One partnership with civic could be great to verify people identities. Civic would be a great addition to Datum platform. This kind of partnership would be a great incentive for investors  When will CIVIC have a working product? I think it has a great future and it would be great if both will do a partnership. i think PayPal will enter just after everything get regulated and goes mainstream, so we are talking about few years still.
If utrust will play their game right then they will have a large userbase before PayPal will do anything. It's not necessary a competition, PayPal and Utrust imo can coexist (until cryptos will take over on fiat, but that's not happening soon), one for banks an the other one for people  they're gonna be competitors man. both handle payments. that's not a bad thing by the way. On the competition is too early to say, it takes a few years to develop crypto-currency payments. |

Celebrities could be a plus, but it is not a mandatory and I think datum has enough features to go very far. And the datum team handle the marketing pretty well, the communication is right and referral system work well.
Marketing for the team at a high level, and celebrities are better to attract when the coin will be traded on the exchange. |

Although, it wouldn't hurt to deploy a performance marketing campaign.

Hey, I might have found a very common situation that is not covered by the whitepaper. Or maybe I overlooked it.
Alice orders a physical book about cryptography. She uses UTRUST to pay Bob. Bob is a trusted merchant with a high-performance rating. The funds are released the next day.
2 Weeks later Alice has still not received the book. UTRUST cannot help her, because the transaction already went through. Now she has to go through the usual way of asking support with the merchant.
As sellers get higher ratings and the holding time goes down from 21 days to 0, the level of buyer protection by UTRUST goes down to 0 too.
It is not necessarily a bad thing though. Things like the example above happen also with Amazon, and they handle buyer complaints pretty well. Usually they will just resend the book or refund the payment.

There will be algorithms which will find out who creates fake data. I don't think this will be a big problem because it's not worth the effort.
Pretty comfortable to say that algorithms will just appear miraculously, which can decide what is fake data and what's not. And to your other argument. I think Rigorous example with Ashley Madison showed that it can indeed be worth the effort to create such fake data. What is an example with Ashley Madison? The main task is to collect real data. |

So i think having a wider variety of coins useable would be a great feature for utrust if it so gaooened that they implement this idea in their project. That will really be a great way to pull in a lot of people to use their services. The problem is if they add too many currencies it will be complicated. I think top ten should be enough. Which problems? I think more currensies will be better. Top 50 for example Too many maybe? to list 50 coins you need to open and manage 50 addresses as well, and you think that people will trade with every top 50 coins? In my opinion just a waste if time and resources (and in top 50, even in top 10, there are coins/tokens not meant for payments) I believe there is already a team doing a study behind the scene researching which altcoins can be used for the purposes of utrust's functions. Monetha have different marketing strategy and goal, I do think itis a good project though Utrust having different goal is a good project too. We do not need to bash anything just to prove UTRUST is great. UTRUST can shine without bashing other project and can even work along side with them. Projects are both excellent and will not compete. While Utrust will make the platform, Monetha has already been working on the platform for a long time. |

Хочу поделиться одним замечанием. С мая месяца, я регулярно, как минимум 2-3 раза в месяц получал новости по майл рассылке. А последний месяц перестал, скорее всего это связано с заменой в команде, которая так раз в это время и произошла? Или нечего стало слать, нездоровый какой-то слив.
Не нравится мне все это, ой как не нравится. Давайте по пунктам. 1. Команда практически вся обновилась. + бывшие сотрудники не могли выпустить качественный продукт и их заменили. - бывшие сотрудники поняли, что ничего стоящего не выйдет, например невозможно получит лицензирование, поэтому разбежались. 2. Некоторое время сотрудники не выходили на контакт. + были заняты работой - в тихую вели подготовку к сливу своих токенов в виду скама 3. Скоро будет AMA. + наконец то заработал фидбэк - AMA проводится в слаке, а не через видео канал. Не видя глаза дэвов не поймешь что и почем. 4. Токены торгуются по самой низкой цене с самого начала проекта. + есть возможность сделать хороший закуп на будущее - есть возможность выбросить свои деньги на ветер став вечным холдером. И в окончании. Не связывайте падение курса птоев с 25 октября, здесь совсем другая ситуация. PTOY удалили свой пост в твиттере где они объясняли сожившуюся ситуацию. Там было много комментариев о том что люди больше не верят им. Теперь этого поста нет, выводы делайте сами. После таких новостей и начинается паник сейл. В моем случае, дергаться некуда, больнички оч много и по такой цене сливать явно не буду. Почитал сейчас твиттер, там в последнем твитте аналогичные каменты. В чем претензии тех кто не доверяет поликлинике? Вроде бы никого не кидали и все идет своим чередом или что то пропустил и на этих новостях курс уронили? Не исключено и то, что возможно кто-то специально цену продавливает, что бы закупится подешевле под шумок. за 4 дня до форка есть шанс словить цену на 10-15 центов, в всем виноват биток |
