7881  Economy / Economics / Re: huge crypto market correction incoming on: December 07, 2017, 09:17:04 AM
You are absolutely right!!! Bitcoin is soon going to be corrected and it may result in a huge crash. Now the question is when will the correction happen and how much it will crash to?? As of now Bitcoin is the new hot guy in the block and everyone is trying to ride on the fame train! But only time will tell what will eventually happen as is usually the case, a lot of people are in it without knowing the pros and cons of the system fully. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Huh Huh Huh Tongue Tongue Tongue
7882  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin now the strongest currency in the world? on: November 30, 2017, 05:05:44 PM
unfortunately, this is the truth. Bitcoin is way too volatile and unstable to be declared as the world's strongest currency. But this may of course change in the future where this may actually be the truth. But as of now, the truth has been spoken and there is nothing to be ashamed about it!!!! Smiley
7883  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will fall down on december on: November 29, 2017, 12:05:43 PM
Well you never know!!! Thats the thing, this is based on demand!! If the demand keeps on rising, bitoin will keep rising and we can do nothing about it. Even if it comes down, there will be an influx of people trying to buy bitcoin bringing the demand back up... So this circle of life will continue till the end of time Tongue Tongue
7884  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is democracy always necessary ? on: November 29, 2017, 12:03:51 PM
Well, every system has its pros and cons. If democracy has the con of majority of stupid people taking wrong decision, then in autocracy only one person can achieve that with 100% certainty. No system is perfect. Its we the people who need to behave and improve as a civilized society to take onus upon us to perform our duties. If every person does his job well, the world will automatically become a better place to live. But the dream of utopia will always be a dream as human beings are tuned to be attracted towards greed, power and lust Wink
7885  Economy / Economics / Re: [CHART] Bitcoin Inflation vs. Time on: November 29, 2017, 11:57:56 AM
It seems that the inflation rate will continue well into the 2030s till it plateaus out!!! This is some very interesting stuff and I can only imagine its impact on the world! Different people with different backgrounds will be very interested in this one! I wish btc all the best Smiley
7886  Local / India / Re: People pay your Taxes on: November 23, 2017, 05:22:49 AM
Well taxes are useless, as government uses most of them to fill their coffers and fly in high end supersonic jets and enjoy a luxurious lifestyle with our money. I already pay more than I would like to the government.  Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry
7887  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe all of the religious people are bad ? on: November 23, 2017, 05:21:08 AM
Well in ancient days, religion used to be the law, just like we have the constitution and our laws which defines the limit of a person's actions in a civilized society. The only way that it was possible to force people to follow them all across the land or kingdom was creating the fear of God and having some laws which would be passed on as God's words. So coming to your question, a lot of religious people are really good and helpful people just like the law abiding citizens of the current era. But yes, there are people who misuse the laws, abuse them. Similarly, there are people who misuse the religion or abuse them. Smiley

PS. Humans are pest after all Wink
7888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Electroneum a SCAM??? on: November 23, 2017, 05:13:05 AM
I do not know what country's electronic media you are talking about. It would be good to be specific. In ym country I have not heard about any such information. I still think this is a scam and I would be careful. It does not matter whether they have raised money or not. It takes time and perseverance to become good!!!! Smiley
7889  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: November 23, 2017, 05:10:08 AM
I really doubt this will happen. The world is huge and the number of people on the planet is beyond our imagination. For. e.g a person living in New York which is considered dense would be amazed to see the population density of Delhi or Mumbai in India. Let alone bitcoin, even internet connection is still a luxury in a lot of the third world countries. Hence, I think this is too good to be true. Smiley
7890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MINING ON YOUR ANDROID PHONE on: November 16, 2017, 11:17:45 AM
Well if android phones were mineable (or whatever the term is!!! Wink ), then people would not be using high end rigs to mine bitcoin. It is because of the power and computational effort required that needs development of a rig to mine bitcoins. Given the amount of transactions and their complexity, it would be impossible to mine them on the phones. The phone would probably die an untimely death Smiley But may be you cna make a video of how phones die when you mine bitcoins from your phone. Smiley Tongue
7891  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC price prediction till Dec'17 on: November 16, 2017, 11:14:20 AM
By the end of this year, December 2017, I thought that the bitcoin price would hover around 7000 - 8000 usd. But due to the recent changes such as the cancellation of segway2x fork has resulted in the increase in value for bitcoin cash given its lower transaction time and lower transaction fees. This has pulled osme of the major players toward the new currency bitcoin cash and has made bitcoin slightly vulnerable. However, I expect bitcoin to regain stability and by the end of this year, it should be in the range of 6000 to 7000 usd. I doubt that it will cross 10000 usd but I may be wrong Smiley only time will tell Wink Tongue
7892  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled? on: November 16, 2017, 10:05:28 AM
Honestly, it is impossible to control the volatility of bitcoin. The reason being, early adopters still hold a lot of bitcoin resulting in maximum number of people transacting in the remainder amount of the bitcoin holdings. If for some reason, any of the early investors, decide to bail out , there will be huge crash in the prices of bitcoin. Hence, truly it will be impossible to control the volatility of bitcoin. However, in reality, there is minimal chance of any large holder to ever dump bitcoins in such a manner as bitcoin will always be a huge cash cow for them. Smiley
7893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Deep Onion on: November 16, 2017, 09:59:08 AM
The major difference between the two is the anonymity that was expected out of bitcoin no longer exists in reality. However, Deeponion provides the anonymity with its algorithm. Also, bitcoin is the mothership, the grand old daddy of the cryptocurrency universe and whether it is deeponion or ethereum, no one will ever actually beat the bitcoin Smiley
7894  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: would you live in a country that use bitcoin as official currency? on: November 16, 2017, 09:56:23 AM
Well if bitcoin is used as an official currency, it will be no different than the paper money that we are using now! The transaction fee for every transaction can be treated equivalent to the taxes that we currently pay. In essence things will be same even if bitcoin becomes the official currency of any country! Smiley But then again only time can tell what will really happen Smiley
7895  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: November 16, 2017, 09:53:20 AM
I dont think so! There are many interests attached with bitocin now and it is still the de facto leader in the cryptocurrency world. In fact, bitcoin is slowly going to be a worldwide used coin as governments are slowly legitimizing the acceptance of bitcoin in their countries!
7896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DEEP ONION SCAM!!!! on: November 08, 2017, 11:10:47 AM
Wow! Looking at everyone's post, I am not sure what to say. It does seem like a scam but how do you know for sure? I read in one of the threads that the devs are working on the white paper and may soon come out with one. I am sorry for being ignorant but what exactly is the definition of a scam? If it is so Ethereum is shady as shit. Is that a scam too?
7897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: November 08, 2017, 10:55:54 AM

7898  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are you in favor of same sex marriage? on: November 08, 2017, 10:48:24 AM
How does it matter? Why do we even care? I am not even sure why anyone cares so much as to why others are the way they are. Isn't is supposed to be limited to good behavior and being nice to ourselves? If yes, then why are we forcing others to follow our perception of good and bad? I feel there is enough hate in this world already and we do not need to add reasons to hate more. Lets just accept people for who they are and who they love. Lets all be peaceful and nice to each other.
7899  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: November 07, 2017, 10:14:52 AM
There should be gun control! Period! Anyone else who says otherwise lives in an era far before humanity existed and war was the road to peace. In the modern world, I don't think it matters a lot. The guns should in fact be limited to police and military personnel only. I dont understand as to why a citizen would require a gun. The reason throwing the "Right to own Firearms" Act on our faces is just a lame excuse to hide behind the walls of constitution. Constitution was written based on scenarios that existed 200 years ago. It doesnt make sense to stick to it just to showboard. There are people dying out there and there is reason enough to have gun control laws not just in US but all around the world!! Wink Smiley
7900  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: November 07, 2017, 10:10:42 AM
I really doubt that will happen even in 3022. The reason for this is that the forces that rule have a lot of their power and wealth attached to the current system. It is not just banks but also businesses, politicians, media personnel. Apart from a few developed nations, most of the developing nations run on rampant corruption such as bribery to get projects on board etc. Hence, to completely overhaul this system seems to be bleak but yes there will always be an undercurrent and of course BTC is going to become stronger than ever before. May be some developed countries may adopt it as their de facto currency, but as a worldwide currency, I really have my doubts!   Grin Angry Sad Shocked Roll Eyes
