Почитал буржуйскую ветку, один чел жалуется что когда вчера был последний хай по биткоину, сервис был не доступен и он не смог конвертнуть свои биткоины в евры на самом пике(ну или где-то рядом с ним)
И часто такое бывает у вас? Саппорт как-то прокомментирует?
пик курса биткойна и возможные временные проблемы с сервисом никак не связаны. За последние месяца три минимум, наш сервис сбоев не давал, кроме случаев, когда подводил банк или биткойн процессор. |

между моментами, когда зашли на сайт и заказали карту, курс мог измениться - цена в биткойнах пересчитывается по курсу на момент транзакции. если не пришел код активации, проверьте папку со спамом, мог попасть туда. либо всегда можно перезапросить код на странице логина |

Veryfication process usualy take about one week. Standard card deliveries usually take about 10-15 days within Europe, and 20-25 days outside of Europe depending on your local postal service. Expedited shipping - including a tracking ID - is provided by DHL and usually take maximum 7 days. i hope shipping is from London where is company located right? because in DHL if you order something (outside Europe) that the invoice is more than 20€ you pay TAX and customs clearance about 65€ and is like minimum charge..... but i never had experience if you say them i did not pay in € or $... because in this case they ask you for the invoice or copy of payment of credit card to give you clearance total.... about the virtual card i can order and have it online on the fly ? (in case of not verified i mean) it's shipped from Gibraltar. But it's an ordinary envelope, not a parcel, no one has ever reported paying any tax or customs fees - and we have customers all over the world. virtual card is issued instantly and you get the details via e-mail |

yes, we do. to get verified you need to submit copies of your ID and proof of address. Verification is performed by the bank and normally takes 4-5 business days. At the moment there are some delays though due to very high number of applications Delivery speed depends on what you choose - standard (usually no more than 2-3 weeks for Greece) or expedited (under a week) |

you are so right, mate! we have also recently finished a crowd funding campaign. Finally my "order is successful" for 66.97 euro after over 15 hours of pain.
Now i'm wondering what e-coin.io will do to compensate me for my financial lost of over 18.03 euros. With monthly salary $200 (around 160-180 euros) I'm feeling robbed and I believe that E-coin.io should load the rest into my card. There is no need to be worried, nothing is lost, whilst it is up to you whether to upload the documents and get verified, so that the limits are increased and the card can be loaded, or to just get the BTC back for the time being. By this i ascertain that the website needs a live chat. It is really easy to be implemented and starting at least 8 hours a day would be good. Hello. Does anybody from the card users managed to move funds from Paypal to the card? As far as I know, to withdraw money Paypal demands Visa card to be linked with an actual bank account. Did someone try with the e-coin card?
As far as a i know to verify your paypal account it works. But to withdraw money i haven't seen anybody. Maybe you should send a message to their support. guys, this is a by-function of the card really, whether it can or can't be used to withdraw funds from PayPal is still a bit of a mystery to us. We hear that some customers somehow managed to, but are not sure. The card is designed to be loaded with Bitcoin, any other methods may be possible, but we can't really provide 100% sure answers there, as those have nothing to do with our platform |
