781  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoin Legal? on: May 08, 2018, 11:39:51 PM
The legality of bitcoin depends on who you are, and what you’re doing with it.

There are three main categories of bitcoin stakeholder. Someone may fall under more than one of these categories, and each category has its own legal considerations.

Its not legal or illegal in my country. They have not yet announced anything on this, but the RBI authority has informed all the exchanged not deal with any crypto currencies transactions. They have given 3 months’ time to eradicate the current deals with crypto currencies. But many including the exchanges have filed a case against RBI and now its under progress. Hope, the exchanges win the battle and crypto gets accepted by the government.
782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in ICO or buy BTC? on: May 08, 2018, 11:20:40 PM
I am a newcomer to the crypto market.
Should I invest in ICO projects or would I buy bitcoin to hold and wait for the price? Please give me advice.
Sincerely thank you.

I came across a thread stating "Investing in coins with high values? Or low values? or in ICOs". Same thread here. I would better choose fifty fifty here. Would invest half of my capital into BTC and invest half into buying ICO tokens as i trust both would yield me a good profit. The main thing need to be aware when investing into ICO is the ICO should be legit ICOs with good projects and a strong team behind.
783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: ICO in the real economy? on: May 08, 2018, 11:08:15 PM
Hello community, periodically I see ICO projects in a real economy. For example, projects related to production, with real estate, with the extraction of useful resources, which project do you think is the most successful? And is it worth investing in ICO not in the IT industry :?

Every projects that serves the current needs of the people and eases their work wins the game. I have come across many projets. One serves the auto dealers, drivers and transpost brands which worked hard and earned a good value in short term. When you invest in such ICOs you really profit and fill your wallet without mch work towards it.
784  Economy / Marketplace / Re: issues on the internet on: May 08, 2018, 10:54:16 PM
do you think positive and negative issues about cryptocurency on the internet will affect the rise and fall of the price of cryptocurency. therefore I have an opinion, what if we make a positive issue about cryptocurency that may make or affect the rise and fall of the market price of cryptocurency and here we are in a very big community, isn't that likely to affect globally ?
and how do you think about it ?, I want to see opinions from your side of perspective
 Thank you for your concern

Everything counts in including the news on media about crypto currencies. As much as positive  crypto news is heard, more investors are expected to pitch into crypto currencies. The same way around. When the negative news are spread on bitcoin, number investors would go less compared to the other one. Hence, everything matters. News, Investors, corrections, forks and etc determine the price of bitcoin at the end .
785  Economy / Speculation / Re: What would be better on: May 08, 2018, 10:45:22 PM
Yeah now is when a lot of traders are probably selling after purchasing around 6k. this time buy more Btc or ETH ? Or Both ? To trade with of course... thanks a lot
Well if its okay for you to sell your bitcoin then so be it however if you are willingly have patience for the right for for your to sell it then much better if you would wait a bit . But if you are good in market and unpatiently then do the buy and sell but it will hurt you the fee's i already tried this method before the buy and sell it took me weeks of wait to buy and sell because im also waiting for the price to increase and decrease  thus if you are willingly to collect those altcoin much better too.

When you are good at trading, just hold on with your coins as we can a see a slow and steady growth amongst bit drops. Just see the grwoth trend in coinmarketcap.com. You can come to a conclusino if its worth to wait or sell right away. There were time when BTC price was fluctuating either so high or droping so low. This would not support a trader to direct his thoughts on a correct track, but current situation would make you take a firm decision as to hold / buy or sell.
786  Economy / Economics / Re: Feeling bitter in banks? on: May 08, 2018, 10:31:13 PM
I have notice that some of us here in the forum have this kind of bitterness feeling in banking sectors. They always compare banks and cryptocurrency and to the extent that they want to eradicate banks and to be replace by crypto. Are you sick and tired of reading this kind of post?

We are directly or indirectly supporting crypto and its business. When we talk about currency market, crypto and local currencies/fiats fall in. Its business among these two. Any currency, in order to gain value has to compete with each other to grow forth and here the competition is between fiats and cryptos. So as we support crypto, why should we be tired of debating on crypto ruling over local currencies or vise versa? Let’s join together and bring forth crypto in currency market.
787  Bitcoin / Press / [2018-05-08] Cryptocurrency Recognized as Valuable Property by Russian Court on: May 08, 2018, 10:20:09 PM
https://news.bitcoin.com/cryptocurrency-property-russian-court/

A Russian arbitration court of appeals has recognized cryptocurrency as a property with value in its ruling on Monday. This overturned a previous ruling by another court even though Russia currently has no legal framework for cryptocurrencies.

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeals ruled on Monday that a bankrupt person’s cryptocurrency must be included in the debtor’s bankruptcy estate, local media reported.

The case involves Russian citizen Ilya Tsarkov who filed bankruptcy in October last year. The court has ordered his cryptocurrencies to be transferred to the trustee, Alexei Leonov, who is expected to be handed the private key to the crypto wallet belonging to Tsarkov soon. According to Vedomosti, Tsarkov owns almost 0.2 bitcoin which is worth approximately US$1,885 at current market rates.

How do you take this?
788  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Will Bitcoin will be declare as legal or not ? on: May 08, 2018, 10:10:46 PM
It should happen and yes many countries have adapted it looking at its benefits. The country's economy would grow healthy if bitcoin is accepted in the respective country. Yesterday the leader of South Korea has stated that they are easing the rules for cryptos to enhance their business. This is the real incident of a country when bitcoin is adapted. He knows that bitcoin in current era would uplift their economy standard, hence accepted it. Expect every country realize and adapts bitcoin.

790  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best time to buy bitcoin! on: May 07, 2018, 10:26:06 PM
Bitcoin can be bought at anytime trusting the price will certainly increase. Even now you can buy as the price is below $10K. 2018 would the year for bitcoin and other altcoins as well. The bitcoin price may go upto minimmum 30K by end of September 2018,
791  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expect price to go up or price down? on: May 07, 2018, 10:10:18 PM
I am expecting btc price must go up anytime so while the price is down we can invest more and hold them a bit of time. Of course it is really risky if it will continue its decreacing price. For me its good it btc goes up than its price down.

The bitcoin price would soon claim up and touch $10K very soon in 2 week. The growth has been so strong and steady. I dont expect a correction happen in coming months. My prediction is, Bitcoin may hit $20K by end of June.
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Only 5 coins u need to hold on: May 07, 2018, 09:58:54 PM
Now there are so many good coins now available in the market. According to me I would suggest some of the following altcoins is good to hold for future.
Bitcoin
Ethereum
Bitcoincash
Monero
Stellar
Cardano
Ripple
NEO.
These are the high potential and promising coins into he coinmarketcap.com. And these coins shows their healthy growth hold the coins for future it will give more profit.
793  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin may continue to move higher on: May 07, 2018, 09:50:31 PM
No one predict the price of bitcoin, the price is not stable either it is increase nor it is decrease. After a long time the price is in increasing gradually. Hope it will continue in upcoming days. Like last year December this year also bitcoin will touch very high. Soon the price will touch $15000 and it will continue in the future also. Don't get panic when the price goes down, if dump occurs means again there will be a high pump occurs in the upcoming days.
794  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-05-07] India: Delhi Court Will Hear 2 Challenges to Crypto Ban Next Month on: May 07, 2018, 09:28:26 PM
challenging the central bank over its decision, pretty much useless
but the move could be the first step on a way to reverting the ruling
India was supposed to be one of the countries that legalised bitcoin, not banned it and it did nothing but bad things to the countrie's economy in the long run
they would have to lift the ban sooner or later and losing time as well as the image of a cryptofriendly country is nothing too positive

The decision to challenge the Central Bank's decision might very well turn out to be useless, but these companies have no choice. Only the courts can offer them relief. Otherwise they have to shut down their companies and move on.
India was not expected to be a Bitcoin-friendly nation, but this is outright hostile.

There would be a time India turning out to be Bitcoin-friendly nation, who know if its already? We just can not judge by few authorities immature decision on forbidding exchanges from trading crypto currencies. Number of investors from India has increased a lot and this will contribute a lot to this crypto society.
795  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: REASONS OF ILLEGALIZING BITCOIN on: May 07, 2018, 09:08:32 PM
Its just a complete competition between local currencies and crypto currencies. Though the authorities know that the crypto currencies would enhance their economy, they don't wish to allow the into their countries fearing that their local currencies would loose its values. There is no strong reason for legalizing Bitcoin. Everyone requires currencies and why should a currency given a name as legal or illegal.
796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICOs worth investing on: May 07, 2018, 07:02:55 PM
I would always go with investing in ICOs. I know few who have earned more and changed their lifestyles in a short term choosing the legit ICOs. I would name few best ICOs. Buzzshow, Fishcoin, IAMHERO, PolicyPol, Betrium, Eligma, IOS Tokens and Essencia. There are worth investing in. The projects are unique and the teams are really driving towards compete success. Better to choose few.
797  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoin Legal? on: May 07, 2018, 06:39:51 PM
Why should a currency be considered as legal or illegal. It depends on one who uses it. If any currency is used black money then obviously it’s not an legal move from the individual. It’s not that the currency is illegal. Its categorized as illegal as the authority who owns local currency do not want any other currency to lead and cause its local currency gain low value. This is completely a competition.  As long as the currency supports my life, I would support it.

800  Bitcoin / Press / [2018-04-17] The Gvt Dilemma: How To Tax Something One Pretends Does Not Exist on: April 17, 2018, 05:41:42 AM
https://news.bitcoin.com/the-government-dilemma-how-to-tax-something-one-pretends-does-not-exist/?utm_source=OneSignal%20Push&utm_medium=notification&utm_campaign=Push%20Notifications

Cryptocurrencies are often criticized for failing to replicate some of the basic functions of fiat money. Governments are always ready to warn you that you can’t spend, or save, or trade, or make digital coins. This state of mind, however, is slowly but surely changing, as more benefits become apparent. Paying, saving, investing – bitcoin can serve all these purposes, and sometimes that happens with approval from authorities.

Failing to Be Fiat, Proving to be Money

Policy makers and central bankers often claim that cryptos are unable to perform basic functions of fiat money – means of payment, medium of exchange, store of value, and unit of account. Many times, however, they acknowledge one or more of these characteristics, especially when that serves their priorities. Filling the coffers is one such priority, if not the main one, for just about any government. Taxes are the major source of budget revenues for most countries with open market economies. Last year’s record highs have put cryptocurrencies in the spotlight of this year’s tax campaign.

Why Bitcoin Sounds Like Money to Your Government. But how do they tax something they pretend does not exist, or exists without permission?
