Сообщество сможет через голосование определять дальнейшее направление развития проекта. Также есть возможность фиксировать в блокчейне BTC пользовательские файлы или текстовые заметки, используя при этом rads для оплаты.
И как уже заметили, основная фича - это верификация файлов с помощью добавления хэша и записью в блокчейн на децентрализованной основе, это актуально для подписания цифровой подписью ПО и проверки на стороне юзера. Отличие этого подхода от PGP например в том, что если сайт с ПО хакнут и заменят там ПО на троян, то могут заменить и PGP подпись, а в блокчейне это сделать уже невозможно.

Yeah, RADS was so amazing today, it was rised despite BTC rise and was pretty number one in positive change list on Polo. There was several attempt to consolidate a position above 200k but unsuccessfull, hope it will happen this week and will grow further
