7641  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So, you want to get sued by a scammer? on: June 29, 2021, 05:19:05 PM
Cobra is now taking a break from twitter after this court decision, and it's unfortunate that many insane individuals like Faketoshi have lots of money that can be used for endless court battles with his law firm Ontier.
It is obvious that he wants to have some global recognition from authorities that would accept him as real Satoshi Nakamoto and his clone coin as real Bitcoin, and this court decision means that United Kingdom official stance is that Craig Wright is Satoshi... so stupid  Roll Eyes
Legal system worldwide is obviously fkd up and corrupted.

Just look at this slime Calvin Ayre threats:

this is not over yet Cobbie...far far from over.

I would allow myself to disagree with you here.
Please enough with this empty talk, lead by example and send Bitcoin donation if you want so much.
7643  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Staking Bitcoin and other coin freely on: June 29, 2021, 02:23:22 PM
Bitcoin is proof-of-work coin and there is NO staking here, but some platforms are offering people to earn interest with sending them Bitcoin and passing kyc verification.

Coin that is advertised in this incognito wallet is not real Bitcoin but some pBTC token on ethereum chain, so you need to send them real Bitcoin and than they give you some fake bitcoin token.

What do you use to stake your crypto freely, anonymously, and securely?
There is nothing like this and I don't stake any of my coins.

7644  Other / Meta / Re: A small proposal to support the forum team/community. on: June 29, 2021, 01:56:14 PM
I think that our discussion here brings us to a logical conclusion to create the donation fund for active community members, and not for the moderators. Any further thoughts on this?
Most of the people here are not social cases, they don't need to live from some donation fund, last time I checked this is not a socialist-communist forum, and you should stop thinking what other people need to do with their own money.
Helping forum by reporting plagiarism, spam and other crap is activity that is helping everyone and if you feel so generous you can find address of most forum members and send them you Bitcoin donation.
7645  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: 🔮 Monetory.io - P2P offers aggregator on: June 29, 2021, 01:45:32 PM
This looks something similar like well established BestChange service that is very active in bitcointalk forum, and I don't see any big advantage of using Monetory.io.
I tried getting some exchange searches and most results I got are from some unknown russian websites I never heard before, and there is no way to read any feedback for them.
7646  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone know of a genuinely free transaction accelerator? on: June 29, 2021, 01:17:19 PM
If all other free services are not working, there is one more alternative way for accelerating your Bitcoin transaction using btc.com website and their paid service:
https://pushtx.btc.com/

This one works just like bitaccelerate.com via rebroadcasting a transaction to the nodes but doesn't help include the transaction into the next block like viaBTC's miners do.
From my testing and helping other people with some of their stuck transaction I found out that btcnitro works much better than bitaccelerate.com, and I already explained shortly that it is only doing rebroadcasting of your transaction.
As you can see from image below, btxnitro is alredy using Viabtc among all other services for accelerating transactions:

7647  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum on: June 29, 2021, 11:15:00 AM
7648  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum on: June 29, 2021, 10:23:54 AM
7649  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone know of a genuinely free transaction accelerator? on: June 28, 2021, 07:20:02 PM
Are there any legitimate free transaction accelerators out there?  I'd increase the fee if I could, but I can't--and I didn't realize there was any congestion in the network.  I'd appreciate any advice.

Best transaction accelerator website I found is btcnitro that includes other existing accelerators in one click that is rebroadcasting transactions with up to 11 global Bitcoin nodes.
There is no registration but I suggest using Tor browser when using this service:

7650  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wright wins the bitcoin whitepaper copyright lawsuit without proving his claim on: June 28, 2021, 07:03:16 PM
I don't believe anymore that courts are judges are really independent and they can be easily bribed by anyone including Faketoshi, but this is low even for them.
Cobra should probably move hosting for his website in some South American country that is out of the reach of UK and continue business as normal, but Faketoshi will now be inspired to continue with his stupid attacks.
7651  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fixed supply vs reducing supply on: June 28, 2021, 03:54:13 PM
People are losing their Bitcoins all the time, and stats are showing that so far few millions of BTC are lost forever so we can say that total supply is reducing in reality.
Circulating supply for Bitcoin is growing but it can't be compared with other coins that are changing protocols all the time to create something they call ''better bitcoin'' with reducing supply and burning of coins.
People are more attracted to original idea of Bitcoin as scarce digital alternative to gold and payment system.
7652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In theory there is still another China ban waiting to be launched. on: June 28, 2021, 03:48:03 PM
150 Bitcoin nodes running in China is nothing compared to total number of nodes, nobody can stop them and they can always switch to Tor if government choose to ban them with their firewall.
I also think that many people from China have vpn to access twitter, telegram, youtube and all other services that are blocked in their country.
This will not affect Bitcoin in any serious way and it's especially not important with number of ethereum nodes you mentioned.
7653  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Attention Canadian friends. Binance has been banned in Ontario, Canada on: June 28, 2021, 12:43:00 PM
Binance is now banned in Canada, United States and United Kingdom and I think that other countries will soon follow their examples
so I wouldn't hold any coins on Binance, and I would be ready to switch to some alternative exchange for trading.
I hope p2p trading and decentralized exchanges like Bisq will grow and be more popular, I would like to see some better decentralized alternatives to Bisq and Binance exchange because competition makes them better.

7654  Other / Meta / Re: Dark Mode for Forum on: June 28, 2021, 12:36:44 PM
If you are using Chrome based browser or Brave browser you can do one small trick to enable dark theme without installing any script or extension.

Simply enter code written below in your browser address bar and switch to Enable Force Dark Mode for Web Contents:

Code:
chrome://flags/#enable-force-dark

You can choose between several options, select one that you like the most, and you can always return back to Default settings.

7655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Test for free our new futures exchange, and get paid bitcoin! on: June 27, 2021, 06:58:34 PM
New market orders are working fine for me and I received my pending withdrawal that was probably manually done, so the question is would withdrawals in future with real Bitcoin also be manual or automatic?
And what happens in situation if you don't have enough Bitcoin for withdrawal? Maybe there should be some proof of funds with reserve addresses or something similar.
7656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mircea Popescu died leaving 1 Million BTC behind? on: June 27, 2021, 06:20:29 PM
He was last active in bitcointalk forum back in April 2016 and I see that he has negative feedback with scam accusations, but even Roger Ver posted that he is now dead,
and I am sure he was not a Polish man like that Costa Rican crhoy.com article is saying, but he was actually from Romania.
I do hope he left his private keys to someone, or those Bitcoins are lost forever in ocean with him.

7657  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's inability to change is how it won the blocksize war on: June 27, 2021, 06:11:09 PM
Bitcoin succeeds because it proves its inability to change.
While that may be true for block size, I would not say that Bitcoin have inability to change, because we see changes in code all the time and latest will be Taproot.

It just exists whether you like it or not and you can't control it or change the rules to your liking.
One person can't change anything in Bitcoin but he can propose things and with influence of big players, holders and miners, change is always possible,
and Like in some altcoins that tried to copy Bitcoin, we can see more centralization of mining in one or two pools.

A disagreement about how large blocks of the blockchain should be, how easy it should be to change Bitcoin's rules, and ultimately it was about control.
Everything is about control and not just in Bitcoin but anywhere where big money is involved, and for some people control is a like a drug.
Rockefeller said, ''Own nothing, but control everything.''
7658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After 1.5 hours, I only only got 9 confirmations. What a turtle! on: June 27, 2021, 06:03:20 PM
I sent bitcoin today but after more than 1.5 hours of waiting, I could only get 9 confirmations. Still waiting! Haaaaaaay.....
There is some slowdown in Bitcoin network related with current moving of miners from China, but why would you need to have more than nine fast confirmation when you are not going to 100m race.
If you want faster transaction and lower fees you can consider switching to Lightning Network.
7659  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Chip Mixer signature: not responding. on: June 27, 2021, 03:09:52 PM
I am getting the same message Service Did Not Respond - Please try again. and I tried it on several different browsers.
Clearnet version is down, but Tor link still works fine for me: http://chipmixerwzxtzbw.onion/

I hope @ChipMixer will reply here and fix this issue soon.

Gore! Vecina parazita pokusava zivjeti u sinergiji sa svojim domacinom. Vlade samo crpe i crpe sve vise i vise i bas ih briga kako ce zavrsiti...  Lips sealed
Možda su im sada dovoljni i AI roboti, poluljudi, transljudi i zombiji bez mozga, a ljudi, ili beskorisni žderači kako ih neki zovu, im više ne trebaju toliko.
