81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crazy Dogecoin run 100x in 2 years on: April 17, 2021, 02:22:14 AM
I dont tjink i missed the bullrun of the entire crypto market because I believe that the coins in my wallet will also make some waves in a short time. If dogecoin can then any other coin that has a project backing it surely will as long a the team is hard working and still pushing to execute their project but the dogecoin 100x is something i didn't participate but hoping to ge in soon.

Did anyone else miss out on the Dogecoin run?
This is up 100x over a year or two, and it is still going higher.
Wow.
$40 Billion marketcap now, how high can this go?
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who among these altcoins can reclaim their previous ATH? on: April 17, 2021, 02:18:51 AM
I am very sure that all these coins are heading for their All TIMEHigh and I am very sure they will break it. It has become a trend of recent that breaking all time high partially indicates the awakening.

Who among these top 50 market cap coins DASH, ETC, XEM, XMR, NEO, IOTA, EOS and LTC will be the one to reclaim their previous all time highs? I am eyeing LTC will be able to break this in the next couple of weeks when BTC stabilized. Who you got here guys and gals?
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 1 Million BNB Burnt today on: April 16, 2021, 07:37:07 PM
CZ and his crew in Binance keep taking the bold step and keeping jaws dropping in the crypto space. The mechanism of price appreciation is seeing new turns even in the face of bulls, we obviously have seen the most expensive burn (if i am not mistaken) in the future of cryptocurrency space. Although, i still wonder why the price of bnb is not affected by the burn but then it doesn't count.

Hey,

If you are not aware of this, Binance today burnt 1 Million BNB worth $500 Million dollars. What is the expected price jump in BNB due to this?

Would love to know your feedback
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Dogecoin a real coin? on: April 16, 2021, 06:59:38 PM
i aactually expcted to see  this kindda topic considering the fact that dogecoin became the top top 10 coins with coinmarketcapitalization.  let me borrow the words of my friend Ryan Allis "Doge is absolutely worthless in the long run. Just market manipulation by retail traders. No actual project or value behind it. Nothing at all runs on it."

Hello,
Is Dogecoin a real coin and have a good potential or just pumped because Elon Musk tweets? I mean is that Dogecoin has a good technology and active development... or is a fake coin!!!

Thank you.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Binance Smart Chain the "New Ethereum"? on: April 16, 2021, 05:56:19 PM
There is no new ethereum as binance. The binance chain has remained its own chain and not  a competitor with ethereum, they stand alone on their own chains although they deployed the same EVM algorithms but i don't see no reason why they should be in any form of comaprism.

Ever since the "De-Fi" craze began on 2020, Binance Coin has been on a constant uptrend in price. It went all the way from nearly $20 to just $500 in a matter of months. Binance has done a good job in promoting its own currency, resulting in massive adoption in the mainstream world. The world's largest crypto exchange owns "CoinMarketCap" so it has all the tools to make BNB a huge success. With near-zero fees and near-instant transaction confirmation times, Binance Smart Chain (which powers BNB) could become the "next Ethereum" in the crypto/blockchain space. Vitalik and his team better hurry up on scaling Ethereum before it's too late. With how fast BNB has grown lately, it could flip ETH sometime in the future.

What do you think? Is Binance Smart Chain the "New Ethereum"? Or is it too early to tell? Do you think it will replace Ethereum sometime in the future? Are current prices sustainable in the long run? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much Smiley
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: now is the right time to buy XRP on: April 14, 2021, 01:31:08 AM
XRP is yet to win their law suite and yet they have recorded new All Time Highs which is an indication of possitivity and when they finanlly win this case, they will not be below the price they currently enjoy. i will support the notion that it is still early to get in on XRP as it is just gotten  started.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do ordinary people feel afraid of Bitcoin? on: April 14, 2021, 01:29:03 AM
It is normal for people to feel less confident in a thing they have little or no idea about and most especially as it concerns finances as they do no see it as something that should be joked with. loads of people do not play with their money for any reason and again tey feel the volatility of the technology can consume their ersources.
88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: US idea to counter China attack with bitcoin on: April 14, 2021, 01:25:04 AM
the idea of USA and China did not start today as loads of things have been hidden, things like trade wars and co and then it hovers around every challenge China has with the US. but let it be known that China has more control over the Bitcoin network as they happen to have enough percentage of the mining pool situated there.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cheap coins flying to my attention! on: April 13, 2021, 11:28:44 PM
The amount of cheap coins currently in the coinmarketcap website now is really calling for attention, coins in their billions, trillions and quadrillions and it is looking as though they are almost worthles and then you find out that are flipping 1000X is the shortest of time frames expected. Only commit funds you can afford to loose. its what i always tell folks.

I just got all the cheapest coins on CMC and it’ll either be really good percentage gains or really bad haha

But this is all with “extra” money I wouldn’t be devastated with losing.

XAP, YLD, XBC, and Blocknet (BLOCK).
90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do I convince people that Bitcoin isn't a financial pyramid? on: April 13, 2021, 11:25:18 PM
The stage of awareness people have aboyut Bitcoin now, it is of no need trying to convince anybody, just relax and allow them find out. Whoever you tell about bitcoin and he does not want to agree or even tries to argue, just allow them. they will find out later in the future with loads of regret.

With more and more influential people and companies getting involved with Bitcoin there's been a lot of talks about the crypto world among regular people, to whom Bitcoin is still something new and unknown.

As you might expect, many of these people believe that Bitcoin and all other cryptocurrencies will not benefit the economy, but rather only make it worse, and many are convinced that Bitcoin is yet another pyramid. And what upsets me the most is that among these people are economists, financial advisors, they should know better, than that...

So how do I prove them wrong?

Though I'm not a professional economist, still I've come up with some arguments as to why Bitcoin ISN'T a financial pyramid:

1. There's no single beneficiary
In financial pyramids, there's always someone, an organization, or a group of people who benefit from peoples' investments. Who benefits from Bitcoin? Anyone can become that person if he/she invests enough money, there's no one, who controls it.

However, a friend of mine argued that there are people, who benefit: electric companies from large energy consumption due to mining and the companies that develop and sell the miners.

But that's just crazy, to believe in that we'd have to assume that they're all in collusion.

2. There's no need for new recruitment
That's probably my favorite. The main reason why financial pyramids survive is that they constantly recruit new customers. Without that - the pyramid falls.
But there's absolutely no need to recruit new people for Bitcoin to function, am I right? Without new users, there'll be just redistribution of what there is among the current users, txns will still be going and the miners will have work to do. So there's no required amount of users for Bitcoin to function like there is in the pyramid. I see no potential flaws here.

3. There are no promises
In financial pyramids, it is common that an organization lures people in by promising that they can easily "turn $100 into $1000", for instance. There's no such thing with Bitcoin. Yes, there's a potential for it to grow, you can make money out of it, but there's also a potential for it to drop, everyone invests knowing this can happen and sometimes it does happen, we go in here being aware of the risks.

That's about it.

Also, one thing that people keep telling me and get me cornered with is that there's no actual value behind Bitcoin. And that the economy can't function like that. Making Bitcoin only requires resources (e.g. energy, machines), but Bitcoin doesn't give anything in return. They say that behind the fiat there's an actual value, which is why we can avoid inflation: precious metals, country resources, plus it is fixed to the GDP, which is why the economy can be stabilized.
Without that - fiat is just paper. And while Bitcoin has nothing like that fixed to its price - it is also nothing.
They say you can't just "create" money out of nowhere. The only way Bitcoin can function as a part of the economical system - is if we replace the fiat with it. What can you say about that? Sounds reasonable, but I'm not a specialist. Is that really true?

Don't hesitate to point out if I'm wrong somewhere, it'll help a lot. Also, it would be very helpful if some of you could come up with more arguments, proving that Bitcoin isn't a financial pyramid.

I know it isn't and I also want other people to know that it isn't, and for that, I need as many arguments as possible.

91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin better than Fiat? on: April 13, 2021, 11:20:42 PM
Anyday, anytime, I will always prefer cryptocurrency in the nature of Bitcoin that i would consider anykind of fiat. The singular fact that the regular fiat is an inflationary instrument gives me enough reason to worry about the future of finance but the Bitcoin changed the narative and then we started seeing bitcoin increase.

93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tenants to pay rent with bitcoin on: April 10, 2021, 10:47:38 PM
the owner of the house or the property who requested for payment in bitcoin is actually a smart person. Lets say he is not intending to make use of the money immediately and then the price increases, that is a double pay for him as it has become and automated investment.
94  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Elon musk 5000 BTC give away scam ad on: April 10, 2021, 10:44:54 PM
it has become a standard for people to always present themselves as stars and in a bid to do a thing or two and then they create an avenue for extortion. except for noobs, i do not see a situation where someone will pay attention to that even after knowing that accounts of top profiled government can get hacked.

How Youtube allow this shit? I can imagine tons of people fall for this and actually send him Bitcoin.

Send 0.3 BTC and double it and get 0.6 BTC lmao

https://prnt.sc/11955a9

And youtube appove that? are they idiots?

95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC was a lifetime chance and I don't think we will see a similar opportunity on: April 09, 2021, 08:34:01 PM
Indeed, Bitcoin is a lifetime opportunity, no more, at least for the few 5 to @0 decades will such an innovation erupt such as the Bitcoin blockchain technology. We should be grateful for tech innovations and their solutions.
96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government ban on crypto on: April 09, 2021, 08:31:26 PM
I consider the banning of crypto by some governments and financial institutions as "myopic". It is an inevitable improvement in the financial space and the world entirely, how can you ban such a wonderful evolution of finance and expect to be ahead in the financial space.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 652 Ukrainian officials declare holding a total of 46,351 BTC on: April 08, 2021, 09:24:17 PM
The whole world is coming to terms with the fact that crypto and blockchain technology and its importance. Industries and investors are committing loads of resources towards procuring Bitcoin because its the future.

Source: https://t.me/zedigital/654

Ukraine's Minister of Digital Transformation said on Telegram that 652 Ukrainian officials declared holding a total of 46,351 BTC. He commented that either they are lying to launder their money, or there are more progressive investors in Ukraine than he thought.

It's been known for a long time that some Ukrainian members of Parliament and other officials invest in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, but the full scale of it has never been known. It's possible that the figure is that big, if there are a lot of early investors, but it could also be like the minister said - an attempt to launder dirty money by presenting them as a profit from Bitcoin investment.

It's possible to buy some old coins that haven't been touched for years and their private key on OTC markets for some premium, transfer them to your own wallet, and then claim that you have owned them for years and even present a signature as a "proof".
98  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin difficult to understand on: April 08, 2021, 09:19:14 PM
Bitcoin has a little bit of complexity based on the techy algorithm and all that goes with it. People who are tech savvy don't really have issues with Bitcoin and its related operations. But if one must involve himself then one should be properly informed.

Peoples fine it difficult to understand what is cryptoccurrency most especially bitcoin, but their interested over cryptoccurrency.
I just suggest that their should be a TEXT BOOK that will discuss about cryptoccurrency in order to educate people who are interested because referring them to online shows that know Manuel evidence of cryptoccurrency. And if their is any article that guide bitcoin.
99  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and crypto purpose on: April 07, 2021, 11:38:33 PM
The purpose and aim of cryptocurrency is to decentralize power and also not to allow institutions regulate finance and financial dealings that concerns the cryptographic network system.

As we know the btc are digital gold.
The btc is going to Fix tht problem the gold failed.

The crypto have Some bigger purpose as the imf stopped messimg with dollars they use different currency wich is backed by the emerging markets countries.
Now the conlusion the is alot going on and one of the blockchain s  will be used by the World banks.
Now we see Why they invented crypto.
Sure we can say that ohh.. They not into crypto they want their own Sorry but thts not the Case.
Right Now its time to pick up Good blockchain and invest in the Right one what the imf and central banks are going to use it.
Before the Bretton woods gold standard dont forget tht imf friends and mbers inside right connections bought gold with bargain price before.
Its always like that.
Now its your time to use your lazy brain and invest Right blockchain what will be used by the world Elite bankers.

100  Economy / Speculation / Re: Someone just bought 12000 Bitcoin on coinbase wonder why? on: April 07, 2021, 11:35:05 PM
People have seen the importance of Bitcoin and therefore cannot have the luxury of staying behind on the blockchain space as people are busy cashing out and making money and also storing their finances in bitcoin. If care is not taken, the price of Bitcoin can skyrocket and get to the point where affording it will be almost impossible

Someone just bought 12000 Bitcoin on coinbase https://cryptoquant.com/overview/full/413?window=hour
This is just a shake out of weak hands, don't get folled here Wink
