7761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Opera browser has launched its cryptocurrency wallet! on: July 13, 2018, 11:15:57 PM
Interesting news. Maybe Opera browser isn't most popular, but it's clearly visible how hard they are working to improve their browser. Integrated VPN, Ad block, Opera turbo which helps to save internet MB and load websites faster on slow connections. And now they catched new cryptocurrency trend. Well, I hope that their crypto wallet will be a top notch product. It's most important that they would give full control of funds for their users. If no, I don't think it will be succesful product.
Anyway, for me Opera is better browser than Chrome, because it eats less resources, but it's not better than Firefox.
7762  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: July 13, 2018, 10:57:17 PM
It's not being abandoned, just when we rebrand it will no longer be in the name. That's about getting away from the perception that we are just a faucet.
By the way, any news about rebranding. I remember it was planned in July or something similar, but now I suspect that it will not happen this summer?
And I got email message about reward points bonus and I noticed this thing at the bottom of message
FreeBitco.in, 3rd Floor, J and C Building, PO Box 933, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands
So, this means that Freebitco.in now registered as official company?

7764  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there any online full time job to work from home and get paid in bitcoin? on: July 13, 2018, 10:06:48 AM
OP asking for full time job offers and people suggesting hik to join bounties... C'mon, you must be serious. Bounties aren't job and Bitcointalk isn't a workplace. Yeah, you can make some money from bounties, but you shouldn't post on Bitcointalk and spam Twitter/Facebook links all day long. OP, if you have some skills, then you can work as freelancer. For example, offer design services and ask to be paid in BTC.
7765  Economy / Reputation / Re: Old account with new owner. on: July 12, 2018, 11:24:46 PM
One more doubt why that member account can wear avatar, basically only full member and up can wear avatar right. Huh
Long time ago all users were allowed to wear avatars, no matter of their rank. After Bitcointalk hack in 2013 avatars were disabled for lower ranked members. But users who had avatar at the moment of accident still can have their avatars, but they can't change it.
7766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which bounties are best? on: July 12, 2018, 10:55:22 PM
First of all, I think that this thread belongs to Altcoin board. And I suppose that nobody will give you exact answer. Before joining bounty campaign you should your own research. There are tons of bounty campaigns, many of them are pure scam, so you should be very careful. In general, before joining bounty you should act like before investing in ICO - read whitepaper, check project team, roadmap and etc. And additional thing - join bountys runned by reputed managers. Avoid bounties managed by random newbies and jr. members. But sometimes even good campaign managers don't guarantee that project is legit.
7767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk's FIFA World Cup Pool Discussion Thread on: July 12, 2018, 10:27:52 AM
I predicted that Croatia will win 1:0 and I spent my joker on that tame - I got over 300 points. But I'm only in 11th place currently. Croatia is one of team which I really like, but honestly, before world cup I didn't saw them going so dar, because their group was really difficult. And they can't win without drama - two games win after penalties and one after extra time.
7768  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Solvemedia info on: July 11, 2018, 11:15:36 PM
I know that in past minimal withdrawal from SolveMedia was $200. But this is old information, things may be changed since then.
EDIT Quote from link that was posted by speedup-faucet.com:
Quote

7769  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are bitcointalk username can be change ? on: July 10, 2018, 11:08:30 PM
Ahhh. And no not lauda, the one I noticed was izanagi after he changed from managing 777coin/bitvest signature campaigns.
But how about Lauda? I saw that their username was LaudaM in past, so I think that theymos changed it.
7770  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Using the Hola VPN chrome extension? Your MEW wallet may have been compromised. on: July 10, 2018, 10:44:21 PM
Thanks for the warning. I'm using Hola extension quite often. But it's good that I'm using MEW on Firefox, while Hola on Opera, so my funds are safe.
Hope not much ETH holder will be affected by this as HOLA is not quite popular VPN,  I haven't heard about it before.
Hola is probably most popular free VPN extension. It doesn't mean that's not popular just becauce you haven't heard about it.
7771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: July 10, 2018, 10:11:02 PM
Cristiano Ronaldo leaving Real Madrid after 9 years and moving to Juventus. After all these seasons it will be strange to see Real without Ronaldo. I will miss rivalry between Messi and Ronaldo in El Clasico and their fights for top score title. It will be new era in Madrid and it will be very difficult season for new manager Lopetegui. Probably Florentino Perez will try to buy new big star like Neymar or Mbappe.
And imagine - if Juve with Ronaldo will win UCL upcoming season, how Gigi Buffon should feel then?
7772  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [ASK] 100 Merit On Some Member on: July 09, 2018, 11:17:29 PM
My previous account was banned and i'm already send several email but no reply. So i create a new and leave the previous account then focusing on this one Smiley
No reason, proabably you mean plagiarism? If you got permanent ban, you aren't allowed to make new account, you banned as a person. Forum admins very rarely react to ban appeals, but it doesn't neans that you can use new account because they didn't replied.
Are you already see all post mate? how can you say plagiarism? by the way its already out of topic Smiley

Sorry for off-topic, but I just wanted to say that now you're breaking forum rules by evading ban.
Anyway, your question was already answered, you can lock topic Smiley
7773  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to create your own website under $10! on: July 09, 2018, 10:58:04 PM
Nice tutorial, OP. But it's not related to crypto, it would be better to move it to off-topic.
I've used 000webhost a bit, but I can recommend only to beginners who don't have experience in making websites. If you want to make serious website better to use paid hosting.
Currently I'm using Hostinger, maybe it's not best hosting, but it's cheap and they have great support.
I'm noob in making websites, but it's not really difficult to make nice website on Wordpress. There are lot of plugins and similar stuff which helps us a lot.

ar atsirastų gerų žmonių, kurie pasidalintų savo merit'ais ? Smiley Būčiau dėkingas už kiekvieną Smiley
Merit'ų niekas nedalina tiesiog šiaip sau. Juos galima gauti nebent postinant kokybišką turinį Wink
7776  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Unofficial] Coinpot.co - new microwallet on: July 09, 2018, 10:01:56 PM
People; I assume you are aware of the fact that here is now an official CoinPot thread here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2007856.0

I can't post to it, probably because I'm a noob?
Perhaps posting there will get more reaction than trying to Email CoinPot.

I too have a missing withdrawal.  That, combined with similar comments here, does not inspire confidence!?
We know about this thread. But we can't post there, because it's locked + self-moderated. And Coinpot owner aren't checking that thread, because he didn't loged in to his account since 10th July last year.

I opened support ticket but nobody answered it, so I will try to ask here. Some time ago my Bitcore address 18Rys7r89HdpikzcJTehhQYWX6Zsa8fdGW was removed from my account. Now when I try to add it, I get message ''Invalid Address The address you entered does not appear to be a valid BTX address'' I'm not sure why it's shjown as not walid address. This address from Coinomi wallet, I don't know what's wrong with it, because previously I used this address on FH without any issues.

Bitcore had an update recently, the address format changed among others, you can read more about it here: https://bitcore.cc/important-update-bitcore-public-keys/

Unfortunately Coinomi needs to update their app to support these new addresses, until then you can use this address converter https://limxtec.github.io/btx-convert/

Thanks for information!
7778  Economy / Reputation / Re: What happened to Nullius on: July 08, 2018, 10:30:16 PM
It was already discussed here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4522351.0
Some people predicting that he left bitcointalk because he had problems with captcha and cloudflare while trying to login (he is TOR user).
He moved on. The account he was as posting from was not his first not by a long shot and likely won’t be his last.
Alt of Lauda? Cheesy Well, I don't believe he is alt of someone, I haven't saw anyone who make similar posts like Nullius. His style is unique.
7779  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk's FIFA World Cup Pool Discussion Thread on: July 08, 2018, 10:21:33 PM
I'm only 570 points behind fifth place and you're only one place behind me so we can still probably get in the top five if you get a couple of correct scores and utilise your joker well. I got absolutely robbed by that Russian equaliser in the 115th-minute. So close. It would have probably taken me into fourth place since I used my joker. Glad Croatia went through though.
Theorically it's still possible. But it's not enough to spend joker well. We also need that players above us wouldn't get points for their predictions and it's not likely to happen I think.
7780  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: July 08, 2018, 10:17:43 PM
That was such an exciting race. A real shame about Leclerc though  Sad
Indeed, probably best race in this season so far. Hamilton had terrible start, later Kimi hitted him. Then Lewis didn't had problems to overtake slower oppinents, also Ericsson accident and safety car on track helped him a lot. And on last laps we saw close fight between Mercedes and Ferarri drivers and retirement of Verstappen. Vettel extended his championship leader position up to 8 points. Hamilton was very disappointed after finnish.
And we often see Kimi on podium this season, but I can't remember when he won last time Cheesy
