7721  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This never happened because this is new technology, really? on: February 06, 2018, 10:54:43 AM
A good solution will be mass adoption.
Once this whales sell all their then it gives opportunity to those who have a little money and average ones.
With that we can somehow divide the amount whales will buy.
Then repeat it all over again until they will see there is nothing left and they cannot buy back again.
The problem is we are not yet that large and some are in panic selling their coins once reached a higher amount.
7722  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin low on: February 05, 2018, 06:07:58 PM
Well a lot of prediction have been wrong. It is a slow movement and that Saturday night made a huge jump up also.

This might stay this way at 7k USD until another Saturday comes. Brace yourselves for anther dump that could happen.
Somehow, I thought of visiting coinmarketcap and you can see a bloodbath there.
Almost all are at red, it is like 10/400 are just in green and they are not even way up. Just a little pump.
7723  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tor Proxy Steals Bitcoin from Victims on: February 04, 2018, 05:37:49 PM
That is scary.

But they cannot enter through your files if they are just websites right?
I am using a lot of different VPN's and I dont want this happening to me.
If it is just a website browser then it is just the address of the owner of the website which is being changed. How come there will be blackmails if they cannot enter thru your computer. It is just confusing me a little.
This people behind this are good if they can create a way to change it somehow.
7724  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How are your governments reacting to Bitcoin? on: February 04, 2018, 07:10:43 AM
It would have been better if it will just stay that way.
They wont care about it and we will do our own business.

Problem is when there is money involved they would want to take control of it.
Tax and everything they will input just so they could take some for free.

My country doesnt care yet but it will be when this value grows again.
7725  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Questions about arbitrage. on: February 03, 2018, 06:59:10 PM
You will have a problem with the exchanges now.
They need more information than getting an SSN.  Grin
It is like a passport now and that is where you will be stopped.
Plus, you cannot do much arbitrage when they are taking a lot of time before your transactions are confirmed. With this fluctuations it will be better to just stay with one trading website. They will just keep on stalling you if you keep on insisting.
7726  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should bitcoin have risen a little slowly? on: February 03, 2018, 05:46:58 PM
It had been an apple of the eye from that rise.
A number of my friends have started to have knowledge about bitcoin because of that fast rise which is questionable.

Now it went back. This is the time it will rise slowly and we will really feel the increase in all the hard work and patience that we have done.
It might be good for some who have sold at that time. But not to the holders who keeps on believing there is something more about bitcoin and what it could offer.
7727  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to buy! on: February 03, 2018, 10:28:47 AM
Wow. It looks like there is a movement for buying and holding because I am seeing a lot of threads like this being created.

This is good news. If we all do this then the whales will be shocked that they will be buying again with a larger price instead of what they are expecting of a lower price.
Thumbs up to the courage of those who will buy.
7728  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why BTC is down again? on: February 03, 2018, 02:38:24 AM
Whales taking advantage of the recent increase and then here we are and just wait for it.
Soon it will come back to a 20k dollars price.
They will be buying again after they have already taken the profit.
Now they can double the bitcoin that they can have or maybe more.

I just have this thought. Where did they put all those money and how did they get out with a large amount. It will be interesting to know if there is someone who could reveal it.
We all know it is not that easy to get out holding that large amount.
7729  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN fall less than 9K USD! on: February 02, 2018, 08:53:58 PM
Buy more.
In fact even with all this blood bath I have seen comments from pure bitcoin holders and they are telling this is just another thing that happened before.
I looked at the graph again and I was shocked that it was really the same.
Next thing we will be looking is the slow increase of bitcoin. This might be the bottom of it so holding and buying more will be the best decision in my own opinion.
7730  Other / Ivory Tower / Re: Protection against armed robbery of Bitcoin on: February 01, 2018, 05:58:32 PM
I believe the first thing that might have triggered an armed robber to attack someone and demand a transfer of their coin is if the armed robber knows that the person been attacked is a bitcoin or crypto trader. This is why it is recommended that you live low key if you are trader especially one with huge fund.  iluvbitcoins suggestion is perfect but what if you where not at home when the incident happens and was attacked when you least expect it; probably when you are out for a quick dinner? I guess its better not to have a trading app on your phone and live a low key Life till when you decided not to trade again. Though, most people may not like it since they want to live a five star life when the gains start pouring in.

Merited iluvbitcoins twice that was supposed to be for vintages.  Grin
I think I need to always wear my glasses.

Well anyway, I do agree with not trading to protect yourself from being known or giving away important information specially ID's that had been needed mostly now just so you could level up your account from trading websites.
Or we could also look for the ones that doesnt need it.
One is etherdelta. But it is only for ethereum and ERC20 tokens so your options are limited. Also have been a shitty website now which loads too much just so the tokens will be revealed. (this one needs updates)

So what else could be a better reason to be unknown and prevent this to happen to us?
I guess we should just use other address whenever you are doubting someone who wants to get address for payments.
But it is going to be a hell of payment for transaction fees. Before, this is easy but now you need a lot of money to do it.
7731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First UK's bitcoin robbery. Stay safe. on: February 01, 2018, 03:43:17 PM

I hope targeting bitcoiners won't become a new trend for criminals.

Before I was thinking about this.
I love the anonymity because I can hold a lot of bitcoin and my neighbors wont even know I have a lot of money stacked in crypto currency.
They cannot get it from my house or try to guess the pin of my ATM card.

But now, because of the information that exchanges and wallets wants from us before withdrawal it is getting a little scary.
I hope we can all come back to the time where it is not needed. Where is the anonymity now?

(grabbed from the alternate link. Credits to vintages.)
I guess its better not to have a trading app on your phone and live a low key Life till when you decided not to trade again. Though, most people may not like it since they want to live a five star life when the gains start pouring in.

This could be the answer. Not trading, but what if you just knew that before you can withdraw, that they need the information and you have already deposited the crypto.
There should be an info about this at the start of their webpage so that people will know.
But I guess they are all requiring it now.
The answer will be to require it before even going in that trading website.
Somehow they should know initially that they will lose their anonymity even before they deposit.
7732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin is a project of FBI? on: February 01, 2018, 03:36:36 PM
Then why did the US government itself made a lot of steps just so they could take out the ones who are using bitcoin as a means of payment from the black market?
Silk Road. One proof they dont know anything about it yet. They just knew it from there, it was the start that they eyed bitcoin. But once again they dont even have an idea it could come to this.
7733  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mobile Legends Gambling on: February 01, 2018, 02:39:31 PM
Merited this for being unique.

Hope I can join you some time when I am not busy anymore.
But for now it is all work.
Pm me your names or facebook so I could add you up. Maybe I could play some time with some of you or maybe join in a ranking game.
Just for little bets okay? I am not that rich yet.  Grin
7734  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will not die but it will multiply the value on: February 01, 2018, 10:48:06 AM
I have the same expectations.
It is too early to tell that it will really fall hard.
From the start of the rise I did doubt it will stay that way. I am considering this just a fall back to where it came from and now just fluctuating again.
We might dont know what is happening behind it but after all this dip, the increase in value have a larger possibility again just like before.
7735  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anonymity on: January 31, 2018, 09:42:47 PM
Merited for a good question.
This had been one of the problems now.
Before you are unknown to anyone but recently the secrecy have been shattered.
I dont blame exchanges for forcing users to do it, they need to abide by the countries rule.
But the main problem is why not let people know that they would need to fill that information for withdrawal.
Why not before the deposit?
Your coins are already stucked in their end while you cannot withdraw it until you do the steps and it takes another 24-48 hours before it is approved.
7736  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the bubble bursting? on: January 31, 2018, 07:24:48 PM
I use the Bitcoin price ticker widget from coindesk simply because it’s always there and easy. It has today's low at $9,627.89. That’s a 29% drop for in January and a 50% drop since December. I don’t know what people think popping a bubble is but I don’t think it means dropping to zero, 50% is good enough.

This is a normal cycle for bitcoin. It isn’t bad that it pops, goes down, crashes or whatever you want to call it because it never goes down to the level it was at before the run up happened. If it was at $10 and goes to $100 when it pops it will fall to $40 or $50. If it was $50 goes to $1,000, when it pops it will return to $500. People should look forward to the pop and do their best to buy the bottom.

Someone I do agree with.
It looks like a fall but the truth is it really should be there at the first place.
The pump made them think this should be the price for bitcoin now. (20k dollars)
Which is not.
That is way too fast for one market to grow and it is really questionable. I am not happy it dipped but one thing is for sure. This is the price and it is just fluctuating now.
And just like he said, I dont see it also falling at 50 percent after it went back to where it was before.
7737  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if bitcoin wasn't created? on: January 31, 2018, 04:15:10 PM
Another genius might come out and discover it and name it differently.
It is a different world now and it is hard to be unique because of discoveries that are found by those with special minds.

It will still be the same but just a little later maybe.
But as long as it is not created then we wont be seeing other cryptos. It is the start of all and they have discovered new cryptos because of bitcoin.
7738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin became more popular in 2017 on: January 31, 2018, 12:00:33 PM
Up until now I believe it is still the most talked.
Others cannot just take the recent fall. It might have been just a hype that made it to a larger price but still it is one of the most valuable currency.
Doubting it will just make you left alone when the engine starts again. It could be anytime and it is better to have bitcoin in your wallet than screaming again because of the expensive price.
7739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: facebook bans bitcoin on: January 31, 2018, 08:36:28 AM
Facebook said it will block all ads on its platform that involve digitally encrypted currency, including bitcoin, in an effort to discourage advertisers from promoting ads that the company calls "financial products and services often associated with misleading and deceptive promotion" .

This are the right words from it.

It happened lately where they were creating projects which really dont exist.
This people gets millions of dollars by just creating a fake team, whitepaper and just a website. All that with just a little capital but they will get ten fold afterwards.

Many people might have reported about this that is why Facebook already made the move.
7740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto slide on: January 30, 2018, 07:37:20 PM
Do not force it to them. If they dont want to be in then let it be.
You might end up getting blamed afterwards if you still do it. Just give them some points but not to the extent of pushing it hard.

This slide though that you are talking about.
It could be because of the people having more options. Like you said new projects are being opened and they all have tokens. When people see a lot of money could be taken from it then they will go for it without any background check.
That could be lost for them but also a losing side to us who supports bitcoin.
They wasted money into something which could have just got into bitcoin.

It is sad and this might happen more. But as a bitcoin supporter I will keep on going on until I see the value that should be for this great currency.
