I agree with your opinion. Tottenham has indeed shown a significant increase in performance this season. Ange Postecoglou seems to have managed to balance the team and overcome the problems after the departure of Harry Kane. Son Heung-min's return to top form was also a key factor in their success. Now, Tottenham seems to be playing more collectively and not just relying on one player to score goals. This is a positive sign for the club and Tottenham fans. Mauricio Pochettino still has time to fix it at least until the middle of the season he has done his best even though we haven't seen the improvement
I'm sure the Chelsea target this season is finished in the top 5 obviously this is not easy but we can't underestimate them who knows their performance continues to improve.

It's unlikely to happen. There's no confirmation from liverpool regarding this. Jurgen klopp may have prepared to lose salah to the ittihad, but that depends on the FSG. The owner of club was determining the future of salah in the club. As you can see that if klopp doesn't wanna let salah join in al ittihad caused by liverpool still needs him at this moment. Salah has always become liverpool's playmaker. He was always helping klopp to win any game since he was coming to the liverpool a few years ago. Losing him pretty much the same like when barcelona was losing messi caused by he was joining in the PSG instead of stay even longer in barcelona. Liverpool are keeping Salah just as most people expected them do so. Because the transfer window is closed in England so Liverpool can't bring any replacement for him right now. Salah should continue to be a part of Liverpool at least until the end of the season. What Messi was for Barcelona is exactly what Salah is for Liverpool now.

Ange Postecoglou has indeed been quite successful in making the Tottenham team play better this season. It is still too early for Tottenham to really be stable even under the new management of Ange Postecoglou. Chelsea's last game against Liverpool ended in a draw and like you said they performed very well. They also had other outstanding performances against Luton Town but they struggled to beat AFC Wimbledon and lost against Nottingham Forest. The defense is not solid because they keep conceding avoidable goals and some fans criticized Thiago Silva for his underperformance in the game against Forest. Manchester United have zero chaces of winning the EPL imo, at least not with the group of players they have, they lack that winning mentality and they don't even have the quality to be champions. Manchester United basically have to try and finish in the top four, i think that's the best they can achieve in the EPL this season, they could also try and defend their Carabao cup trophy.

Having said that, despite the fact that EPL clubs will not want City to turn the league into a farmers' league, i'm afraid i cannot see the team that's going to stop them this season, they are going to win it for a historic fourth time in a row; it is even ridiculous to think about it, but Pep is about to pull it off.

Yes, Arsenal at the start of the season were always consistent with every match, they got lots of points and were on track to win by seizing the moment and not wasting it, especially since they only focused on the EPL because they didn't qualify for the UCL last season so they were more consistent than several other big clubs, but Unfortunately Manchester City played well at the end of the season while Arsenal didn't, so Arsenal had to give up Manchester City getting the EPL title last season.
