Because that guy is not as reliable as somebody who has been there for years. It's hard to estimate the profitability from a small sample size. So if you as a trader make 300% gain in 1 day is less admirable than a guy that makes 30%/year for 10 years straight, because that guys is reliable. I'd like to ask that profitGenerator and Diego chill on the bickering back and forth, just PM each other, or just meet behind the bike sheds after school and sort it out once and for all. How will it impact Ethereum pricing? will price fall harder or we can see next ATH? A fork again ? i think the price of ethereum will fall down before it like bitcoins before the segwit.Hopefully after that it will go back and recover to its ATH . This is not the same kind of fork as before. The previous one was intended to roll back the blockchain to "undo" the DAO hack, while this one is kind of a mandatory upgrade of the protocol to support new features. It is a positive change, and chain is not splitting. See it as an upgrade, not a fork. Mandatory? I thought in the decentralized world things are voluntary. A better phrase would be "necessary" if the so called new features are indeed good and improve on the other things. But nobody is holding a gun at people's heads and forcing them to do anything. This is a voluntary world, free of coercion. |

To be honest I do not understand why AMP is punished like this. The idea is really nice and the team has delivered some nice piece of software.
You should have been here 1 year ago when AMP's fate was choosen. As I always said, no community backing, no project You sound like a close-minded determinist. Note that there is no fate, and history is written in the present. Wildspark has 1003 downloads, yesterday it was 960, so it's growing, you wait 1-2 months, it will be amazing. |

NOOO, your portfolio can keep performing worse until you run out of money, don't tell ppl bad investment will recover I saw many coins die, a lot of projects will die (no case use, devs fucking things up, etc). We had a really good season where you put money on almost any coin and you get profit, but that is not going to last forever, ppl need to plan their investment, set SL in case something goes wrong (and by doing that, almost all the ppl that follow your advice, should had sold all their coins from 20k, 15k, 10k). I don't know if you see that what you are doing can only hurt ppl and the coin itself, but that is what happens when ppl see their investment losing a high % of their money, they will rage quit.
Yeah and I had some losses, but my portfolio is chosen carefully to always go up. Looks like you have no clue how investing works, whereas I have 10+ years of experience in financial markets. Does anyone feel like these ICO's are getting repetitive?
It sure looks like the era of ICO's is over, the new ones are either scams or they collapse immediately after the ICO end.
The newest tokens are almost always shady, not that competitive and repetitive.
Too many good ideas but poor implementation and follow through And there are many scams now too. Most of the newest ICO's in ETH are scams, they are shamelessly trying to grab some cash now for free. Luckily I have only invested in the most reputable ETH tokens like VERI and such. |

Not true because you were advising people to buy at 10k, at 15k at 20k. If they would have listened to you at those moments and held, they are destroyed right now with some even losing more than 75 %.
You bought AMP at 3000 Satoshi because I remember that is when I saw you post here. Bitcoin was around 1000 $. If you would have stayed in Bitcoin instead of in AMP, you would have 400 % profit now. You lost 250 % profit by holding AMP.
I didn;t just talk about AMP, I talked about many other coins on my blog. My portfolio is up 150% YTD, and Synereo was up too a few months ago, and there is no reason why it can't go up again. You build the portfolio to always go up regardless if some elements perform worse at a certain period, they come back, and then other coins go down. It's just how the market moves.
Sure I will wait. And I think they can deliver something nice. But I want to see something impressive now before I HODL AMP. For now, I will just trade it.
Look into the whitepaper, I have just read it , I will do a post about it, I think Wildspark is a genius idea and it will definitely become big. Right now there are about ~1000 Wildspark downloads, let's see how much there will be in 1 week. And how the network effect will kick in and make it grow like Facebook. |

Sure, it is their responsibility. But people with less than 1 year experience are going to start feeling FOMO when they read your comments. And they will throw lots of BTC in AMP and then get really burned. That's why I don't like all this moontalk, especially not when there is only a beta release of a browser extension. I am happy they released it, but it is not that special to make AMP go to the moon.
Well I don't know when else to buy AMP, than when it's very cheap? I have been saying that amp is very cheap at 10,000 satoshi for example, and it is, considering that it was 40,000 at some point and it could just easeasily be 100,000. Now it's under 5000, isn't it extremely cheap now? When else to buy when it's so cheap as now?

I can't disagree that those interested in this project longterm now have the possibility to buy cheap. However, me myself I am not going to buy AMP now. I think it is better to just stick to the safe choice ... Bitcoin ... untill a full product is going to be released. I am a bit tired of whales pumping and dumping this coin and as long as Synereo doesn't make more progress, I don't think this will stop. And if BTC ETF gets approved in the meanwhile BTC will go x5 which will all alts make go down x5 with respect to BTC.
They do make progress, they have just released their product, and if they can secure some investments like what i think Dor was talking about in the latest AMA,then it will have a very bright future. People keep signing up to Wildspark, so it's growing. What do you want? It's literally the most early stages of the project, they only have a couple thousand people and it's growing. Steemit in comparison had like 10,000 people in its launch and a few months later the price went up like 2000%. Wouldn't it be logical to wait 3-4 months and see whether AMP would go up that much too? |

You cost investors 1000 times more money than the tax guy, mister 135.000 % ROI  . Those listening to you will soon have a -135.000 % ROI. It's the same for me. All the wallet values are stuck on "NaN" for some reason.
Also my tokens will not load in MyEtherWallet as well. It looks like a system wide glitch.
Same here, all tokens show under NAN. Is the server down or something? I think there was an update that is why the website was down, it looks like a few minor GUI bugs have been fixed, like correct decimal placements and things like that by the looks of it. I haven't observed anything unusual at the moment, so the site should work now fine. |

He shilled me into putting my whole life savings into this hocus pocus   I was on vacation with my wife, I don't have always time to waste on forums like this full of trolls, I have a life of my own. But seeing the price drop I am not too happy, however I am a longterm holder, I think once the app gets more widespread, the price will skyrocket. It's still early to say, I am confident the dev team will put a lot of marketing effort into the project and it will become very popular. bullshit
