I won't advise any project to you but would probably say that put it to an established coin that you already have. I'll put more portion to Ethereum, coming from you that it's likely they will skyrocket soon. Eth from $138 can potentially go back to $500 and go up to $1k in no time. Be careful of being attached to projects but I also think that they will boom again if the market ever goes on high again. I'm telling this base on my opinion but having the highest portion with bitcoin on your portfolio, I'd praise you for doing that.

To be honest, it's very easy to use even someone who's not knowledgeable about crypto's can buy and sell it in the easiest way. But people who have been doubting and has been skeptic to it will find a way to say such negative words including it's usage. They will define that crypto is something that people shouldn't have because it is being used for criminal activities only which is correct but now, it has changed. Crypto's now are more valuable and is usable in the normal legal transactions that we do. Some big countries have created a lot of partnerships with crypto platforms. The adoption is near us and we will see that about how that will become the next big thing in the future. We just need the more utility usage from crypto. It's the integration that they are willing to accept payments through bitcoin and other altcoins so there's a need to take partnerships with those payment processors that held in bitcoin. Adoption is coming shortly but we need to use those crypto's that has been contributing well to the cryptoecosystem. Many coins doesn't have real use and it's just there to partake in trading but the future that waits ahead for crypto and blockchain is interesting. Corporations, financial institutions are showing interests to it. |

We can't say just because they are coming but it means that the more miners are there, demand would increase too. Halving will create that significant impact for the market because it reduces the reward on their part. And for us who have been part of the market will feel that moment when difficulty increases. I'm more expecting a positive and better thing after the halving rather than thinking of the approval of ETF, Bakkt and other news that has been circulating since last year.

I've said in the last thread that I'm not going to invest into any ICO, but with regards to your question it might attract most investors if ever facebook starts announcing their project about launching "facebook coin".
This is what most of the investors what, we want to see real use case for such projects. I might not invest to it for this year but I'll check on how it's going to roll until 2020. This is still a rumor until now unless validated and confirmed.

I won't invest to any ICOs for this year. It seems that they are no longer productive and each of them has no purpose anymore. If you are going to read their road maps, most of them does have the same vision but with different style of explanation.
Some might be productive but that just can't move me with my decision of not investing to any ICO. Most of them last 2018 has postponed or stopped the pre-sale because they have been considering the market situation.

I have no news and update about those upcoming mining hardware that's upcoming to China. And as the difficulty increases, it will result to price increase that's going to make price of bitcoin higher. We don't have any idea if this is the true bull run that will commence soon because we've been dwelling to this bear market fo so long. It's a very long time since the last bull run we've been but that's it and we need to wait until it's verified and clarified that bull's has been into the town.

Not only at first, but for at least six months, if not for a year, you should restrain yourself from depositing significant amounts on a new site. Wait for reviews and carefully distinguish fake ones from real ones. We can detect and feel on how these new sites are going to exist and operate in the first place. This will only work if a gambler has a control in her/his own. The fact is most are not, wether they win or loss, still continue at playing. I would rather not teach anyone but if they insist, you inform them about the implications and the addiction problem.
I would also advise against teaching gambling to under age people . I believe they can be easily affected by gambling problems.
You just tell them to be responsible when they gamble. It's not your burden anymore if they became addicted lately as long as you reminded them the implications of gambling. At least having that kind of condition on whom you are going to teach or convince about gambling is also good. Be a good example to the young ones but in our generation, kids are even more intense when it comes to gambling. To the gamblers at the right age, telling them to enjoy gambling is fine IMO. |
