There are a large number of supports of bitcoin and crypto on the internet. The fact is ther number of people who are calling it a bubble are far more than the supporters. Moreover people are scare of their money going downhill and thus they panic. All this and the associated FUD makes the market bearish and the bull run will take some time.

How long has this bear trend been? Like 1month and you are seriously thinking like this? The year still has 6months left. Generally the bullish trend coming in 1-2months. Lets wait and watch.

Well the fault was theta you fell for the parley system of wins. Having a large green streak is not always possible and thus you are bound to lose one or two in a parley if you have several bets lined up there. The thing you should have done is that you should have stopped betting after some time in order to recover by other means (not by gambling).

Actually this topic was brought up a few weeks back and I specifically remember Hilariousetc stating that having a minimum requirement for joining will only encourage people to buy/trade merits.

My take on this is that there are a large number of people who post meaningful content but they dont get merits either because they post in sections where merit sources dont patrol or the merit sources ran out of merits. Bottom line is that we need an increased number of merit sources patrolling every section of the forum if we are to make merit as a "criteria" of being selected as a "good poster".

Due to the subjective nature of merit - this is almost impossible to counter.

The idea is bad and is evident by the discussion and points raised by other people here. Do you even read the replies before you post (or shitpost)?

Being a merit source is itself and incentive - like a new role in shaping the forum. In my opinion no other incentive is needed and hence if there is no so-called "monetary" incentive, how will misuse happen?

The market does not exist to make you feel "satisfied". If you dont like trading simply stay away from it and dont bother buying or selling. In fact that is the best thing to do at the moment. Hold the coins till the bear run completes and bullish wave starts. Then you can think of selling or crying because you did not buy more at the bear run.

That is the fault of a naive trader. Others should be happy of the mistakes by the naive population.

They are running a profitable business and people are getting addicted to the casino who end up giving away a lot of money back to the casino just to curb their greed for more money. However the casino owner never forced anybody to gamble. It is the choice of the player to play or not.

I think this is applicable more to the land based casinos than online casinos. Membership also would need some personal identification which goes against the ideals of crypto altogether.

In my opinion there was an initial craze about the merit system till last month which has decreased now and initially I thought it was because of the dearth in number of merit sources but it seems that its not so. Maybe if they stop meriting and start becoming inactive, theymos would have to actually look into the spamming of the forum and redesign the merit system. Currently the spam problem will not be controlled without increasing the number of mods.

Stop shitposting and get lost from this forum. Previously when merit was first introduced we used to have one thread everyday popping up and ass-licking the merit system in a way of pseudo begging in order to get some merits under the blanket cover of "I am a good boy" type of thread. This trend has deceased now that mods are taking strict action.

Did you learn about these exchanges because you have been hunting some bounties and then they got listed on these shit-exchanges? Talk about exchanges the first few that should come out of your mouth is Poloniex Bittrex and so on. Not some etherdelta like looking scum exchanges where shitcoins get listed after ICO stage.

This is a good example of an exchange - because its local it will help you in making fiat deposits and subsequently conversions easier to perform.
 
Cryptopia often lists some shitcoins so I guess thats why you often need it.

What are you talking about? All the crypto gambling sites accept at least if not anything else, bitcoin for deposits. Some even have shapeshift integration to allow altcoins.

You can believe in yourself to be an expert in everything except gambling or any other luck based games. Because of the EV- nature of gambling and sometimes EV+ games as well, nobody can be 100% sure that the match will be in their favor. Its all a 50-50 chance and if you want to risk the chance then you should consider that money as gone, if it returns then you are lucky.

Those market metrics of coinmarketcap are not necessarily correct. Still it can be assumed that every time the net capitalization of bitcoin decreases, investors are pulling out money and then whales may charge it and pump it up to a 5-figure amount. They are not the point of interest for small cap traders.

OP is not talking about such things. What OP means is that small increments should not be considered as btc to the moon.

Crypto in the first place is bitcoin and because bitcoin has the biggest amount of SEO in web hence it will always the marketing ingredient of any casinos. Altcoins will also be there but they will be secondary to bitcoin. Of course if a casino is branded to be an altcoin casino then altcoin will be primary.

Most offline casinos accept fiat deposits. Though crypto is gaining a ground but its still not become that much mainstream or adopted by common gamblers. Online casino does not imply that they accept crypto. They can accept fiat too - which is the major.
