761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the Corona drop over or will it continue? on: April 15, 2020, 07:46:23 PM
It seems that prices will still fall considering the case of the pandemic continues to increase every day and I am not sure there will be a quick recovery even after this pandemic ends, but even so I think the decline will still be suppressed so as not to fall too deep, but that's all nothing know for sure because the price movement that will occur is very out of control because of the panic that remained there until the ongoing fall would at least be inevitable.
It will, but hey crypto-wise we're getting slight breach to 7k so that's quite nice for a recovery right now. Not sure when will this pandemic end, but from how severe it gets in my country, it seems like unlikely to decline right now.
Panics are quite common here right now, pretty much everyone especially in US could be selling crypto to USD when the virus hit the country.

Isaac_clarke22 nobody is sure when will this pandemic end, government officials are saying mid May, but it can
last until June if situation demands (more cases, spreading). I think everyone waits this to end, isolation is hard
for many people! Thus many people lost their jobs and they can't work until pandemic ends.
Let's not talk about panic, let's stay strong and faith that will survive this! I'm always positive, it's my nature and
I believe after hard times we will see good days again.
762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best time to begin your gambling affiliate journey. on: April 15, 2020, 05:44:54 PM
Competitions are too high.

Just look at us here.
Before affiliates here will make you some good amount but not anymore.
Now, imagine how broad they advertise their website or gambling sites.

It is a passive income which is also in a way you should not expect some. Just my opinion though. There are better ways to make money.

Reid you are right, for most of us there are better ways to make money. Affiliate earning is good passive income
but for that you need to have rich and good friends, who will be you affiliates and spend money on gambling on
regular basis. I have couple friends I bet with, but those are so small amounts that even if they are my affiliates
I wouldn't earn much from that.
It's good to have affiliates, I don't question that, but having active affiliates is not so easy to get. It just sounds
like it's easy.
763  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling a threat or fun? on: April 15, 2020, 04:12:46 PM

The biggest problem is that I think every gambler (even an addicted one) will say that gambling is fun for them. That's because almost all addicts can't or won't admit that they have an addiction.

Maybe addicted gamblers think that gambling is fun, but when the game stops what stays? If he spent
money for food and other family needs? What if he spend entire savings? Will it be fun? I don't think so!
My opinion is still the same, addicts and potential addicts don't think about consequences of their gambling,
they are ego maniacs! And that is the biggest problem, they only think their own fun for a short time!
Normal person would never do something to hurt his closest ones! Addicts only think about their own addiction!
I believe it's same with drug addicts, but I don't know that for sure, I never tried drugs.
764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Run or Bull Trap on: April 15, 2020, 09:12:09 AM
Sudden market movements these past few days have been somewhat bullish, I know we've got the whole halving thing in view, but are we really moving out of the bear market? If so can I buy or just short this b*tch. If the latter, what's your call price?
we are still not in a bullish market, if you can see the chart of the 1 day time frame, Bitcoin is forming a Rising wedge, and usually this pattern will give a touch of the price down, you have to be careful for now, if the BTC price can touch $ 8000, this pattern will fail and the Bullish is returns

Olumyd I think that sudden market movements are happening all the time in crypto-market, not just
in the last few days! Bullish and bearish trends are a common happening in crypto! After few years you see that
for yourself.
Smitty Werben we are not in the bullish market, the price is struggling to maintain this level. Some experts
predict bad weeks for crypto-market. Even with so many negative news I still believe that halving will make
some changes and maybe open second part of this year with some nice bullish rise.
765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cheating or Not? on: April 15, 2020, 07:56:34 AM
I personally dislike project team or bounty managers that change bounty rules after bounty ends, there have been few cases about project team trying to cheat bounty hunters, they introduced and force participants to go through KYC process if they need their reward, this is so wrong and im 100% against it

It's happened to me few times, but they justify changing their initial rules, they wrote about reasons,
new regulations, how they need to oblige to some new rules. It's maybe wrong, but it's not cheating
I think.
We have a last call, if we don't like changes and it looks fishy we should abandon the project and warn
others about that project. With some proves it would go easier I assume, but even logical explanation can
work here, we are not on court!
766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling a threat or fun? on: April 14, 2020, 09:34:20 PM
~ snip ~
Yeah, unfortunately there are many gamblers still difficult to have good self-control. They always dream to win after put more money, and they believe if doing more attempts, then the chance to win higher. In theory they are right but in fact they just get more losses. I think in this case, they need the role of family and their closest people to advice them.

And where self-control comes from? I think some people just don't wish to learn to be patient, to
have self-control and to not be greedy! It's something you get from experience and rethinking about
consequences of your actions! Clearly some people are ego maniacs, they think only about their own
satisfaction!
Gambling should be fun! It's something we all agree with! But for some people and their close ones
gambling can be a threat! I am in the first group, for me gambling is fun activity, and I think it's ok
to gamble from time to time with money you can afford to lose!
767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the safest crypto online games to start if you are a Newbie? on: April 14, 2020, 07:22:42 PM
Safe and gambling are two words that you can't put in the same sentence. Only thing safe can be if you
sit at the table with some low amount, amount that you don't care about! It's safe, when you can lose and
don't blame anyone for that loss!
If you play with big money you can lose it any game! All games can be disaster for you! So the safest is
not something you search for in gambling games, it's the money you plan to spend, and your gameplay!
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Another Exchange got hacked on: April 14, 2020, 10:41:22 AM
This is the first time I hear about Bisq exchange. By the news hackers exploited a significant software flaw!
It's why it's important to choose exchange with high security and without software flaws. Exchange where
team constantly work on improvements!
At least this time we are not talking about millions of dollars in crypto-currencies! Hackers stole $250k.
For most of us it's a lot, but comparing with some previous hacks it's not much. I don't think that this hack
will disturb the market!
769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are having the difficult time, are you still a Bitcoin HODL? on: April 14, 2020, 09:08:45 AM
I am not holding only Bitcoin, there are other places I have invested my money as of now. And I wouldn’t be telling you to HODL, I don’t even know whether the price is going up next or down, I’m just only wishing that it does go up.

I hold other alt-coins too, not just Bitcoin! After some time in crypto-currencies and reading about all
other projects, beside Bitcoin and Ethereum, I got a feeling that I can't miss to invest in some of them!
Bitcoin and Ethereum are my first two choices, most of my investment goes in one of these two. But
I always leave some small part and invest in some alt-coin I find attractive for long-term holding.
I still hold my first purchased Bitcoins and all other alt-coins!
770  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do some gamblers actually win? on: April 13, 2020, 08:22:30 PM
I think most of the people are taking the idea of the house always wins in a literal way, how? Because for me, there is always a chance to win, there's always a probability to win and the phrase "house always wins" for me should be taken as not holistically, but profit based in a long term. There are gamblers that are winning in casinos, it is just that, the house is the one that provides the services and they deserve to have income, they are gaining more and has a definite chance of gaining compared to gamblers in the long run. Gamblers have their chance based on luck, but the house's chance is constant.

Odds determine chances we have! The hardest to win is lottery, too many people, odds for winning with
one ticket are 0.0000 something. But there are other games where chances to win are much higher.
I love to bet on sports, and in sport anyone can try to make some money. It's not so hard, but not
for greedy people who wish to win a lot with minimal bets. Now when sport games are canceled I have
fun with casual crypto-games like plinko, dices and crash, and I can say chances to win are OK, I am winning
but I quit after I win couple thousand satoshis! Point is to not be greedy and you can win most of the time, but
for greedy people sooner or later comes losing game!
771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the difference between Online and Physical casinos? on: April 13, 2020, 07:30:46 PM
Difference is huge! But as some people like crowd and thrill from playing and winning, and others can
see that, some people like quiet place and to relax after hours of working day and just chill. By that I mean
nice music, nice drink and relaxation of home! In my older ages I prefer second one, it suits me more! And
combination of gambling and crypto-currencies makes everything easy, and I think I will not visit growded
physical casinos anymore!
772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is not in healthy state yet on: April 13, 2020, 04:28:58 PM
I wouldn't say that like that, crypto-currencies are not sick, they are just young and not yet fully developed.
Which is a normal thing, Bitcoin exist 10 years, but most of other popular crypto-currencies are much younger.
Just because they are young and not yet developed we can't say it's not a healthy state! It's why I said many
times that we are still in early stages, and we need to be patient and wait for years before we see some huge
break trough!
773  Economy / Speculation / Re: Let's be safe about Bitcoin Trading on: April 13, 2020, 11:39:38 AM
Can some trader explain the difference between trading with Bitcoins and trading with alt-coins? I think
trading with Bitcoin is safer, the price moves but it hits some top from time to time, like in that past two
years. Some alt-coins are going down more than up, and many alt-coins can't recover their tops.
Is there a professional trader here to say more about this? Thanks in advance!
774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: April 12, 2020, 08:06:27 PM
One additional problem is gambling in games. For most Apps there is not age restriction. Even if there is almost all children are able to overcome these restrictions. As a consequence young people get addicted to in-game-buys and other mechanisms. However, as the provider states, the games are not designed to appeal to children under the age of 16. This is contrary to the presentation in friendly, bright colors and the comic look. Marketing also contradicts this statement: For instance Coin Master is targeted by influencers like Bianca Heinicke. These people are popular within younger age groups.

I agree with you BTCliz! Children at young age get involved with online games, and in some of them you need to gamble! Is it for some in-game-coins, or is items, or game itself is gambling oriented.
There are many gambling games for free for android, from slots to roulette, for free!
We can't stop all children from gambling, I guess each parent is responsible for it's own kid. We can have age restrictions, but in same time we need to be aware that we are gamblers and that our
kids needs to be free to try that if they want. I have a kid, and I will let her gamble once she is aware of what gambling is, in what age that will happen, I don't know! My kids are between 2 and 6 years
old, I think I have time before they get involved in sports and after that in betting, it's the same way I passed before!
There should be age restrictions, but before all others parents should be responsible for their child! Not every kid is the same, but who can know kids better than their parents!
775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chess online? on: April 12, 2020, 05:48:42 PM
There are various websites that you can play chess online, you can battle with anyone including your friends or even someone you didn't know in person. However, the one you are looking for which you can bet and the winner will take it all, there is yet to exist nowadays.

I can play chess online, but where to play chess for Bitcoins? Where to make duels where we can deposit some amount and play chess against other player, who wins takes the pot! I didn't come across
that platform that offers chess dueling for bitcoins.
We should have more games, old games, like chess is, on several platforms, where we can duel other players and play for some crypto-currencies!
776  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good project or Useless projects! on: April 12, 2020, 10:19:56 AM
indeed it say's nothing if a coin or token is listed on marketcap , all can be manipulated to reach that goal , i do not know much about the project that you asked for but as soon as i saw at which volume it was trading and the price of it, i would like to say that i do not see options in it

We judge projects by many factors, but we need to be aware that our judgement can be wrong! Good or useless,
only time can tell what will be with some project in the future. Things can change fast, we can miss to see something
important. Let's not judge before we are completely sure we know everything we need to know to make a call!
I see many people like to judge. When I invest in some project, I tend to read positive and negative comments, but
most of them don't touch me, I wish to stay informed, it's all. I will not change my opinion just because some negative
comments.
777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to prepare for long term HODL on: April 12, 2020, 06:43:39 AM
Good wallet, some money for investments, turn of the wallet, have a lot of patience and it's all what you
need. In case you plan to invest more, which is a good thing, and it's what I do, when you have money to
invest do that, whenever you can add more coins to your wallet!
Don't sell at top, try to buy when it's at bottom, we are not traders, we are holders. We wait much higher
top to sell, but every dip can be a good opportunity for adding more coins.
778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not blame it on Corona outbreak on: April 11, 2020, 06:23:47 PM
who said if the corona virus outbreak did not adversely affect the cryptoqurrency space? I think the emergence of the Corona virus has affected this industry, as you can see many bounty projects are delayed, the price of coins on the market is not significant and there are many other negative problems. You need to read more about the effects of Pademi Covid-19.
Corona virus has affected the whole world. And of course this market is also heavily affected by Virus. The virus scared investors and did not dare to invest at this stage and it caused the market not to move much in the past. Hopefully the virus will be stopped as soon as possible so that the whole market in the world can recover

It's affected the whole world in unseen ways until now. We never had situation where entire economy just
stopped working. This is unique situation and crisis, and I don't think that we can compare this crisis with any
previous one. Consequences are yet to be seen, to be clear on that, now most of us is closed, sitting at home,
but soon we will get out and will need to face with serious problems.
779  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading vs. Investing. on: April 11, 2020, 01:57:38 PM
both of them have huge risk.. make analisis and preparations before you choose to play it... dont forget to learn from many experience....
whats the risk in Holding?if you are investing for longer term specially if Buying Bitcoin i guess it is more different from trading.
many fails in trading because of the early entering without deep knowledge in crypto market.
Not like in Investing if you set to even wait at least 5-6 months minimum there might be a chance to go up in that margin of time.

Risk in holding is happening right in the beginning, when you plan to invest and you decided to invest in
risky project! It's not same to hold Bitcoin and to hold Tron, I think it's more riskier to hold tron than Bitcoin,
and you have riskier projects than Tron is.
Bitcoin and Ethereum has the lowest risk, but as you go down trough the top 100 coins risk is getting bigger.
And we must be aware of that, nothing is risk free, but there are risk levels.
780  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino workers, asking for salary during the shutdown on: April 11, 2020, 11:48:14 AM
Unpopular opinion here... I don't think the casinos should pay the employees during the shutdown.

Casinos pay employees to work, if they're not working why should they get paid? Casinos and most jobs don't care about the livelihoods of their employers, their main purpose is obviously to make money. They clearly won't be making money if they're not even open. Sure, they could continue paying their employees now and go bankrupt off the back of it. Or they could just not pay them and let the government step up to protect its tax payers.

An employer-employee relationship shouldn't mean you should suddenly start paying people to do nothing when shit hits the fan. If these people don't have their own savings then that's on them.

But if they don't show care to their employees, no workers will be local to them. If they only want an employer-employee relationship, workers won't bother to stay long in that kind of business. They also need to feel the care of their company in an emergency situation. Business is nothing if it's not for their workers. They should appreciate their work.

Plvbob0070 I totally agree with you!!! My younger sister works in casino, she is on holiday more than a month,
casino where she works is closed when pandemic started. Owner of casino is still pays them, and told them to
not worry about paycheck and their jobs, when they start working again owners expect all of them to come back
and work! That is fair! Now in time of crisis is not very nice when owners show irresponsibility towards their workers.
If someone throw me on the street now, I wouldn't go back there! People would find better job they can have respect, in good and bad times.
