If he had played the way he did at his peak, Real Madrid would probably be picking him up again today. Like every football player, his problem is old age. As he gets older, he has to perform worse and underperform. That's why I don't think anyone would want him in Spain other than Sevilla. Anyway, congratulations to Sergio Ramos, who is preparing for a new tempo with his new team. I wish him success.
Madrid don't have a track record of buying and bringing back ageing players. Even if he does perform well enough in the end at Sevilla, we need to realise that Sergio is now 37 years old and he will probably only be at Sevilla for 1 or 2 seasons and then go on to retire / to an Arab club as the end of his professional career (most likely retirement).
Sergio is now one of the legends of Madrid and bringing him back at this age will only tarnish his fine form at Madrid and it would be better for him to stay at Sevilla as a defender while waiting for the end of his career.
At least he would still be very useful for Sevilla.

I still think this massive overhaul is problematic even though it looks good, but of course with some new players and coaches, it will be like going back to the beginning and starting again and again every season if it continues.
Chelsea's play in terms of possession and initiation from the midfielders is good enough, now it's just a matter of focusing on how they don't waste opportunities.
On the other hand at the moment I don't want to defend Pochettino but we want something instant in the few matches Chelsea have had
I think It is evident that Chelsea has recently experienced significant difficulties, particularly as a result of the injuries to certain key players. Despite these difficulties they have done a great job of maintaining possession of the ball and attempting to score goals, which demonstrates their tenacity. Their coach Pochettino, must adjust to these issues and utilize the fresh players they have. Because of his seriousness as a coach, the team fundamental problems might be resolved. We must all exercise patience and have faith in Chelsea ability to bounce back even stronger. Pochettino commitment and expertise will undoubtedly aid the team in improving and Chelsea supporters should be optimistic about the future.

Btw Chelsea's problems aren't just recent as they've been going on all last season until now Cheesy
It's just that for now we just need to wait for how Pochettino steps in with the strength he has now when their players recover from injury whether Pochettino will be able to improve Chelsea's performance or not in a better direction.
I still feel that there is no need for them to change significantly but only need to improve to be better than last season it is very good for Chelsea because to change significantly after a bad performance is difficult to happen but when they can be in a better position at the end of the season it is very good for them.
783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 04, 2023, 07:01:29 PM
The problem for Chelsea is when they still can't find a strategy that really suits them which makes their performance sometimes difficult to guess whether they will be in good condition or not.
They have been very good at dominance and possession but their attack still looks the same as last season which always had problems with scoring instincts.
Jackson must be able to prove himself more now because he is one of the hopeful players for Chelsea in terms of goals as for the midfield I think they are still quite good at dictating the game.
Mauricio Pochettino should enlighten the fans on the present conditions of Chelsea. I'm clueless about the level of concentration and starting point of the blues' problems. They had all it took to win Garibaldis today, but they failed to capitalize on their opportunities. It was a terrible defensive performance that allowed Taiwo Awoniyi and Elanga to intrude into their territory. Chelsea lost again, and it was incredibly disappointing to see the Blues lose to a mediocre side. Nottingham Forest keep Chelsea at range with a defensive and counter-attacking approach.
On the other hand at the moment I don't want to defend Pochettino but we want something instant in the few matches Chelsea have had, I am quite aware that a turnaround in performance is a good thing but Pochettino needs at least 1 season I think for a good turnaround because at the moment with their poor finish last season it is very difficult to want a significant change to be able to perform well and become a champion candidate. The dream is too good to be true.
784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: September 04, 2023, 05:31:57 PM
Lyon is still getting very bad results in the fourth week and this time PSG is their nightmare in the home game. From the first minute Lyon was heavily attacked by PSG and they conceded 4 goals in the first half. This advantage is very impossible for Lyon to catch up and PSG is certain to win with this landslide score. Lyon was only able to shorten the defeat with 1 goal which they scored at the end of the match. Very very bad results put Lyon at the bottom of the standings and PSG are so confident at the top and only two points away from Monaco.
This match is very difficult for Lyon because seeing PSG's current condition starting to refocus after the Mbappe drama ended and surely they will exert strength in every match in order to re-occupy a decent position in Ligue 1 and this is clearly one of the complicated things for Lyon when they are currently having problems in performance facing a superpower club like PSG.
Lyon's defence is still very poor in this match which affects the attacking line which is forced to inevitably help their defence which makes their attacking line also empty.

Blanc must think about how they improve their defence because 4 matches they conceded 10 goals indicating they need something new in midfield and defence.
785  Economy / Economics / Re: Having a problem a Personal Finance? on: September 04, 2023, 05:09:21 PM
Personal finance or financial literacy is a very rich field. Even if you read and improve yourself every day, there is still more to learn. With personal financial development, you can improve yourself not only financially but also in terms of general culture. It is a situation that gives vision to the individual.

That's precisely why we have to gain knowledge or try to catch up so that we don't fall further behind.
We must realize that technology and knowledge, if we cannot adapt to very fast developments, will leave us far behind and make it increasingly difficult for us to survive in life and so that this does not happen, we must at least have a good vision so that knowledge and technology at least can be balanced so that we can survive with the existing life.
Even though we know that it is very difficult to follow something like this, it will be better than not trying at all and giving up on the situation.

What is surprising?  Roll Eyes

Barcelona are having financial constraints, Real Madrid are barely splashing any money on any random player like they used to do back then. The resulting league total expenditure is self-explanatory
I don't know why but i agree with this Grin
Seeing that the biggest contributors to La Liga when transfer records like this are only Barcelona and Madrid, it is not too surprising to see how much La Liga spent in transfers this time.
Madrid only brought in Jude for 100+ million and Arda Guller for 30 million while they only returned players such as Brahim Diaz who returned from Milan, Fran Garcia who was only worth 5 million and the loans of Joselu and Kepa.
Barcelona were even more passive as they wanted to try to regain form while improving their still ballooning coffers especially as Xavi was confident enough in their squad that they weren't too Loyal the previous season so saw the La Liga spending as reasonable.

After such a good start in first two games , Valencia had 2 defeats in a row and the hype around this season is kinda gone for them Sad. I mean , sure , they do have young talented players who could put out magical performances and win you a game but they need a lot more experience in order to do so in all games.

Maybe next week against ATL.Madrid they will get at least 1 point because victory is really hard to achieve against Simeone...we all know this.

Valencia is still a little troubled with their performance because looking at the 2 matches they won in the first 2 matches it was really a narrow victory and when they were unable to score a goal then the defeat was sure to happen.
Next week against Atletico is one of Valencia's most difficult matches even looking at the opponents they have faced before this week 5 is their first match against a big club.

With H2H in Atletico's favour I think Atletico must be favourites and this is a test for Valencia because if they lose this match again then they will find it increasingly difficult to rise just like the previous season because they lost too much they became demoralised and their mentality dropped dramatically.

There is no debate, I admit Arsenal deserved that win at home. Their game continued to improve as extra time approached so they managed to score goals rather than allow a draw to remain. This was a victory that was planned and Arsenal actually managed to make it happen even though it took a long time to celebrate.

In this match Manchester United did not perform badly, they were even very good in defense. However, it was true that their offensive play at the end of the second half had left their defense open and it was difficult to prevent conceding.
Arsenal's concentration was quite good in contrast to Manchester United especially after VAR was decided they decreased more and more in terms of focus and co-operation.
The chaos in front of goal could not be contained which allowed Rice to score and this was the disaster for Mancehester United. On the other hand Arsenal also knew Ten Hag must have instructed United's players to All out in the remaining time which made their momentum re-created with a pretty neat counterattack and a calm finishing from Gabriel which made Manchester United have to be willing to lose points again.
Manchester United were not too bad but Arsenal also played very well and I agree that this victory deserves Arsenal.

Haha I'm not too surprised by this because sooner or later it's bound to happen where a coin like this has problems and crashes for a set amount of time.
As for the remaining members with the pretext of focusing on improving the community, it could be that this is just a kind of excuse so that there is a new trust where he is also preparing to do the same thing.
It should be noted that things like this are too mainstream for a meme project which in the end the conditions remain the same when the token makers or those who have an interest have benefited then they will leave with the profits and create a new meme hype.

Newcastle and Chelsea are still not able to show their best performance at the start of this season. In fact, Newcastle have lost three matches in a row. Indeed, unfortunately, they had to fight several strong clubs at the start. However, we actually know that Newcastle's performance last season was very good, but it seems that there has been a slight decline in their performance. This cannot be allowed, Howe is not a new coach there, he should not let this happen and immediately get a solution from their performance so far. Moreover, they have entered the Champions League this season, so their performance must immediately improve again.

As for Chelsea, oh well, this can't be expected any more. Even though it's actually not certain what the future will be, but if you look at how they've performed so far, they need something new or they still really need to improve their performance on various fronts.
In this new season, even though Chelsea and Liverpool started very poor note. I still believe that Chelsea can have a turn around and begin to play better football likewise Newcastle, but my fear with Newcastle is that they are in European competition and not ordinary European competition. They are in the champions league. This will make them divided since they have never gotten their place in the English Premier League. There is a very big chance that they will also struggle in the Champions League and at the end of the season they may end empty-handed and not been able to qualify for the next season champions league. This is what the management of Newcastle United need to look into and find a way to solve the problem when it has not risen.
The problem for Chelsea is when they still can't find a strategy that really suits them which makes their performance sometimes difficult to guess whether they will be in good condition or not.
They have been very good at dominance and possession but their attack still looks the same as last season which always had problems with scoring instincts.

Todd Boehly is a good business man but the money spent on these players haven't brought about positive results for the club.
If the transfer window was still open, Chelsea would have brought in some new players after their very disappointing performance in the game, and losing at home.
Ultimately we need to realise that adding players or reshuffling is not always about money. Their current difficult performance happened because they made too many changes at the club so that this made the chemistry and cooperation of the players still not closeness.
Chelsea's problems occurred when it started from a massive reshuffle of officials followed by a change of coach and a reshuffle of players so that for now adding players is also not a determinant of whether they will get better or not.
What they need to do now is how to improve their chemistry especially for attack and defence because until now even though they have been very good from possession but they are not more than that because sometimes their defenders rely too much on each other and their attacking instincts are not too good to convert opportunities into goals.

Looking at the statistics and performance at the beginning of this season I think Madrid have a high level of confidence in this match especially after 3 matches they passed with a victory inversely proportional to Getafe who is still inconsistent.
But on the other hand it doesn't mean it will be easy, Getafe's defence when facing big clubs is always not easy to penetrate because their strategy is 1 point and we can see how they stack almost all players in the defensive area when meeting Barcelona in the first week.

At the moment, I still don't know how Vini will be able to play or not because it will also have a slight impact if Vini can't play Madrid in this match even if it's not too big.
Real Madrid more than impressive in this new season with there were too many rumors about them with exit of Karim Benzema, but now they are giving their best and have three wins on road and now going to have first game at home against Getafe which is also doing good after nervous start but still having clean sheet against Barcelona in first game and now having second clean sheet against Alaves now in the absence of Vini how things will work its surely interested because he is out for few weeks, and they need to be at the top for few more weeks which is not easy for them.

After International break, they have few tough games with first is going against Real Sociedad and then Champions League with next opponent is local derby team Atlético Madrid which is also having impressive start of this season and looking for the good performance in this season.
It wasn't just a rumour because there were bound to be a lot of doubts when Benzema left at the start of the season but so far Madrid are still doing well with some of their younger players who I think are very good which makes the previous concerns unproven.
The game against Getafe was interesting and again Jude was the hero as he scored in the 90+5th minute to give Madrid another 3 points at the Bernabeu in week 4.
Vini's absence made Rodrygo's position different in this match as Joselu was given playing time and gave a good performance too with the equalising goal.
Madrid played very well in this match although the goal from their former player Borja Mayoral was quite surprising but Madrid's performance was extraordinary.
On the other hand, I also appreciate the performance of Getafe's goalkeeper in this match although they lost but there were a lot of saves made by David Soria in today's match.

This discussion always repeats itself because every time I read this thread from the previous few months there is always discussion about the ideal DCA (for some people) and there are already several people who have given their views. You just have to look and read a few pages behind whether some people's views will be the same. suitable or not for you to adapt as a strategy that you carry out in your DCA.
Meanwhile, when you look at financial conditions (income) that are not very stable, actually that might be a reason, but I think when someone is aware of the economy and their income then it is not a problem because of course we already have financial management and we cannot possibly do DCA with the same percentage bigger than the income we earn and save in one month.
That's why many people always discuss investing according to what we can afford because when we DCA it's not just about buying once and then it's done, but we need to take into account whether the money we spend (for the DCA portion) can make it consistent in the future because this is important. so that we know how much we have to budget for purchases in DCA in a day/week/month.

DCA doesn't mean going all in at once and if anyone does that, that person is not DCA in the real sense but have just gambled, because when you talk about DCA approach, it has to do with a long term practice for small investors that want to DCA all the way up and down depending on the market conditions at that time, but more also if any one have big bag and want to buy all in at once, it then left for them but they may not be DCA in the real sense of it.
So the ideal DCA will be buying all the way at every market direction setting aside only 20%-39% of your total monthly income and holding bitcoin and a traded asset that allows you to take advantage of the market at any point, and This also applies to DCA on any coin.

The approach to proper DCA can not be single handly outlined since various market organs also have their own.
What exactly do you want to mean by this because looking at the statement you gave, you actually want to lead to DCA or buying a large amount at once because these are 2 very different strategies.
On the other hand, when we focus on DCA actually if we want consistency I think we don't really care about corrections and prices because we already have an initial determination with DCA consistency according to what we plan so that regardless of how the market upheaval or maybe a bitcoin correction occurs, it doesn't really affect consistency if we seriously want to do DCA.
As well as when saying All in, it's not DCA mate because as I've said before (I thicken) DCA is not just limited to buying bitcoin once after that's done but needs some consideration where you have to have a plan and think about the financial condition whether we can still be consistent to make purchases for a period of time.

Expecting more brilliant records from Los Blancos this new season. Nothing beats the feeling of witnessing your squad degrade their opponent with absolute competence and authority. Real Madrid is now ranked top in the league standings, that has outstanding statistics and a winning streak this season. Carlo Ancelotti appears optimistic of defeating the next opponent. Getafe have no chance of winning the Los Blancos, especially not in their current form; it will be an easy game for Ancelotti's men. Getafe currently sits in 11th place with 1W 1D 1L this season.
Looking at the statistics and performance at the beginning of this season I think Madrid have a high level of confidence in this match especially after 3 matches they passed with a victory inversely proportional to Getafe who is still inconsistent.

795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: About Altcoins Investment Experience on: September 01, 2023, 09:37:01 PM
I did invest in lots of altcoins and i received many tokens from bounties as reward. I experienced that, most of the tokens turns into shitcoin or dead after a few months. Some Altcoins performed very good for a certain time then all of those lost 90-95% of values and still traded on exchange with so called volume. Thus process is continued. Even top altcoins also replaced by new altcoins. 2017 vs 2023.

Moral: I think BTC and ETHEREUM is better option for investment, Can be trusted blindly, profitable for long. Low Ranked Altcoins, Memecoins and shitcoins are just headache and reason of huge losses in long time. But anyone can invest his money wherever they want.
Firstly, bitcoin is not an altcoin and looking at your title I think it cannot be used as a discussion because bitcoin is not an altcoin. However I do agree when saying bitcoin is the investment to make when in the crypto space as it is a viable first choice.

As for the other thing I agree because currently there are a lot of altcoins or tokens that eventually become damaged and only become ashes but I think we are already aware that things like this keep repeating and indeed the point we can take is to learn from mistakes.
So taking that into account I think for altcoins only big projects are still feasible like ETH or Bnb. But if you really don't want to divide too much in altcoins then bitcoin is the most appropriate solution.

Group F, PSG and Milan

I have doubts in this group.
Group f for now is the only group that is difficult to predict who will qualify because looking at the condition of the club and how they are in the domestic competition, they are really a very good club now.
PSG is definitely the strongest candidate to qualify but even if that's the case seeing them in the first few games in Ligue 1 it's still not really a sure thing.
On the other hand, Newcastle, Dortmund and Milan I think their quality is quite balanced now. Although Newcastle is a new club to the Champions League but looking at last season's performance and the strength of their money backed by Seikh it makes them strong now so I think for this club it is complicated in saying who will qualify from the group phase.
Newcastle are in the toughest group and of the three other clubs in their group, it is Newcastle who are most doubtful about qualifying, and it seems that in this group the competition will only be between PSG, Dortmund, and AC Milan, but my prediction will qualify for the knockout phase PSG and AC Milan, as Dortmund are not looking so good after selling their flagship midfielder and Newcastle's lack of experience in this tournament will make it difficult for them to compete, both their squad and their coach are inexperienced here.
Of the four clubs in the English Premier League, Manchester City got an easy draw which is predictable because as the defending champion they will be very favored and Manchester United in Group A is also not a difficult group unless they are not able to play well, but the luckiest is Arsenal because They are only in the same group with Sevilla, who are performing poorly in domestic competition, and PSV and Lens, whose players are not better than Arsenal, but this will be Arsenal's young squad's first experience in the Champions League, as well as Arteta as a coach, but they should not experience any problems. to get past the group stage, because the level of competition is lower than group F where Newcatsle is located.
Although what you said is true because Newcastle does not have much experience after a long absence, in terms of strength they are also now not inferior and they could be a dark horse in this group F.
Looking at the current conditions with some considerations about quality and experience they are indeed at the very end of the list but we still can't be sure exactly how they do their first competition after a long absence and I really hope a lot for Newcastle in this Champions League. Even though they won't be able to make a breakthrough to be in the further phase but when they qualify in the group phase for their comeback season in the Champions League I think it is very good for Newcastle.

Al Ittihad continue to increase the amount they are offering to Liverpool. But there is still not a positive answer by Liverpool. They just want to keep him for the season. But next summer they might change their mind on this topic. Because Salah will have one year left on his contract and they might not convince Salah for another extension maybe.

Therefore after this season we can really see him signing for a Saudi Arabia team. It would be really sensible for Liverpool to sell him like that while they can make a lot of money from his transfer fee. Saudi Arabia teams are already eager to splurge on these stars.
Reportedly according to local news at this time after 150 million was ignored Al Ittihad will try for 200 million as an offer for Salah.
This is really a crazy price and now it depends on Liverpool whether they are ready to lose one of their star figures for that much money or not because the EPL transfer closes soon and I think when Liverpool agree then Salah's position will be vacant until the winter transfer opens later.
But on the other hand I still feel that Liverpool will not do something like that because even though Salah's contract is not long but for now it is still a risk for them to be able to compete in the EPL because Salah is still one of the important players for them at this time.

Sorry if it disturbs your discussion, lately I often hear how almost every time I meet my friends talk about investing in Bitcoin in the DCA way, I am curious and finally know the general description of DCA, which is to allocate a certain amount of money to invest regularly as you said. Does DCA here have to be supported by stable finances? for example, having a steady income from work which can later be used to invest more regularly.
I say that because my friend's discussion with his financial condition was clearly inappropriate. I mean, their income is unstable but investing the DCA way.
What do you think the ideal DCA looks like? I really need advice because I have been studying Bitcoin for a long time, my income is quite stable for now. It would be very profitable if this financial allocation was invested in Bitcoin. As long as I know the risks, I believe Bitcoin will be useful in the future and institutional adoption is also currently increasing. As someone who is interested in investment strategies, you definitely need the right method.

I would still consider your story to be the truth and I like the achievements you have now because it is indeed a pretty good achievement and of course this can also be a motivation for some people especially new ones because being in bitcoin even though it is risky but not as scary as imagined.
All you have to do is focus on your goals and investments because if you are in bitcoin and do it the right way then you will definitely get results that you can be proud of at least for your own achievements.
