I wonder how much fraud will happen since they allow deposits in chargebackable ways - 1.Deposit fiat from stolen card/account, 2.Buy shares 3.Sell shares and withdraw. (or just deposit and withdraw without buying stocks) 4.$$profit. We do not accept credit card. I would also avoid dwolla. Secondo me il bitcoin, non essendo una moneta riconosciuta da alcuno stato od istituzione finanziaria “ufficiale” è da considerarsi alla stregua dei soldi del Monopoli che, per qualche motivo più o meno chiaro, alcune persone ne fanno uso e gli attribuiscono un valore. Quindi, se “il barbiere” decide di accettare bitcoins ( o soldi del Monopoli) perché gli fa piacere, fiscalmente rientra nella normativa del Baratto e più precisamente Permuta come da codice civile. Da quello che ho letto, se il baratto è occasionale tra due persone non è soggetto ad IVA. Altresì, se continuativo oppure con una società, viene regolamentato con IVA. Poi, come si calcola il valore dell’imponibile…… beh, questa è un’altra storia! |
