason for you to have an assets, then once you already decided to choose on which coins you like to buy, that's the time for you to do some trade to grow your assets to produce profit.
780  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: April 04, 2017, 08:10:41 PM
