Prices for altcoins will decrease, then rise, this is a natural process. The main question is how to determine the right time to purchase a good altcoin.
It is not a natural process because altcoins price is fixed in supply, demand and marketcap so we should choose the right platform it will down in sometimes but again this will fastly pump in the market. It is your fault know all the coins are little down in the market so you must stay in same place after August everything should be normal. Again Bitcoin is cross the 15k USD so you must hold for long term you will earn more profit. Otherwise you will loose your money because all the Cryptocurrencies are depends demands and supply you should create negative feedback you may suffer in future. |

I've been watching this forum for about a year now and I belive it's time for my first post.
I'm in crypto since May 2017, started with about 3k$ and currently at 10k$ (could have been 20k if I wasn't such a noob ^^).
Anyways, I would like to hear your opinions on my portfolio for 2018, pros & cons, suggestions, etc.
10.000$ distributed as follows:
Bitcoin = 20%
Ethereum = 20%
Factom = 15%
Vechain = 10%
Syscoin = 10%
Stratis = 6%
Waves = 6%
Ardor = 6%
Oyster = 3,5%
QASH = 3,5%
My goal for 2018 is to make atleast a x5. Do you think it's possible? Too many coins? Any shitcoins here?

This portfolio is good because it is your convenience portfolio so I am not suggest to anything. But you should monitor day by day some coin are moving up you can continue or this will down you must exchange to Bitcoin because this coin only permanent promising platform others are little risk so you should follow my ideas you are escape from shitcoins. |

I read a news saying that Bitcoin has no future as a currency because it is problematic payment system.
So, which one is the most promising alt, that has a good payment system, and can be used as a currency ?
News is just a notification of the current affairs because media is always supporting to government. This will never supporting to people. If you check news channels most of the newses are some hidden points are available so not all the news are true one. I think you are confused in Crypto platform when was you read the news and how they explained in problematic of payment system. |

between the stock market and cryptocurrency tu have similarities but crypto is much more risky because the fluctuating price can change at any time and it does need more knowledge because anything can happen here
Stock market is more risky investment because if you invest in long term Bitcoin will make big profit in future. But if you invest in Stock market we don't predict the future possibilities this will make loss also in next year. So we decide our destination then research our best way finally pick the right platform. It is the proper way to invest in anything. If you want to best exchange it depends on your coin. So you must buy you convince exchanges then store your wallet. Because exchanging site is not safe in long term investment if you are beginner in trading platform you must gain some knowledge in block chain and Crypto platform then only you will understand the right way. |

Why should NEO or Ripple supporters want bitcoin price to fall?
When bitcoin price falls such altcoins fall even more than bitcoin.
instead neo and ripple supporters are very supportive if bitcoin prices rise. they are aware that the alt they are holding depends on the bitcoin of the price. so in my personal opinion, neo and ripple has nothing to do with falling or rising its price on bitcoin. Last 3 weeks growth has been slow, steady and strong amongst slight price fall now and then. Experts said the price would grow back by end of April and yes it happened. So will bitcoin price hit $20K by August 2018? I am sure yes if this current growth trend remains as it is.
What are your thoughts?
This price was already expected because every year this will going to moon in June to December then again it will drop in first 3 to 4 months so many trusted investors are hold for long term. I hope Bitcoin is reach more than 20k USD in August but many altcoins are growing well in this year so all the Cryptocurrencies are move forward in future. |

EOS seems to be quite close to it's all time high do you think it will go above, would you buy it now?
EOS is a good project so will reach higher position in short time. But recently it is going to peak so if you invest know it will make big profit or lose because we don't predict the future possibilities of Cryptocurrency anytime it will move forward or backward so we must stay away in these kind of coin. At the same time many potential altcoins are cheap in the market so think matured in Crypto investment. |
