761  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you decide when it's time to sell? on: October 08, 2017, 03:29:44 PM
It depends a lot, sometimes when i invest 0.10 btc in a trade, i set my stop profit when it reaches 0.11, so i make a fixed profit from almost all trades. And it depends, i made a trade of 1 btc a few months ago, and i put it to take profit at 1.10 btc. Obviously this rates were when the price was so much volatile, in July i guess, but now the market is much more quiet than before.

I dont think so as today also the market is fluctuating more then 100$ everyday it is just you have to set the price for buying and selling and get profit.
Of course, if you know to yourself that it rises up almost to your capital your going t0 sell it as well, but if the price value decrease or drop don't sell it of course, instead take the opportunity to buy some of it for additional profit while hold in a short or long term.
762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: October 08, 2017, 12:00:42 PM
i discovered btc in 2010-2011 reading a nice article on an econimic forum, i mined some coins, and then i stopped all.
I returned in btc in 2013 whit the bubble news

Well, for me I first heard bitcoin 2013 but during that time I was negative by it, in short I ignored it then after 1 year my friend told that I need to check or search bitcoin what it is because He said, it can be a tools for me to have an income, then He showed me the actual en-cash  from bitcoin to real money, then that 's the only time I believed from then I started to learn and study bitcoin.
763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hotels accepting bitcoin on: October 08, 2017, 09:52:09 AM

It is a great step that some hotels will receive a fee for their customers with Bitcoin, and it is a great success in the world's bitcoin communities. The beauty of it,  is that it can also cause a customer to trade in the market.
764  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: October 04, 2017, 02:43:29 PM
Hi guys Smiley May I know what are your plans on your Bitcoin in the future? Do you plan to keep on investing on Bitcoin related businesses or do plan to convert it into fiat and ventures on new business?

I'm planning to invest more on Bitcoin related companies and convert some of my Bitcoin into fiat and invest it on our local stock market. How about you?
Right now, I save my bitcoin in my electrum wallet for believing that it will become 10, 000$ before end of this year, or more by next year. Then once it hit the goal target value by next year, I will buy a rice farm 7 hectares and brand new house and lot, cars and build a business too.
765  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why use Bitcoins ? on: October 04, 2017, 02:07:47 PM
Like what general investors in BTC have decided, its not meant to be used to buy groceries. Its a store of value

It depends on the person who is using bitcoin. There are people who are using bitcoin on their everyday needs since this is the only way they are earning money, and they really need it, that is why we can't blame them on using it on their everyday living, though in a way they are throwing away the profits that they could make in the long run if they are going to hold it and will just convert some if they need it.

Actually, majority of the person here they used bitcoin to their daily lives to all expenses they need to buy. Especially, bitcoin most used for sending money thru remittances.
766  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Turn $10,000 into 1 Million on: October 03, 2017, 03:37:30 PM
Perhaps not exactly "trading", but it just might be one of the shortest time frame investments you'll ever make.  Wink

How about a portfolio competition?

Using today’s price to establish opening position cost basis, the following portfolio has a minimum target of $100,000 (if everything goes wrong) and a maximum (still conservative) target of $1,000,000. (Explaining the reasons why goes beyond the scope of this friendly competition.)

Litecoin (LTC) – 50%
BitShares (BTS) – 10%
STEEM (STEEM) – 10%
Syscoin (SYS) – 10%
Nxt (NXT) – 10%
PIVX (PIVX) – 5%
NEM (XEM) – 5%

We’ll see how it does. Wish me luck!

Full Disclosure: I currently hold many of these issues as “long term” investments (but not all at this exact time since I’m still looking for a better entry on one in particular), and could purchase or sell any, at any time, and/or trade short term as well, with the weighting for this “model” portfolio being somewhat different from my own, where, for example, I am currently overweight LTC, BTS and PIVX.

Edit: Forgot one very small detail at the time: the price of Bitcoin. It's highlighted on the 5 min chart below.

I admired your belief on the coins you are holding in a long term. But there is two of your coins that I also hold in a long term too which is Nem and Lite coin and I added Maidsafe, Bay, Waves, Ethereum are the atlcoins for me to hold in a long term.
767  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: October 03, 2017, 02:55:09 PM
Majority of the community of this industry are holding bitcoins but still not sure about it. or It could be that few are still holding bitcoin in a long term because of they hold in a long term was altcoins, I think Wink
768  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: October 03, 2017, 02:42:07 PM
Never lose time with conventional banking systems and bank interests. Try to invest in bitcoin and other alt coins. This will provide you nice returns in short time or mid time.

I never have questions and doubts while I'm investing.

Well,  it is the right thing for us to buy Bitcoin as investment and altcoins. Actually, in my experienced the origin of my bitcoin profit was came into altcoin most of the time. Then if I have a bitcoin in my wallet I hold the 50% in my electrum wallet.
769  Economy / Economics / Re: When will more retailers accept Bitcoin on: October 03, 2017, 02:16:40 PM
maybe next year or in 2019-2020 we will have a lot of sellers who accept payment by bitcoin, bitcoin is in the stage of slowly being famous around the world, lets just wait and everyone will notice it since the prediction next year with its value might rose up to 10k$ or even more.
That's what I've been thinking about too were next year there will be more merchants will accept bitcoin as mode of payment to their business. Right now here in my country there are few businesses only that are bitcoin accepted.
770  Economy / Economics / Re: Difference of Trading and Investing? on: October 03, 2017, 10:29:10 AM
Guys sorry for this question above but I would like to ask here that

What is the difference of Trading to Investing?

though I know that I can search it in google but I want an answer from those people who have already experienced this two.
Thank you.

I hope you can help me in my confusion..

There are many different types of investment, there is an investment in online and traditional business. But most of the time risk was always in investing on traditional business. Then in trading is your selling somethings were it can be physical goods or online like here in bitcoin world  you are selling digital currencies/token digital currency, something like that.
771  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Working Abroad is a lot of sacrifice. on: October 03, 2017, 10:04:27 AM
Hey guys,I just wanted to share some tips when you are planning to work outside your country or if you wanted to work abroad.
First you need to know things about the country you are planning to go or work.Knowing their cultures and tradition will help you a lot when you are already there.
Second is to know the rules of your target country. Some country especially in middle East have very strict rules and  if you guys come from an open city then u have to adjust a lot in their rules.
Third and most important is be mentally, emotionally and physically prefered.,you will come there to work. You need to sacrifice a lot of things and even your family. As for my experience homesickness is very hard to beat especially when you are used to do things with your love ones like celebrating ocassions. Here you will celebrate those days alone.
So if you guys have other tips on working abroad please comment here and share your thoughts.
I hope this topic can help people who wanted to go to other country for work.I wish you goodluck guys.!

Going abroad is not really that easy for them to separate to their love ones, I know its hard  for them to do it. But because they have dreams to their own family, they are very much willing to sacrifice their own happiness just for the sake of the future that they wan it to be happen.
772  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe in god? on: October 03, 2017, 09:37:51 AM
Do you believe in god? If you do, why do you believe? (give a few reasons)

Yes I am, Because without God for sure I am not here in this world. Those natures that we saw our eyes was made by God even the skies or outside the universe was created by God's hand. And all creation that is not created by Man are created by God almighty.

775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how many ICOs have you joined ? on: September 27, 2017, 07:13:20 AM
how many ICOs have you joined ?
I think this was my 3rd joined ICO, and all of them gave me a good profit anyway. Aside from participating to their ICO project, I also joining in investing to their ICO, as my investment Fud.
776  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens with huge airdrops? on: September 27, 2017, 06:48:39 AM
I've never took part in any airdrop campaign but I've noticed that some of them offer huge amount of their coins (like deep onion). So the first quesion tha concerns me is what happens with those coins after they released to the market? It seems like the price should dump extremely fast when people start selling their thousands dollars worth in uknown crypto. Is there any example of altcoin when there was a big giveaway and then its price remained at least at the same level.
I think most of the time their offer huge amount of their coins usually get dumped. And for me deep onion more on hype only, I remembered there's an airdrop which I joined it before and now there is new here try to check it if it is good to you https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2209542.0 Smiley
777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good time to buy ETH now? on: September 26, 2017, 05:51:10 AM
Hi guys,

do you think it's a good time to buy ETH now? Price seems to be kinda low, but I'm not sure what to expect from ETH during the upcoming weekend & the aug1-happening after..
Do you think it's better to wait a few days...?

Why not, ethereum was a good one altcoin token to invest in. In fact , I had some of it for believing that it will become multiply in more than x 10 of the price value right now. That's my motivation to myself about it Wink
778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most secure way to keep your Ethereum safe on: September 26, 2017, 05:41:28 AM
I have been wondering for quite a while now.

Which is the best ETH Wallet?

Hardware Wallets = Trezor / Nano Ledger S?
Os like Ubuntu?
Anything else?

I have heard all kind of stories of people losing their Ethereums, I have even read about security issues with Trezor and now I am trying to find out the safest option to use.

I guess the safest wallets are the ones that all the new ETH ICO's are using since they are probably going to store a lot of Ethereums!

So which one do you believe is the best and why guys?

For me still the best is myetherwallet because this is being proven and tested to me already. Aside from from this Trezor also a good one to save in too.
779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Here is the list of altcoin you should watch out for on: September 26, 2017, 05:32:34 AM
All of them look good but some of them might be a trap, and it is certain that not all of them will survive in the long term so we all should go with max 5 coins for the long term.
I think you're right, Majority of them might be a trap to many of the investors in this industry. Only few of them are really I could say such Ethereum, Adex, Waves, Litecoin and komodo are good to invest in a long term.
780  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are We Dead Without China? on: September 25, 2017, 03:41:59 PM
First of all China didn't want to ban bitcoin but to regulate the exchangers and these are two different things. Second, China is big player but not the only one and I strongly believe that too much importance is given to happenings in China but this is not the only thing that determines bitcoin market, don't forget that.

China want to regulate the bitcoin but they used the wrong approach. First they said they will ban all ICO, which is not good. Only the scam ICO should be ban and the regularity authority should be setup which may monitor the ICO. They announced in such a way that they are banning ICO and bitcoin, which created panic in people for little time. The price is recovering means that bitcoin is not depended upon china alone.
This is true, China actually is doing harassment  to all ICO which I think for me is a wrong moved by China. Because we all know that not all ICO are scam, isn't right? And lastly, bitcoin still stand strong because of its decentralization of bitcoin has it now. Meaning, can't able to beat it which is bitcoin.
