My advice would be to adjust round 2 to benefit the looser's from Round 1, maybe introduce 'one at a time' deposit into the 2nd Round after say the 3rd investor. I cannot think of any other ways. Lesson Learnt, maybe my exit from the entire BTC game.
Good idea, for every 3 or 4 new investors of the round 2 to put one of caught in round 1, in the same order in which they were. Round 1 has had about 200 transactions and have been 26 investors without charge. P.S : I have a problem with this transaction, It's unconfirmed and "medium priority", I don't have BTC in my wallet, so please me patient for the confirmation. And never forget transactions fees guys, it's very important, a transaction with 0 fee is not attractive for miners :s I didn't realize.
