It is actually called a miner's fee as so many have already answered this.
You must pay this fee in order for them to send your transaction.
But if you want it sent faster you will have to pay a higher amount of a fee to get it to your destination faster.
Some services eat this fee paid to miners for you such as xapo and coinbase. Since they are bigger companies that can afford to do this. But they only do this to garner more of a customer base.

I think campaigns are slowing only allowing full members and up due to signature spamming.
YoBit I think only allows Full members but are keeping the ones currently enrolled as juniors and just members but not allowing any more to join at lower rankings.
Bitmixer.io is always full but I think they have also instated a similar rule a couple of weeks ago due to having too many complaints about spammers from their campaign saturating the board.

Not necessarily. If you start with a little you can make a good trade at the right time of day, you will make a good amount of coin with the right amount of luck.  Yeah trading is the best to earn quick money if you have good strategy in your mind, but ofcourse its not free and needs capital at initial stage. As of 6 hours ago, lender pm'd me asking for an additional 0.025btc-0.030btc to lend to him in addition too the 0.075btc that he has on loan from me.
So in total he is asking 0.100btc-0.105btc total to be loaned to him @ 200% interest to be paid back in 3-5 days.
