761  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's meteoric rise is, ironically, limiting its growth potential... on: June 08, 2017, 12:20:28 PM
...but there is a solution!

I wrote a post about this topic for anyone who is interested: http://demoinvestor.com/articles/00000001

The gist of it is that bitcoin is volatile because it doesn't have institutional investors, and this volatility limits its ability to be useful as a currency. The more stable bitcoin is, the more valuable it is as a currency. The more valuable it is as a currency, the more investors buy like crazy and push the price up, ending the stability.

Bitcoins is a short scheme to get rich quickly, you buy and hold it for some time and then sell it quickly to get your desired profits retailers who accepted Bitcoins from last year without converting it to fiat made a lot of money.Amazon could do the same.
762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 08, 2017, 12:09:23 PM
I am glad that Thiem won, it was totally an unexpected win and he clearly dominated the game, Djokovich is considering a break from tennis due to the shock loss, i think he should continue and not give up.

764  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin has power nowadays ? on: June 08, 2017, 10:47:11 AM

Because bitcoin is a digital currency, which is already known to many people ...

i think its not just because digital currency but i think todays technology is growth so fast and people is depending with technology for almost all of their life. bitcoin itself is connected with the technology by helping of internet connection and because many people connected with internet too, it makes people know about bitcoin and spread the news of bitcoin and it makes bitcoin become famous.

There are lots of digital currencies but they are not as highly valued as Bitcoin, Bitcoin has power due to its popularity, more and more people are noticed it and how to make money from mining and thats increasing it popularity and thus it's value
765  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin improve the economy of a country? on: June 08, 2017, 09:58:04 AM
Should be legalised, if bitcoin legalised then I'm sure the bitcoin improve the economy of a country. Currently Japan has already legalized bitcoin and Japan's economy began to move positively.
Bitcoin already legalize in my country we can freely use bitcoin anywhere we want if i decide to use that to buy online i can easily use it bitcoin can help our economy grow also when you are about to help bitcoin as well to help your country to improved it not only with business but all.

Bitcoins though not officially legalized in my country is being used for lots of things, There are many business ventures where people buy and sell bitcoins and since our currency is devalued, one can make a profit of 25 cents buy selling a single dollar of bitcoins.
766  Economy / Economics / Re: Who will process transactions when we'll hit 21MBTC? on: June 08, 2017, 09:53:03 AM
Maybe it's a newbie question, but I suddenly thought about it.
In a few years (in terms of history), about 100 years, all the 21 million bitcoins will be on the market.
then, miner will get only transaction fees for processing the blockchain and no reward.
I believe that many of the miners will find it not profitable, and will quit out.
What do you think will happen then?

Maybe miners will start to charge high transaction fees as a means of Profit, or the creator will add more bitcoins to the market, i dont know how thats going to affect the market, but if miners dont find it profitable any longer, i think we will be buying and selling whats on the market.
767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2017 Football Summer Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 08, 2017, 09:39:36 AM
The hot news for this morning:
Juventus is about to add Douglas Costa to their lines.
Costa, the 26 years old Brazilian Winger, played for Bayern Munich for the last to years.
He was purchased by Bayern from Shakhtar Donetsk for 30M€, and to current price should be similar.
The mercato is hot and full of rumors, but this transfer looks like a sure thing.

I think Manchester United should get hold of Douglas Costa, our wings has been awful with players like Martial who the less said about him the better playing in that position, We can offload Martial he cant find his first year form and go for Douglas Costa, who i heard Liverpool also wanted.
768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA FINALS (Golden State Warriors vs Cleveland Cavaliers) on: June 08, 2017, 09:33:49 AM
Now the score is 3-0 and i didnt really expect that cavs would lose on their own court and i thought they would win this time because they can able to manage to make leads but not too far and i would say that kevin durant is the big thorn for them because no matter how hard they make gaps he can easily scores and dont let the other team succeed. Game 4 is the final if they would able to survive or Gsw would be the champion on this year.

Cavs got nervous during those last 3 minutes. Damn it they had the lead and they cannot even make  a score that 7 point lead. It would be a shame if they would  be swept during that season. It will start a new warriors era and Lbj's era can now bid goodbye. Honestly as a cavs fan i am very surprised they hardly can achieve a win. Curry-durant dynasty is now a topic after that finals game.

Lebron James career is not over damn, The Cavaliers need a huge signing of their own for next season, I was convinced that Durant was gonna be the game changer for the GSW this time and he proved me right.
769  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 08, 2017, 09:31:20 AM
snip...

Alegri needs to be fired we don't deserve just seria A and small cups, how can you commit such suicidal mistakes to allow them win the champions league. I thought we could play like we is against Barcelona but look at all this mess. Sack him!!
Perhaps the best decision for Juventus is indeed bringing in a new coach to be able to make Juventus achievements in Europe, that there is no more reason for Allegri to stay at Juventus because Allegri has failed twice to get the UCL title that has been in decades later by Juventus.

I also didn't like Allegri's attitude, when he said that even getting to the final is something to be proud of.
Juve theme sentence is "Fino Alla Fine!" - to the end, and the end is holding the trophy.
BUT, in his three years in Juve, he bringed us three Scudato and three Copa, and twice to the Champions League final.
it is something to be proud of.
Some changes have to be done, but the coach is not one of them.

I quite disagree, the coach is one the changes that needs to happen at the club, with the Barcelona Finals we was outplayed, his tactics was on point but he lost, But with the Real Madrid final, his tactics was rubbish fielding players at positions that they were uncomfortable with. I heard he has signed a three years contract so he will be there for a while.
770  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: June 08, 2017, 09:26:47 AM
I do not gamble to much but it always seems that when I do, I take the loss big time.  For example, I have lost over 3 BTC in the BustaBit game online.  It is fun and I like to play but I always get greedy with it.  I have won about 2.2 BTC back, but I lost more than what I have won.  For some odd reason, I keep coming back over and over.  I do not know why I do it, why do you?

You keep going back for just one thing alone, to recoup the monies that you lost but you will eventually end up losing more and until that cruel cycle breaks. In the end you may become addicted.
771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: June 07, 2017, 09:29:14 AM
I'm saddened that Real Madrid won the league and even now the champions league but I have nothing else to do until we wait for next season but I hope Barcelona will sign the right players and fix our team well for next season.
The change must be done by Barcelona, as they are the team whose target each season is to become league champions and UCL, with the target that Barcelona are required to always win every game and clearly to win every game Barcelona must bring in new players to increase their strength in the new season.

It seem Gerard Pique is envious of Real Madrid recent dominance in the world that he is claiming that what The Barcelona team achieved in Europe cant be compared to what Real Madrid have been able to do, I think this Real Madrid side have done so marvelously well, they are the team of the generation. Claiming 3 Champions League trophies in a space of four years is no easy joke.
772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2017 Football Summer Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 07, 2017, 09:23:47 AM
It seems Hector Bellerin is ready to return to his old club Barcelona, as reports emerges that he has already agreed terms with the catalan club, this is going to be a huge setback for Arsene who wants to rally his team as they fight to return to the Champions League next season.

To make matters worse, Oliver Giroud is also considering an exit from the club as he is not getting enough playing time, i think this is a bad move from Giroud who is already 30 years of age and not the most deadliest of strikers.
773  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do any people gamble under the age of 18? on: June 07, 2017, 07:01:14 AM
Everyone seems to be gambling nowadays, age is irrelevant when it comes to gambling, the young as well as the old all want to make money. And gambling is not like alcohol where it has age limitations.
774  Other / Archival / Re: Do you think that you're addicted to gambling? on: June 06, 2017, 11:19:23 AM
I don't think I am addicted to gambling because I can still control myself when to stop. And I am proud to say that I am starting to avoid gambling site now and trying to focus in earning bitcoin by joining signature campaign.
So joining signature campaign is your long term aspiration and i guess i too can get some bits and pieces by joining some campaign at a later time, one more thing is that a gambling addict does not know whether he is addicted to it unless someone finds out about his financial troubles and that is the biggest problem with every addicts. Tongue

Its very wise to join a campaign to earn money rather than gamble and you lose your money, or you may try gambling with your proceeds from the campaigns that why you wont use your own money for gambling.
775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: June 06, 2017, 11:16:04 AM
When you guys are gambling and already doubled your bankroll, do you still play with the whole money you got or you take away half of your bankroll and start playing with your profit or not?
People will surely have different answers regarding on this question because it does really depend on what kind of gambler you are because some may will still play even they double their bankroll and some eventually stopped as long they are gaining profits because they are securing profits to minimize losses. In my case i will withdraw out first my bankroll or capital and play on the profits if i saw that i have the luck to proceed,it may work sometimes but not consistently.

people have different nature and attitude and perspective on gambling and on how they will manage their money if i were to choose what to do i'm gonna withdraw my investment and i will start playing my profit and if my money multiply again i'm gonna withdraw it all but if i lose that profit i'm gonna stop that day and remind myself to stay cool and wait for another day

Well if i manage to win an amount, i won't just play with my profits but withdraw everything and give it up for another day. I've learned lessons with being hooked into poker for a time and i've managed to practice restraining myself when i already earned more than my capital. Though of you're really up for it, it's sensible to play only with your profits instead of risking to lose your capital

I couldn't agree more, i think its very wise to withdraw your capital as soon as you make enough profit to use it to gamble on its own, and the more profit you make, the more you withdraw. Thus you will make some little money without losing your capital.
776  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC near $3k on: June 06, 2017, 11:12:48 AM
I really hope they dont tumble like the last time after reaching an all time high, they recovered very quickly which was shocking in some ways. I have some bitcoins saved up and a drop will be disastrous for me.
777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2017 Football Summer Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 06, 2017, 11:08:28 AM
New rumor.  If Barca fails to acquire Countinho they will set their sights on the cheaper option, Christian Eriksen.  And Messi has also been demanding that his club sign Verrati, Coutinho and Riyad Mahrez.  I wonder why...  He should sign a contract extension first, pledging his future with the club before making any demands.

I think Eriksen responded today saying that not many people say no to Barcelona but he is determined to stay at Tottenham which i think is a very good move on his part, Not a lot of players have made it at Barcelona, Sanchez and Arda Turan struggled there, they were mostly on the bench.
778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Losing investment on Gambling sites on: June 06, 2017, 11:01:17 AM

Was planing to invest on a gambling site since they said its a gauranteed profit since the house can't lose but I'm still skeptical about it, i don't have much BTC so I have to make sure whether its going to be profitable for me.  What possibilities could happen to the gambling site i wanted to invest into and how am i going to lose my investment in such a manner?

Its almost true that the house cannot lose when it comes to gambling, but have you done a lot of research on the site and do you know the owners of the site personally enough to invest in this business, for all we know they will just take your money and simply vanish.
