7761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin today on: August 15, 2019, 11:55:09 PM
Doesn't matter it is altcoins season or not. If coin or token is good - that is always good an doesn't matter what is current market situation. Good projects already bring a good profit for investors.
And good projects remain stable with their stand in the market. That's how the market reacts when a project seems to be good, it won't just die quickly. If that project has something, it will be noticed and taken seriously by altcoin investors, I'm also an altcoin investor but I'm focusing with few that has big names in the market. And to know if the project is good depends on how good you are at scouting and what are your standards.
7762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What threats does Libra pose on Bitcoin? on: August 15, 2019, 11:33:25 PM
threat? I don't think there is any threat to bitcoin. Libra is only a stable coin and cannot be traded while Bitcoin can and Libra are not a threat to bitcoin right now.
I think people who just heard about Libra thinks that it will be able to replace bitcoin. They have to understand what does stable and not stable coin means.
Libra = stable
Bitcoin = not stable

7764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: waiting for altcoin season might take time on: August 15, 2019, 10:54:12 PM
It has never been easy for most. Those who have sold at 2017 bull run, do you think that they know that it's going to be the time of bull run? no one actually know about that but we've been patient waiting for that day to come. And same scenario now, we're all waiting for the right day to come and start taking the profits that we've been waiting. Altcoin season you say? wait for it but it's a rough road for it so those who are patient to wait for that day, you'll enjoy it soon.
7765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Token Staking Reward Sysytem: The SCO on: August 15, 2019, 10:36:27 PM
While looking on https://masternodes.online/ I've seen that coin listed on the first page. With two labels:
NULS-Consensus
NULS-Staking
I don't understand why most coins has other types.

The two have different values and weight I would imagine. Like a coin versus a token, I believe
I see but if someone can care to explain and give more details about the real difference between the two, I'll definitely appreciate that.
7766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Ethereum replaces Bitcoin someday? on: August 15, 2019, 10:19:22 PM
Those things you have mentioned are fact but nothing beats bitcoin as the best store of value.
And for ethereum to be able to replace bitcoin someday it needs huge gain for its market cap but I doubt this is will ever happen. I'm an ethereum holder though.

7769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are airdrops profitable and worth my time ? on: August 13, 2019, 11:49:55 PM
Hello everyone, i just want to ask you guys if airdrops really profitable and can i make some serious profits and how to do it in the right way.
No.
Because i started about a month ago i registered in more than 20 different airdrop bounties. All these airdrops pretending to give away from 5 to 100$ just by doing some easy tasks as following or retweeting on Twitter. But since that time i got only 4 tokens and 3 of them are worthless.
I feel like i got scammed and wasted my time for nothing. By looking at other people saying that they are getting profits of it I'm wondering if i did something wrong or i just need to wait more.
There you go, you have experienced it already. Not every airdrop is real so if you're doing it just to use your spare time it's up to you.
And another question is how can i sell these tokens?
They have to be listed on an exchange and there should be a volume, if no taker/buyer you will not be able to sell it.
7770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top cryptocurrency in 2018 on: August 13, 2019, 11:37:55 PM
Top coin each year will be as usual.
  • BTC
  • ETH
  • etc.
I don't want to put any other coin so that we can avoid the shilling.

7773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you often wish you knew certain things about cryptocurrencies on: August 13, 2019, 10:15:23 PM
When I first started with crypto, I don't know a lot of things so most of what I know right now was known when I'm already in the market. I didn't know what crypto's really are but with the help of community and keen explanation I started to realize and understand what this market is all about. I've known that this is one of the best market that has a potential to grow and that's why I'm here.
What are the things you look for or wish to know about cryptocurrencies?
As much as possible, most of them but I can't do it now.
7774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BitUSD today... Stablecoin hype? on: August 13, 2019, 09:54:34 PM
Lucky are those who sold at the peak of $30-$34. Now it's down to $6 which is still a good price for those who held it when it was $1 or below.
It's expected when an altcoin pumps, there will be an upcoming dump for it.
7775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is bounty campaign profitable in 2019 or no? on: August 13, 2019, 09:34:42 PM
Profitable it is if you find the paying ones and you just invested your spare time to complete the tasks. It's not profitable if you will fall to a wrong bounty and a probable scam type.
But as a majority answer, it's no longer profitable these days.
Yes, basically this is no longer profitable, it’s good if 1 out of 20 projects is such that I can’t buy them for a spear at the beginning of the payment of tokens to bounty hunters. And do not waste your time.
I don't join bounties but it's sad to see that there are many bounty hunters that are still trying their luck for it. Some find a decent one but many are losing their time without nothing in return. You're right that if 1 out of 20 is legit, they are lucky to find that one legit bounty but most of the time even 1 from many, still it's hard to find.

7777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good NEW Staking Coins? on: August 12, 2019, 11:37:13 PM
I do not mind reconsidering all the possibilities in order to invest my funds in those projects that promise to give not only daily, but at least monthly dividends.  An example is the miracle phone project, but there are even game projects such as 888 tokens, but the percentage of dividends is very low.
Those projects that you have mentioned, I'm not aware of their existence. There's a risk with these kind of coins to stake because they are not too reliable in the long run.
7778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good news for TRX holders on: August 12, 2019, 11:20:09 PM
How many good news do you have to see just to believe that tron isn't going somewhere.
This had happened many times before and results didn't vary.
7779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best coins for staking? on: August 12, 2019, 10:58:45 PM
NEO is also a good choice but you need an enormous amount for it. Most of the top coins to stake are on the top of the first page of this website[1].

7780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: invest? gambling? or trade again? on: August 12, 2019, 10:19:57 PM
I have never gambled before, and I will never gamble. I am investing, I am trading and also I am working in real life. Sometimes I am working from the internet to make money for the crypto.
Crypto is my ticket to early retirement
We have many that's treating our crypto investment as our retirement fund and we're all hoping that this will cultivate more in the future. if you don't gamble, it's fine. Not everyone has the urgency to gamble and if you are not comfortable doing it, just don't do it.
As for trading, you're blessed to have a daily job and you can sustain your investments and daily trading.
