781  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin faucet as a form of punishment on: June 25, 2014, 12:41:27 PM
just forget that faucet, it seems the owner too greedy if he put ads as many as possible
go to faucet with lesser ads, or better you don't earn bitcoin from faucet since it worthless
An ad blocking addon for your browser should help with that. I use AdBlock plus for Firefox but there should be alternatives for other browsers. Which do you use?

I agree, they're very unhealthy.

you can't claim from some faucets if your adblock is active to block their ads
even my ghostery addons blocked their ads too, so that faucets can't run
782  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best place to sell BTC? on: June 25, 2014, 12:38:04 PM
try bitstamp and btc-e (higher fee, but many options)
but i think you should sell to your local traders if you want
try localbitcoins to find out
783  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is BitCoin faucets really worth the time? on: June 25, 2014, 12:36:26 PM
FAUCET is good start for newbie.
With enough fund, you can start trading or gamble perhaps  Lips sealed

Recently voting contest on fire, absolutely better than faucet  Cool

voting contest? did you mean pay to vote in mintpal?
pay in alt coin right?
did you have links/thread talk about it? i find this is interesting Grin
you can find more alt giveaway on altcoingiveaways.com some giveaway more profitable than faucet i think but the problem coin from giveaway will be drop fast so this your choice hold it and wish coin can raise after giveaway finish or sell as soon as possible
okay thanks, i checked out there and many pay per vote threads there Grin
just sell after get payment, too risky if hold coin with many people dump it everyday (voters)
but if that coin near listed in mintpal, i am sure hold it Grin

i am interested from where chinese exchange who doesn't add trading fee get income?
Once citizens of emerging markets start to use bitcoin then it can reach it's potential.

Why would citizen of emerging market will choose bitcoin vs their own currency?

maybe because their national currency was inflated
inflation will make they choose bitcoin instead their own currency

791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NFD] [ANN] WE HAVE LAUNCH!!! NFD UP AND DISTRIBUTED! on: June 23, 2014, 10:24:35 AM
how to change passphrase anyway?
that online wallet said my password is less than 35 characters, and not secure
did i need send to new wallet?

yes, change pass phrase means make a new secure pass phrase, login to your wallet, copy new accountID, go back to old wallet, send all your coins to new address.

thanks for your explanation, i'll do it like you said
i thought we can change passphrase using online wallet Grin
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Best way to buy hashing power for altcoins? on: June 22, 2014, 03:43:08 PM
since scrypt.cc price is not competitive, maybe you can pick from here
leaserig : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=544732.0
nicehash : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=562238.0
but it's not cloud mining like BTC do, it just rent a rig to mine your preferrable coin for period of time
793  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Sharedcoin.com and Bitmixer.io seem OK for mixing BTC. Anyone else? on: June 22, 2014, 03:22:45 PM
I only use sharedcoin since it's intergrated with blockchain
very fast and secure services, with cheap fee Grin
i'll use bitmixer.io in the future, my friend said it is good service
794  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Fast and Profitable Exchange on: June 22, 2014, 03:20:49 PM

795  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How I made 0.3 for free in just a couple weeks. on: June 22, 2014, 03:14:44 PM

796  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crossed 500 USD - Bull Market returns ? on: June 22, 2014, 03:13:02 PM
I think as long we hold $550 or so, we'll keep the up trend alive. That's a very crucial level, and if we drop below that on volume, I think we're back to a bear market and possibly retesting that $340 low. Bitcoin is crazy like that.

As long as the silk road coins are not sold ...this bounching will continue
and we will see heavy dumps after SR coins sold in the market?
that's not good to buy bitcoin for now right Sad
797  Other / Off-topic / Re: FIFA World Cup 2014!!! on: June 22, 2014, 03:09:02 PM
belgium vs russia
i prefer hold russia for +0.5
hope me luck tonight  Cool
Lol I made a triple parlay bet that Argentina, Germany, and Bosnia would win. Ghana was a big upset, and that Bosnia goal is a robbery.
lol, we have same boat and drown together Sad
i never play parlay, maybe i can try now Grin

This is the worst world cup ever seen so far, the leadership of the referee in the World Cup needs to be questioned, too many observations made mistakes that referees should it never happens in a competition of this magnitude
yeah too many mistakes from referee until now
i hope they don't do it anymore Sad
798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [NFDv2] - NXT fork - Launched at 2014/06/15 on: June 22, 2014, 02:37:01 PM

800  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is BitCoin faucets really worth the time? on: June 22, 2014, 01:33:33 PM
I am still doing them from time to time Tongue i wouldnt say they are worth it but its something (as im online most of the time anyway, so a small click on 3-4 sites wont affect much)
Made about 90k doge and 0.02 btc in 2 weeks Smiley So its not too bad.
how much do you spent for faucet in hours everday?
0.02 BTC is not bad for faucet i think
maybe when you become member, you can easily get more than it if you join signature campaign Grin

0.02 btc in 2 weeks is actually better than i thought -- you've gotta be putting in a good amount of time, right? that seems worth it IF you can roll those BTC into bigger gains, by trading for instance.

Well, lets say a VPN and referral system works in my favor. I also ALWAYS play the "multiply your coin" game but i dont go too greedy.

I use a system that i like. When i reach for example 700+ Doge or roughly the same in bitcoin i start betting. I use 2 or 4 doge and roll "Under" with 4 and then if i win "Over" with 4. If i loose i simply duplicate the amount so if i loose "Under" with 4 i go "Over" with 8.
This way im always in the positive. The main thing is not to push your luck!! Doing it for 100 rolls or so is ok Wink depends on the day but i havent lost on faucet rolls with that system.
Ive also had some lucky rolls Smiley had a 30k satoshi roll today.

I know its not much, but if you are from a country where the average salary is really low, every bit helps. Besides im just discovering trading and different coins so i take it all as a learning experience!
so it's from free gambling profit Grin
i thought it's pure from faucet

The only faucets I recommend are www.luckycheckin.com and www.freebitco.in or you could also try the www.landofbitcoin.com faucet, it has a nice twist on it.
nlandofbitcoin really wasting time
even there is a faucet only give us below 50 sat Sad
