Я как человек из этой сферы точно могу сказать, что все, кто эти курсы проходит - очень проблемные люди и из сотни людей, которые прошли курсы на работу устроятся 2-3 человека. На курсах их не научат думать, анализировать и применять алгоритмы в голове, их научат писать по шаблону базовые вещи, всунут им в головы термины, которые они заучат, но не смогут даже толком объяснить, ибо знают только определение, но не знают как именно это работает на глубоком уровне, а это важно. Так что в яндекс они точно не пройдут, даже на стажировку, ибо собесы с каждым годом все сложнее и сложнее, в соответствии с зарплатой. Для понимания, три года назад уровень собеса на сеньера был такой, какой сейчас на джуна, и это не преувеличенно. Требования растут, зарплаты тоже, думаю все логично, так что пузырем сложно назвать, хотя и сама об этом иногда думаю Кстати про зарплаты по мульену. Что бы дойти до 250-300к в месяц(все зависит еще и от кампании) нужно проделать нехилый путь, а это примерно лет 5, не все так просто  Мне интересно узнать у человека из этой сферы, где брать знания рандомному Васе, если он института по этой специальности не оканчивал, большую часть жизни работал на заводе, да и вообще денег не имеет на эти "бесполезные" курсы? Единственное, что у него есть, это желание учиться и осваивать новую профессию, потому что родной завод ему адски осточертел. Я в курсе конечно, что одного желания мало и нужны еще и способности, но что если все это у него есть? Как много нужно времени, чтобы освоить алгоритмы и паттерны проектирования, научится все это анализировать и применять на практике для успешного прохождения собеседования? Мне кажется, что любой такой Вася через полгода-год изучения видео на ютубе и немного чтения профильной литературы сможет позариться на миддла. Вот на джуна не сможет, там слишком высокая конкуренция. farsky верно сказал, видосы, книги, но есть еще способы все это учить, если говорить о настоящем времени, не оглядываясь назад, как было тогда. Не секрет, что образование по этой специальности получать вовсе не обязательно, это приветствуется, конечно, но сами понимаете. Так вот, сейчас банально есть нейронки, которые заменят любого учителя, они не пригодны для того, что бы заменить человека как программиста(как многие думают*), но для объяснения той или иной темы - очень даже хороши как по мне. Алгоритмы? Пусть Вася идет на код форс, литкод, там тысячи задач от легких до сложных, как только он столкнется с не пониманием - пойдет в гугол искать что это такое(не зря говорят, что программист без гугла не программист). Помимо нейронок можно найти какое-нибудь сообщество людей с такими же целями, таких много и они действительно идут на пользу. Желания - достаточно, за желанием следует мотив постоянно изучать, пока не станешь полноценным айтишником, но насколько его хватит... Мир it постоянно меняется, усовершенствуется, так что просто выучиться и пойти работать в течение десяти лет не получится. За эти 10 лет придется переучиться раза два три, и более того, учиться придется постоянно, поэтому айтишник по сути марафонец. Как раз по этой причине людей за 40 в айти гораздо меньше, чем молодых ребят. Именно поэтому я не думаю, что рынок it это пузырь, или что он переполнен, ибо в него как зашли, так и выйдут, если не будут готовы меняться. В нулевых, вроде, яростно кричали, что айти умрет. Exactly, if you spend alot of money on the right players that would adapt fast into the coaches system of play them they'll make a difference but when you even if you spend 2 billion on the wrong players with little experience then you'll end up wasting funds because they'll continue to yield poor results and I think Chelsea over spent this season on the wrong players that's not meant for the club. Well they've got a good coach and it's left for him to act fast and make fast changes to save his managerial career at Chelsea if ot he'll end up being sacked like others before him, if i were him I'll select the players I trust to adapt fast to my tactics and make up my starting 11 and bench the remaining and even give them more serious training sessions until they adapt,because lastly everyone would blame the manager for their poor form if he keeps featuring the flops in the team. I think the coach won't be too upset if he gets sacked, he can find a job in case of anything, but the Chelsea players will be left to play without a coach, given that they are below 10th place it's not the best option for them. I keep telling people the same thing; Chelsea overspent. When you buy a 30 million player for 60 million dollars then you are going to look like you spent a lot but you will not get that much return. For example Caicedo was worth 55 million euros by March or so last year, and now looks 75 million euro obviously because of the transfer, and they spent over 115 million euros for him. This is a dude that was 55 million euro just a few months ago, and they overspent 60 million on him. Their whole transfer window is filled with things like this, and because of that they got players that is way less valued than what they spent. It looks like they spent a lot to be good, but the results are based on what the players are valued, not what you spend on them. So, obviously results are not coming.
Actually it doesn't matter when Chelsea spend a lot of money to shop for players, as long as they make effective purchases, meaning that the players they bring in will make a big contribution to them. Meanwhile, what I see from Chelsea is that they buy players while the players do not make much of a difference to their game, especially in the last season. This season I see better than before, but I can't be sure if they will be able to contribute fully throughout the season or not.
