761  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crashing' Bitcoin Predictions on: May 27, 2019, 08:24:39 AM
for me , bitcoin will crash to 1500 usd per btc. there are always new traders and new investors who dont know history of bitcoin .. if crash does not happend this year . 2020 and 2021 will crash for sure
You expect us to believe what you said without providing any reason why you think bitcoin is going to crash to 1500! It is surprising how we make some predictions and think that is going to happen without looking at the past data. The op opened this thread in September last year and the bearish trend that makes him to do that has ended.
762  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is Climbing Up. on: May 27, 2019, 05:49:00 AM
some people think it will be like in 2017 or even better than 2017, but we don't know what happens in the future and anything can happen in a short time, so it's still too early to say prices will be the same as 2017, because the price of bitcoin hasn't reached half of the highest price in 2017.

It is a mistake to compare the market situation at that time and now. 2017 was like the top of the Tsunami of hype. People were all "sick" with the cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin was running up. This time, its growth will be slower.
It is going to be the way it is in 2017, if you look at the way things are happening bitcoin was not moving fast up in 2017 at the early months like this but it was in September to December that we see serious pump and I am expecting the samething to happen again.
763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can you invest in ICO in bear market? on: May 27, 2019, 05:33:42 AM
I think the bear market is more suitable to buy, then hold it until the bullrun arrives. that's an easy thing to say but in reality it is difficult, full of risk and high patience. Cry
Maybe you should try to read op questions again. From my understanding, op is asking on "ico investment during bearish market or trends" but you are referring to "investments generally". I don't think it is wise to invest in ico during bearish market as last year is our perfect example.
764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with your Parents on: May 25, 2019, 08:18:06 PM
Although parents differs, my parent will never wanted to hear or see me close to a gambling center because they always preach against the spirit involved in gambling. I believe that many other parent will do likewise but not 70% will do. My gambling life is secrete and will keep it secret until they found out themselves. Gambling with ones parent to me doesn't make any sense and the gambler won't enjoy it.
Good parenting will always do that, they will not allow their kids to do things that they knew will only have bad effects with them when they grow up, gambling will not bring anything good but else it will possible to get addictions, so I believe loving parents will not allow this to happen.

Definitely they are good parent but children's need some fun or entertainment which can be gotten from gambling too. Gambling makes children increase in their intelligence and recommended for children at school. Not that i gamble too much but i do gamble occasionally.

Lol,  your post is abit funny. How does gambling increase intelligence in children? The skill-based ones probably do this.
I think Children should not be allowed to gamble at all.  It is even illegal in many countries for kids to gamble.
It is funny to consider gambling as entertainment and fun for children, children should not be introduced to gambling because it will damage their morale when they are adults because they are used to spending money to bet. Lol! Entertainment and fun for children are just ordinary games without involving betting.
Introducing your children to gambling maybe one of the greatest mistakes any body can make and it might lead to them become addicted to it in future. My colleague son is finding it very difficult to avoid gaming and he is just 6! Gambling with your son or children is not good and you are not helping them in that way.
765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is someone really behind the Bitcoin SV pump? on: May 25, 2019, 08:00:58 PM
If a coins is being pump or increasing in price we always have reason why that do happen and most time it is because the demand for those coins is rising across the exchange. Bitcoin sv maybe getting some adoption and investors and traders may see this as an opportunity to pump it up.
766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Nobody wins in gambling anyway on: May 25, 2019, 07:47:02 PM
There are who wins in gambling they experienced already because for them to win they need to stop at a certain profit. Means they control there emotions to play another round or end game and withdraw profit.
Emotional control is one of the best way we can actually make money in gambling. I just play dices at stake. Com and lose 4 play at a role and I have to stopped for some time and resume playing again and I win six and lose 2. I will not put all my hopes in gambling I majorly focus on trading.
767  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reached 8000 - and what next? on: May 25, 2019, 04:51:56 PM
So, we've finally reached $8.000. What will be next? I read an article on BlockChain24.co where they've analyze Bitcoin's chart. And I agree that price should drop a little bit, but I believe overall it will be still growing. What do you think?
It is now clear that one of the bullish trend that will last very long is what has started and deciding to hold is one of the part to greatness you can make in crypto market again. The overall general condition of the market is very positive and that do not mean things are not going to change but it might not change the way we think now.
768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you prefer? Sportsbet or casino on: May 25, 2019, 04:20:01 PM
how do you play gambling? What is your purphase? Earning money or spending time ?
I must be truthful to you, I involve myself in gambling because of "earning money". I don't play gambling as a fun as many claims to do. I  also prefer sports betting compared to casino because I love sport like football and that makes it easy for me to bet.
769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON - worth investing? on: May 25, 2019, 08:21:57 AM
I just joined the forum. I’ve opened an exchange and various wallets , bought a bit of bitcoin and TRON, what’s everyone’s thoughts on TRON? Worth buying into?
I bought tron in February last year and I am still at lose! If you have a long term views you can invest in tron now that is extremely very cheap. I have decided to keep the one I have until tron get to somewhere $2 before sellkng and as a secret keep and patient are the best way to make money in this cryptocurrencies market.
770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is BNB the new ETH killer on: May 25, 2019, 07:57:09 AM
I would be recommend to wait what price will do in next few days. Because for BNB  doesn´t know what bear market is. Buying after big pump is not the smart thing what you can do. Rather wait.
If you are an investor, it is better you buy after big dump. The best way to invest has been "buying low and sell high "and if you follow this principle of investing you will hardly lose. Bnb has being doing very well and I think it is one of the best perform coins of 2019. It is still push up and it might get to $100 before end of the year.
771  Economy / Speculation / Re: Report: Google Search Volume and Tweets responsible for Bitcoin Price Surge on: May 25, 2019, 06:16:03 AM
I did not think it in that way and since there is no fundamental reason for the current surge in bitcoin price this might be the reason. Technically I think bitcoin was oversold in December and January and that is why people are buying and that pushed the price up.
772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dont be dumb gamblers on: May 24, 2019, 08:34:44 PM
My friend recently get scammed by a gambling site which he found by continuously browsing. On internet. Sorry but even he cant remember the name so i cant tell you but here's what you wouldnt do. He said he was searching about how cryptocurrency gambling work. He is much aware about bitcoin but not about using it for gambling. He find some "yellow botton" he said which offers gambling for newbies and the rest is history. Goodbye $200 . yes thats kinda bit small but should you wait that it happened to you with a bigger amount? Here's what you would do.
1. Dont click and browse non recognized site to avoid phishing.
2.. Always ask first the people on this forum whether the site is legit or not.
3. Dont put too much money on that site so if ever its really a scam, the amount it can get is minimal.
4. If it looks really legit, try some few games with few bets at first.

Being cautious costs less than not being aware at all. Dont let our greediness and dumbness takes over our financial life. Be safe people.

Something fishy going here why your friend choose to forget the name of the site, the site will scam more people if this kind of people will just let things be and do not report, we have a scam section and this is to warn about the reputation of any site, we must become responsible and help people by avoiding these scam sites.
That was also my query from beginning. The issue is important and just to keep the name of the sites the friend has just forgotten. Many people do this type of scamming activity because sometimes the see us unserious about what happens to us.
773  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is needed for a gambler to the success? on: May 24, 2019, 04:31:20 PM
Be lucky enough and you will succeed as a gambler! Strategies work but little however that do not mean we should keep strategies aside but if you want to succeed in gambling pray that you keep winning and others keep losing and you are good to go.
774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why The Excitement for IEOs? on: May 24, 2019, 03:57:34 PM

Lately, there is a surging interest of many investors for IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) projects and many are reporting good profits or ROI for their investments. There is an ongoing IEO for a good project in the Binance Launchpad and you have to be on the lottery for the chance to buy the coins. Other similar exchanges are reporting good reception of projects under the IEO label.

So what is IEO? In its simplest term, this has the same principles surrounding the ICO platform but here an exchange is given the vast role in the whole crowdfunding process. In ICO, the main players are the developers and the token buyers but here in IEO one more party is involved and that is the exchange, of course.

So why more and more people are trusting the IEO more than ICO? Simply because the project is capitalizing on the platform and reputation of the exchange. This is quite advantageous to project developers as they can easily tap the vast resources and membership of the exchange and on the part of the investor they are assured of almost instant trading option for the tokens or coins bought.

Just like the ICO which is now a much-maligned platform due to many scams and failed projects, there are many advantages and maybe some disadvantage of the IEO option. Do you see this as the killer and replacement of the ICO?
I think since exchange is behind IEO people has more confidence in investing into it than ico. I have lose money in 2018, to ico projects and when this IEO come up I have to careful because it looks the same just that exchange give some lift to one.
775  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are Africans being "helped" to much? on: May 24, 2019, 03:31:33 PM
I think Africans are being helped to much... not too much.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DySciepA3yU

 Grin
I really do not understand what you mean sir. I see that in the media the propaganda about the poverty and the state of helplessness of Africa citizens are too high but I believe Africa are rich people just that their riches is been taken to the developed countries that claim to help them.
776  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: do technical actually work on: May 24, 2019, 03:12:28 PM
If you have been trading in the stocks, commodities and forex market you will agree with me that market do follow a particular pattern and no matter what happens those patterns most be retraced. It is the same thing in cryptocurrencies market and why you see it that it doesn't work is because you have not identified the technical pattern in trading.
777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much did you make from gambling in 2018! on: May 24, 2019, 02:38:05 PM
I'm still way up in profits. Lost a few big bets 2 weeks ago but I already covered the losses.
Same here man. I lost super badly in the start of the year but have been pretty curious with every step I have been taking after the loss. I have been able to cover up my losses within a month with 10 wins. I have minimized the amount of time I used to put in the gambling but yeah, I am going in surplus and trust me it is a moment of joy and relief to have profits.
That is fine because gambling is not what we should consistently focus on like trading but do a little and when we are losing hold on a bit. It is one of the riskest way to make money through investing. I have tried but I also has to be careful on how I invest in gambling.

779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: altcoin growth too slow? on: May 24, 2019, 02:14:31 PM
This is the inflow of funds that do move the market up and that inflow should be expected when bitcoin is full enough. I like the slow but consistent steady grow the market is having this days and that makes it good for all of us to be part of it if we take the right investment decision now.
780  Other / Off-topic / Re: I discovered a baldness cure on: May 24, 2019, 01:54:43 PM
This is worth selling and many people are actually suffering from this embarrassing lose of hair that resulted in baldness. If you are a chemist and the law and regulations allow you to independently develop this I think you will see big market for this and if it work efficiently and effectively on baldness you will have gold in your hands.
