Best place is Mining Rig Rentals.  You just load your account with any amount of btc,
they you can rent rigs for scrypt, scrypt-n, keccak, X11, X13, etc. I use them all
the time, see my sig.

Being that I sell my hash power there I have to endorse NiceHash.    One good feature on this one from a buyer's perspective is that you buy hashing power vs. a time slot on one or more rigs.
