Once i asked a bounty manager why they request for KYC But he replied thy need kyc for their government law. For this reason they are offering this. But i think if they request the bounty hunters for kyc then no one can cheating with them buy creating multi account. Although it's a disgusting for every bounty hunters but i think it's a positive side for them.
I find very strange that the law obliges to ask for the KYC. The participants in the bounty campaigns are not investors, they are not Customers that need to be identified. And about what you say that multiple accounts would be avoided, I think that in many cases it wouldn't be avoided. For example, they can use the ID of family members, friends or another methods.
