Hi folks, I need a little help with my macOS High Sierra GUI wallet. After I downloaded the latest version it's stuck on "syncing" 116524.... any idea how to fix this?
Find and delete the lmdb folder. Then restart your gui and let it sync from scratch

Well, or Zawawa Gateless gate will come asap at my rescue, or I am changing coin to mine. Xmrstak hashrate is crap.Value is stable, difficulty haven't halved.
Value is stable, difficulty is 4 times down compared to the average before the fork, you have lost 40% of your hash power and so have the rest of the miners, there are no asics on the network. Well those inputs give a different result on my equation than they do in yours

|
ASICs (miners that havent updated their miners are sure to have spotted that something has changed by now)

my pool does not start, why do developers ignore obvious problems? Your pool wont start cause you cannot make it start. Every other pool has updated. There is no problem that devs should be looking into

Sumocoind stack at 116522 . Daemon version is 0.3.0. What is going on?
delete the p2pstate.bin file and restart your wallet (Programdata\sumokoin). It is trying to connect to not updated nodes

Something is very strange, on fairpool i still using CASTXMR ... CASTXMR support this fork for now or not ? because i submitting shares without any problem ... i think that i must switch to xmr-stak, but seems that is not need it.....
Yes, for some reason fairpool accepts old miner shares - std cryptonight. Hashvault rejects old miner shares and accepts only new xmr-stack with sumokoin option. I think it is a reason why all is not going good with sumokoin mining ATM ... Its an issue with fairpool, in the past fairpool showed cryptonight-lite shares accepted while mining a standard cryptonight coin, of course you were not receiving any rewards. Mining of cryptonight-heavy is just fine afaik For testing purposes I leave my old gtx750 minining classic cryptonight connected to fairpool's sumokoin stratum. It shows correct speed on web-ui and adds some small reward to my balance. So this is obvious a problem. Some miners send correct "heavy" shares but some easy "classic" shares and all are paid. So "honest heavy" miners get much less than expected. Someone should report this to fairpool admins cause its obvious a bug with their backend. I have no access to them

Due to recent network's hashrate high fluctuations (our best guess is ASICs trying to get their last blocks) stalling the network, we decided to bring the fork's blockheight closer at block 116520. Binaries will be released shortly. Thank you

For miners: You can use the new xmr-stak to mine (you can download it from here https://github.com/fireice-uk/xmr-stak/releases) It doesnot have a config file like the older version it autogenerates one through a series of queries on the first run. Choose Sumokoin when asked, xmr-stak will mine the standard cryptonight and auto switch mining cryptonight-heavy upon the fork Many thanks for your efforts and information! Will new Cast XMR Miner (Vega) also support Sumokoins cryptonight heavy fork? BR garantie You have to ask Cast XMR developers for this
