That is just not right. Have you seen how many people that have stop using drug or even stop smoking? If people could stop using drug or even smoking than they could do the same to gamble addiction as well. I agree with you and at the same time the saying, If there is a will there is a way.  It all depends on how we wanted to change once we know we are trapped in addiction.  But the only problem is recognition that we are addicted or not.  If we failed to recognize and accept things.  We can never be able to escape or recover from addiction.  It all start with acceptance, then will and dedication.  Though I can say, I am far from being addicted in gambling because I can fully control myself and I do not mind if I can gamble or not.

As a gambler we are the one who make the decision when to get in and get out, if we have a problem and we get addicted I think we should quite on ourselves because there is always a solution whatever problem it is. Well its like also a medicine but not totally because the medicine itself will be in the ownself of a person who is addicted into gambling.
If there's a will yes , you can do it that is applicable in the situation in gambling it will applicable if you are addicted you can get out of it .At first all of that preventive actions is hard but as long as you go and continue you will realize it was easier than before. Thankfully for me, i've learned my lesson and ceased gambling seriously even before i lose a big amount. It's wasn't about the winningnor losing for me back then but tge feeling of gambling or playing poker itself that made me in a way addicted. What made be quit was seeing people i know selling belongings or going in debt just to support their gambling needs. I didn't want to get to that point

Good thing for you, because most of the gamblers can't control their emotions and their bets, they are randomly putting their bets without any hesitation because they do believe that they could win the big price if they are not going to hesitate on betting. Sometimes someone gets lucky and they could earn a lot of profits even in just one bet, but most of the time, most of the gamblers are losing too much because of this inappropriate behavior in gambling.
