My body fat maximum was around 45%, now it's 13 and goal is under 10 for summer. I'll just look old pics of myself whenever I need some motivation @Mic : Yeah, I am stuck in between 18-20 mark. that may be because I have shitty work hours, 10-12 hours in good days or may be less motivation to get ripped. I don't hit the gym as much I want, a maximum of 3 days a week. 3 days a week isn't that very very bad with some proper food and good cardio you could achieve good results. also 100 merit, avatar becomes available perhaps a HAT I guess. I am a foodie that's the biggest obstacle as far as I concern. I do cycling every day (home - office and then back total 20km daily) but it doesn't affect my body anymore, except lower body strength. I noticed that this season teams and players are under a lot of pressure, it can be due to the franchise's expectation and because of the ridiculous amount of money poured in the game. the only team playing for fun is CSK.
Some players are already in the pressure, for Ex : KL Rahul, Ambati Raydu, Smith, Warner because they are fighting for World cup ticket.
In today Match, Sunrisers looks tough to beat. In the last match, their bowlers failed to finish the job but this time they must be willing to turn things around.
