Everyone can dump their tokens or coins whatever they want, regardless if the coins is viable for long term investment specially with the current bearish trend that we are witnessing. The problem with ICO though is the way they enforce KYC. Most of the times its on the actual distribution itself that's why lots of bounty hunters are complaining. Its not rocket science that this year was a good accumulation period specially for those long term holders. The second quarter of this year shows that bitcoin won't make any significant run and the price will continue to struggle up to the end of the year.

Regarding 2019, well we can't really tell that's for sure. Bitcoin will take its natural course if this catalyst are put into place. Nah. If you're going to invest on bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies, the first thing you should learn is how to get a wallet and have it secure by yourself. It doesn't make sense if you will go for a third party to insured your coins. Just like what we have been saying here, not your keys not your coins. You don't need to be a tech savvy here, just knowledge of few important features of a wallet and I think your off to go.
